WOW! What an amazing property and amazing stay here! Highly highly recommend for your time in Ocam Ocam! It is the best secluded spot for a beach getaway! Jayson is INCREDIBLE!!! The bungalow is exactly how it is described and the fan was great! The shared bathroom and shower was nice and not too far from the bungalow! There is no other place in Ocam Ocam that is this private yet comfortable!

It was an amazing seaview, no people, clean and very connected with nature. Jayson is the kind host who took us to Black Island and we spent a beautiful day there, he also gave us fresh fruits and his knowledge about the place. We finally extended our stay because we loved this private beach, very grateful for having the opportunity to visit it.

The track to get there is a bit rough but it’s what it does this place to keep its essence..

Honestly there’s nothing not to like about this place! It was exactly what we needed after being in busy El Nido and Coron, so relaxing and peaceful. Jayson organised a private dugong snorkelling tour for us which was a way better price than if you do it from Coron and way closer to where the dugongs are! We had the most magical morning and cannot recommend it enough!! He also offers tours to Black Island. There’s no restaurant at the accomodation but he gave us suggestions on where is good to get dinner, which was very helpful! Jayson was extremely attentive and organised us transport to and from ocam-ocam.

Martins ocam ocam cottages est un endroit privilégié en bout de baie donc très tranquille en toute sécurité. Vous avez 3 cotages , 1 sur les hauteurs avec vue sur la baie , 1 avec faible hauteur vue directe mer et 1 familial posé juste très proche mer. À proximité un restaurant les pieds dans le sable juste fabuleux ! L entretien du jardin par Jason et des sanitaires est juste exceptionnel ! Le patron adorable s’est démené pour nous faire parvenir un sac oublié jusqu’à El Nido à Palawan en ferry!!! Juste incroyable 🙏 Vraiment une adresse pour vivre en toute simplicité et sérénité un moment magique !!!

Fabulous place to visit. Very rustic back to nature. Jason was super helpful. Awesome place to do a tour to Black island or to see the Dugons. Jason had it sorted.

Was what I expected as price is very reasonable. Some hooks in cabins would be a super help for hanging items.

The location was amazing, and the cottages very cozy! The manager Jason was very nice and helped with any questions that arrose during our stay. I would definately recommend for the money saving traveller

The location on Ocam Ocam beach is perfect. Small comfy cabins tucked away at the end of beach. Jayson was an amazing host and went over and above to assist with all our needs, including arranging a morning swim with the Dugongs! Thank you!

The cottage was comfortable, the bathroom facilities were clean, the property is very well located (remote, quiet, easy access to restaurants and necessities). The manager, Jayson, was extremely helpful and responsive both prior and during our stay. He helped us sort out transfers from the airport and organized a great day trip to Black Island. We had an amazing time and would love to come back.

Tout, les gens, le calme, l'authenticite, le charme des cottages en bambou, la literie, la proprete des sanitaires (tres pratique, un jet dehors pour les pieds qui permet aussi de se rincer apres la plage), la proximite du village, la sortie a black Island, la mise a disposition gratuite de l'eau. Nous passe 4 jours extraordinaires, dans cet endroit hors du temps

Un meuble, ou quelques etageres, ou un fil de nylon pour ranger ou accrocher quelques vetements, seraient tres utiles.

The place is really a go to, we were supposed to stay two nights but we extended as the place and location are incredible and peaceful. You won't regret it.

Ikke rigtigt noget - faciliteterne er lidt primitive, men en virkelig god oplevelse samtidig!

Si vous aimez le calme, la nature, un environnement végétal avec la plage à vos pieds alors vous avez trouvé l’endroit idéal… un havre de paix loin des resort et de l’agitation de la ville!

Les difficultés pour accéder au site….il faut au moins 1h30 de Coron en voiture avec une route vraiment peu praticable les derniers km. De plus, le logement pourrait avoir au moins quelques étagères ou patères pour poser quelques affaires…

Le point fort, c'est l'emplacement. Ocam-ocam, c'est l'impression d'être au bout du bout du monde, et c'est vraiment agréable. La cabane est petite et basique mais ça reste confortable. La salle de bain commune est très propre. Le rapport qualité-prix est excellent.

La cabane est toute petite, c'est le seul "défaut" que je trouve (même si ça n'en est pas vraiment un à partir du moment où on est au courant). Ah aussi, Ocam-ocam se mérite, le chemin pour y accéder est relativement long et compliqué.

