Czysto, schludnie, nowocześnie, apartament w nowym budownictwie z loggią, dobrze wyposażony. W niedalekiej odległości punkt obserwacji ptaków z pięknym widokiem, do starówki dość daleko ok. 50 min pieszo ale byliśmy samochodem, więc nie było to dla nas problemem

Spot clean, spacious room, nice location. Fully equipped, we could do a quick round of washing of the clothes.

Service is poor! We called them 10 mins before arrival to ask for entry code. They said the system will send automatically at 4pm （checking time) and not before, thus no flexibility. However, at 4pm, we got nothing. We waited for another 10 mins, still nothing. Tried to call again, they are already off. No one is answering the phone. We have to call booking to help finding out if it is still possible to stay. Booking helped contacting them and they still have to clean the apartment and will send the code in 10mins. At the end, we got the code and managed to enter the apartment but the process was not very pleasant. On the last day, we tried again to contact them to ask if we could check out 30 mins later, again, you get no response at all.

The appartment is quite expensive (120 Euro per night). So I expected a good service. However - The code tab at the one door of the building didn't work. We had to find out the other door. - The code given to us was wrong (too long). - WLAN had a different name than given. - A pot in the kitchen looked clean, but was sticky. - the numbers of the parking places are 6 mm high - that's a perfect "hide and seek game" for tourists

Access to the room was via a lift so that made getting our luggage to and from the apartment very simple. We also had a free carpark right out side the apartment complex which was very convenient. The apartment was very clean and modern and had everything we needed for our stay. Lots of hot water in the bathroom and the WiFi was strong. The instructions to get into the apartment were very easy to follow.

The location of the property was an easy drive to the old town area but was too far to walk.
