I would say that although there is parking allocated it’s tight and under the building so not great for big cars

Reviewed Feb 20, 2025Very responsive and very co-operative staff. My flight landed early morning 7am. And it was nice of them to offer me early check in so I could rest and freshen up before leaving for work. Very clean, comfortable apartment with all convenience handy. Good location, grocery, restaurants and shopping all close by. Very peaceful street despite being so close to market area.

Reviewed Nov 25, 2024It's an absolutely incredible place to stay! From the moment I arrived, it truly felt like home. Every detail is thoughtfully prepared for the ultimate comfort and convenience. The host is exceptionally helpful , generous, and well-organized, making the entire experience seamless. The location is unbeatable—close to everything you could need: cafes, restaurants, markets, and even dry cleaning! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect stay. Will definitely be back!

Reviewed Sep 20, 2024Given there was an unforeseen complication from the owners side, the stay was excellent. I was met at the door on arrival, helped me with suitcase, and communication with the owner throughout was first class. The property was properly clean and ventilated, both challenging aspects for certain renters. A/C worked a treat and was fully manageable; again, a challenge in many previous Riyadh apts. Would definitely stay again.