Toller Ort um einfach mal abzuschalten. Wir haben uns wie im Paradies gefühlt! Die Unterkunft ist sehr bodenständig. Man darf natürlich keinen Luxus erwarten. Dennoch hat man alles, was man braucht. Die Sanitäranlagen waren immer sauber. Die Hütten klein aber gemütlich. Als Restaurant wurde uns von den Betreibern das H-Nice empfohlen, dass nur wenige Gehminuten am Strand entfernt ist. Wir können die Empfehlung nur weitergeben. Wir waren dort zum Frühstück, Mittag und Abendessen und es war immer sehr gut. Der Manager Jayson hat für uns den Transport zum Hotel und wieder zum Flughafen organisiert. Das hat problemlos funktioniert. Der Fahrer war sehr nett und überpünktlich. Man kann mit Jayson einfach über WhatsApp schreiben und er klärt alles. Über Jayson haben wir auch eine Bootstour zur Black Island gebucht. Die Insel ist traumhaft. Schönste Insel, die wir auf den Philippinen besucht haben. Es war eine private Tour. Zur Insel fährt man nur ca. 20 Minuten. Man kann dort schwimmen, schnorcheln und eine Höhle besuchen. Da es eine private Tour ist, ist man komplett flexibel und kann dem Kapitän einfach Bescheid geben, wenn man wieder zurück möchte. Alles sehr unkompliziert und super einfach. Alles super. Als kleinen Verbesserungsvorschlag hätten wir nur ein Frühstück in der Unterkunft. Es gibt dort aber jederzeit Wasser und Kaffee. Auch der Weg zu H-Nice ist für das Frühstück okee.

L’emplacement au bout de la plage d’Ocam Ocam est juste génial mieux que partout ailleurs car on a une vue d’ensemble, on est dans un petit paradis isolé mais à 5 min à pied des restaurants/epiceries sur la plage. Martin et son équipe sont juste des personnes incroyables, nous avons eu beaucoup de chance de partager des moments avec eux. Douche et toilettes propres. Le logement est simple mais literie et coussins super, avec vue sur la mer c’est juste le meilleur rapport qualité prix de l’île !

Absolutely cool owner Martin and his wife. Very positive attitude to everything! Was interesting to talk and to learn a bit about their life in a secluded place. Looks like Martin knows everyone in the area, very impressive. It was very useful to have a hot water in thermos every morning, so I could have tea :) The area is really quiet. Karaoke and roosters are prohibited 😁 so they don't exist here. Also the shared bathroom is well organized. No need to use the bucket - it's normal shower, but just a cold water. There is a good restaurant nearby, tasty chicken adobo. Black island should be nice to visit, but I injured my leg so could not go ;(

Swimming is possible only in high tide, and the water is still not very deep. But possible to swim. If you think about saving on a budget accomodation, mind the transfer! It's 3000 peso one way, because it's far. Probably it's possible to take 2 shared minivans and a tricycle but that's a whole story. To rent a scooter and come with a scooter - possible, but in the end of the way you will find some unpaved dusty dangerous road, so with a big backpack it's not recommended.

Cabanes bien au calme, situées tout au bout de la place d'Ocam Ocam, dans un petit coin de verdure, face à la mer. Simples mais très bien. Le manager (Jayson) s'est occupé de nous trouver une place à la dernière minute pour aller voir les dugongs, ainsi qu'un van pour nous ramener directement à l'aéroport après notre séjour.

The location is absolutely stunning. The nicest place we stayed in during our time in the Philippines. Especially because the bungalows are private and not like in other places where they pust as many bungalows as possible next to each other.

The location is beautiful and the cottage was unique!

The property is at the edge of Ocam Ocam beach. We stayed in a tree house which allowed us to have a beautiful view of the whole beach from our balcony in the morning. The staff were very helpful when we asked to do a trip to Black Island, which is one of the most beautiful places I have ever been! The property has very basic amenities which we knew about before staying yet for the price I would still say you are gaining value for your money, it is a good detox from modern life and the locals are all very friendly

Not the properties fault but there were a few power outages during our stay (which were rectified within 1-2 hours)

Posto bellissimo e molto molto tranquillo e riservato. Il nostro cottage era più una casa sull’albero, pulita e accogliente. I bagni sono condivisi ma sono puliti e ben fatti. La posizione è fantastica e si vede tutta la spiaggia. Non do 10 soltanto perché non si vede il tramonto ma bisogna camminare un po

Le plus beau logement qu'on ait fait à Coron !! C'est assez basique mais l'environnement est tellement joli, on regrette s'y être resté qu'une seule nuit ! Et puis, il faisait tellement calme ! Franchement meilleur qualité prix qu'on ait fait.. Et de loin !! Allez y les yeux fermés !

L'isolement, la plage pour nous, le personnel qui nous a organisé une sortie en bateau pour voir les Dugong privée. Petit restaurant sur la plage un peu plus loin, tout était parfait pour se relaxer Sanitaire communs propres et pratiques !

The location of this property is on a beach far from the hustle and bustle of CORON. If you’re looking to get away and listen to the waves crash on a remote beach this is a good option. There is a bar and restaurant on the beach and a massage place.

We absolutely loved our stay here on ocam ocam. Jason welcomed us and was a huge help when our motorbike had a puncture. We also did a trip with him to black island which is a true paradise beach with amazing caves and some of best snorkelling we have done so far (be sure to swim along entire bay to see variety). As expected, our hut was simile and rustic and small. We were not looking for luxury, we were more interested in a tree house style stay with gorgeous views across the bay. We loved the atmosphere and community in ocam ocam - watching local kids playing in water, watching the fishermen, star gazing, watching the tides change (you can easily swim by midday). It has a very tropical and jungly feel, the beach lined with palms. 2 amazing beach side restaurants ( H-Nice and further down beach one called Lomohan Ayasang or something like that - might have not spelled it correctly but they do amazing freshly caught seafood like lobster and king crab.) We stayed 3 nights and had the best experience. The tree house hut is totally unique but if you want something big or want to be closer to the toilets then then Martin has other more spacious huts

If you plan to spend a lot of time in your room or need air con then I'd look for somewhere bigger but this was not an issue for us

Very quiet and relaxing place, perfect for unwinding. The bungalow was comfortable and the atmosphere peaceful. The only downside is the road leading to the hotel, which is a bit rough, but once you arrive, it’s worth it.

Если вам надо лакшери-отель,всё включено и спа-процедуры-вам не сюда!Если вы едете за красивыми видами,единением с природой,островными пляжами,дюгонями и жирафами,россыпью ночных звёзд и шикарными закатами-это вам к Джейсону.Простецкие бунгало,в которых вы будете появляться только вечером на сон расположены прямо на берегу удалённого пляжа Окам-Окам.Душ и туалет сделаны отдельно,с отличным напором воды комнатной температуры.Под боком всегда лодка и волшебник Джейсон,который за долю малую отвезёт и покажет вам все близлежащие красоты.Далее по пляжу есть несколько магазинов и кафешек с адекватными ценами(мы всегда питались у Альмы в Aina&Prince Mini Resto- вкуснючие осьминоги в кокосовом молоке)

По утрам сильный отлив и купаться невозможно(но это не к проживанию вопросы),трансфер очень дорогой из аэропорта или из порта Корон.

A la zona hi ha poques opcions de menjar i quan s’envà la llum del Sol no es pot fer res més que anar a dormir (i al novembre que es fa fosc molt d’hora això és sobre les 18h)

Amazing view over Ocam Ocam beach

The place there is amazing. Pure nature and the care taker Jason is a very friendly and helpful guy. He answer every question and taking care of us very good. Also you can book a trip with him. As a guide and boatman he do his job very good. He is so kindy and always have a smile in his face. We are enjoying everything and the Cottages are very nice for sleep. The quietness there makes the place so peaceful and calm. Everyone who want to escape to the noise city life should to go there. We can highly recommend this place to all nature lovers.

La vue était trop belle! Et Jayson a été serviable, il nous a même prêté des bols et de l’eau chaude pour faire nos nouilles. Nous avons assister à un des plus beaux sunset de notre vie!!

Il était assez difficile de trouver des restaurant sur la plage et c’était plutôt cher (car c’est la basse saison). Même pour trouver de l’eau c’était pas évident

La gentillesse de Jayson et sa disponibilité. Le calme absolu de l'endroit. Le tour organisé par Jayson sur Black Island. Les repas pris face à la plage cuisinés par sa tante.

Il faut prendre en compte que l'endroit est isolé mais cela fait son charme

Esta cabaña en particular, tiene una ubicación excepcional con las mejores vistas de todo el lugar al estar un poco en altura 2-3 metros y ver toda playa desde el lateral. El chico que lo gestiona es muy majo y nos vino a buscar a concepcion en furgoneta (por un buen precio negociado). Lugar muy tranquilo, situado al final de la playa, pero cerca andando, a unos minutos del pueblo. Precioso atardecer con la bajada de la marea. Paz y tranquilidad.

El baño común no estaba muy limpio. Mosquitera con algún agujero (siendo que a partir del atardecer es muy necesaria). La cabaña no es estanca y hay muchos bichos, PERO ya sabes a lo que vas.

Not many accessible food options - but you are paying to stay out of the way so that was expected. Roads to get there during rainy season were rough, so trying to get a rental scooter through would be difficult. Rooms were quite small.

Beautiful, secluded, authentic. Getting away from other tourists! Great place to do it. Got to know some locals and had memories for life. Im not a karaoke singer, but they may be responsible for having broken me in... A Filipino custom. Lots of nature noises at night may seem unsettling at first, but its totally safe. And as someone who gets eaten alive by mosquitoes, I applied my OFF at dusk and hung out outside all night and didnt really get bitten (May)

I guess Im tall, in an Asian Country? Huts aren't built for 6'+ people, but you manage. Host is around, but our communication could have been better, which can be tricky with limited cellphone services in remote areas.

Martins has a great asset being on the side of the bay, makes it exclusive with beautiful gardens. Jayson goes out of his way to help people reach their objectives and dreams . Went on a lovely sightseeing trip using his boat..

Some people might not like the fact that the shower is not finished yet ( may 2025) For me, it’s not a problem

Super friendly and helpful staff, you essentially have a private beach, with very cute restaurants and food choices (albeit somewhat limited in food options but very good and decent prices). Black island tour is worth going to for the beautiful schools of fish and sunken wreck snorkeling.

Worth to travel a bit further! Very nice, with nice quiet beach cottages. The place has only few of them and owner with the crew great! The even gave us ride to Coron city after our stay. Thank you Martin!

If you like a remote Place , is this the Place to be. The Owner Cliff and his Manager Jason are fantastic people. We got every Day a fresh coconut , and if you have a Problem they try to help you and solve it. You should know that the huts are very Basic, but very nice. The Bathroom was always clean.

Located on the stunning Ocamocam Beach, the three wooden huts provide you with a glimpse of how early human settlers lived in these areas. Although the small wood and straw hut only has a bed, a fan and a light, it's sufficient and leaves you with the wish to discover the area and enjoy the beach. It may not be suitable for more than a night or two if you are a fussy traveler but it's an experience on its own, for sure. The host, Mr. Martins has a great personality and is very much involved in the local community so everyone around knows him. He is there to advise and help with any inquiries. We even arranged to visit the Black Island through him and that was one of the highlights of our Philippine expedition. Great authentic restaurants around so food was not an issue.

The beach is great for those that look for experience that is outside of the regular tourist route, i wish i could stay their for 2 weeks

It's a beautiful tranquil place to really rest and relax for few days. The bungalows are right at the beach with beautiful views and night sky full of stars:) it's a very simple bungalow, but clean. Same goes for shared bathrooms. There are mosquito nets & you will definitely need them.:) The location is great if you want to be surrounded by the locals. There is a nice restaurant at the beach that serves breakfast, but few others are also accessible by foot or scooter. It is however far from Coron (something to keep in mind if you planned any expeditions ..) Another star goes to the staff. Jayson, the property manager, is such a kind and genuine person!:) we had a lot of clothes to wash and dry and he offered to bring them to his mother to wash it for us for few pesos and even hang a rope behind our bungalow, so we were able to hang our towels etc. The owner Cliff was also kind enough to drive us to the airport early in the morning for 3000 pesos. We appreciated it, as the place is remote.

It is more a note for fellow travellers to know what to expect: - This is not a luxury stay place. There is no running water, so you will need to use a good old bucket to wash and shower (and bring some soap with). -The way to the place & the property itself is also dark at night, so you might have to use a flashlight/torch on your phone. A big advantage of it is however that you can see a lot of stars at night. -The sea level at the beach is low, so it's harder to actually swim, but you can soak in the sea nonetheless :p

The location is the best especially if you go to Black Island.

Thanks to Jason who helped us organise a boat to Black Island as we wanted to camp there the night before we stayed at Ocamocam B Martins. 2500-3000PHP for the private boat per direction. Can highly recommend a night on Black Island: about 500PHP pp to overnight on the island. About Ocamocam Beach Martins: all you need but basic - roof top bungalow with mattress on the ground, fan, bedding and towels. Shared bathroom is clean and big except that they don't have running water yet. Staff is very friendly and makes you feel like friends!

Shared bathroom doesn't have running water (yet) but the place is clean and not smelly at all. No wifi (I think) but Globe had really good signal at the location actually.

Really nice hotel located at the OcamOcam beach. You can not find 5star facilities, but during night we were lulled to sleep by the sound of the tide and waves which is much pretty for us. Bungalow is small but beds are perfect. All is done in nature-friendly style. Jason helped us a lot with boat tours to the Black island and dugong watching as well as with transfers. Just a few meters from bungalow and you are in a boat racing towards the charming dugongs. Strongly recommend!

Quiet small cabin

The location was stunning, the tour to Black Island was a highlight. Local restaurants were good and all locals were incredibly friendly. Jason (caretaker) was wonderful. No roosters or karaoke.

It would have been nice to have running water. Wifi connection would also be nice.

I loved my stay at Ocamocam Beach Martins! It's a perfect spot if you want to escape the hustle of Coron. It's quiet, beautiful and clean - so far it's been my favourite spot in the Philippines! A couple of handy things to note: My cellphone provider is SMART and I had great reception out here. Next time I'll definitely leave my big luggage in Coron and scooter out here - it's a decent way from the airport and Coron town, so I paid about PHP3,000 to get here and back.

Absolutely everything! This is a super nice and calm place. The island hopping and the dugong watch was really amazing. The beach is beautiful the sunset is just wonderful. My host is the nicest guy in Earth he is doing all his best to make you feel welcomed.

Ann, Jayson and Cliff and everyone living nearby were super helpful and welcoming. The place is a little paradise, well maintained and right at OcamOcam Beach. The cottages are simple but lovely with great seating areas to hangout, we were able to book a boat tour with Jayson and you will be able to try fresh coconuts here. The two restaurants nearby have great food and you can snorkel on the beach. The water provided in the bathrooms is clean and even though it’s not running water, the Tabo (Filipino style haha) is absolutely fine and does the job.

Make sure to bring snacks in case the restaurants are closed :)

Unfortunately we couldn't spend the night there, but we went and spend the next day and it's absolutely gorgeous. It feels literally like being in paradise, with a wild mix of jungle and beach at the same time. We saw the tree house that was booked for us and it's just dreamy. At the beach there's also a restaurant with lovely food and fresh fruit. The guy who welcomed us, Jasson, was very kind and friendly. It's a real shame that we couldn't make our stay there, so if you're staying in Coron, don't hesitate to spend there a few nights, you won't regret it!!

The view of the sea from Ocamocam Beach Martins was wonderful! It was far from the more touristy parts of Coron and Busuanga. Not for the picky traveler looking for the luxuries of a big city but for someone looking for nature, serenity, and a more realistic experience of the Philippines (with a few more bits of comfort) it was great! Jayson, the property manager, was very helpful to us throughout our stay. Definitely a place to come back to.

The last stretch of road was unpaved but that didn't bother us much. Also, do make sure that you arrange your transportation beforehand as it can be tricky. For those who want to cook or are picky eaters, maybe getting food supplies before coming would be useful.

Lovely remote beach with cabins on the sea. We were alone on the beach. Owner cooked us dinner as there are no restaurants and also organized an excursion to black island.

No shower, just a bucket of water to rinse. Be aware of tide as by the afternoon you cannot swim.

The host Jason was very gentle and helpful. He helped us with transfer, guiding and food etc. It’s located by the sea and it’s a very calm and still place. The safari island was nearby and it was a cool experience, unfortunally we could’nt go island hopping due to the weather but Jason had a couple of island to offer.

Recommend to stay during summer months. Not that much to do if the weather is bad.

The place (very recent, particularly calm, at the end of the beach, thus no dogs barking, no cocks)- and Jayson (manager): one of the kindest and friendly person we met during our trip. Jayson was always there, providing for everything we needed (drinking water, hints for restaurants, etc.). He owns a boat and organised a trip to black island where he showed us the impressive caves.

Well, as you are asking: Really not much to mention here... our mosquito net was broken, could need some fixing. And the bridge crossing the river is not easy to climb, especially at night. But again, it's nothing that would prevent us from returning to the place.

The view of the beach was amazing and the manager and his wife was the best. We did a tour on black island and that was the best experience in the Philippines we had the best fish. Over all very relaxing place with attention from the host!

Everything! The place was serene, all you can here were sounds of nature. A great place to escape from the busy scenery of Coron!

The place was phenomenal, and the view was great! It exceeded our expectations. If you're planning to stay in Ocam-Ocam Beach, I would highly recommend this place. The staff was very helpful, friendly, and accommodating, especially Jason. The facilities were clean.

Very glad that Beach Martin opened the doors for visitors from around the world. It's an amazing place to calm down as it's a quiet and peaceful at the end of Ocamocam Beach. The owner and his wife are super nice and also helped with the transportation and had breakfast/dinner recommendations (restaurant is available down the beach as well kiosk for some snacks and water). The little cottages are directly on the beach and the rooms and toilets were super clean (as it's a natural place, it's completely normal that you may find some small animals here and there). Sometimes power cuts can happen and limited network - but that's the perfect way to disconnect and enjoy the nice beach or trips to Black island. Hope to come back!
