It was a very well maintained house. The location is great for northern lights. Very remote. The house was clean. The bed was comfortable (if you like soft beds). TV is working. The sauna was in the bathroom and it was also great, we really enjoyed our time here.

This place feels more like an Airbnb. You’re expected to clean before leaving, and the instructions can be a bit overwhelming. We didn’t meet the owners, and communication was limited. For eg, we arrived late ( but within check-in time), and had trouble with the door lock and only received a reply the next day. We managed to sort it out ourselves, but it would have been a stressful night otherwise. Overall, expect a fully self-service stay with minimal interaction. Not a major issue, but I’d recommend the owners be more responsive or greet guests upon arrival.

Het appartement/huisje is erg goed uitgerust met een oven, vaatwasser, volwaardige keuken met keukengerei, comfortabele douche en sauna.

Sauna oli hyvä ja kodinkoneet myös ja hyvä astiasto ja hyvät keittiövälineet.

Pidesuihku puuttui ja lämmityksessä ongelmia alussa. Ulko-ovi narisi tosi lujaa ja suihkuletku lytyssä, joita ei korjattu pyynnöstä huolimatta. Mökin markkinoinnista saimme käsityksen sijainnin olevan rannalla, matkaa oli 300m. Luvattu grilli piti pyytää.

Ein modernes Ferienhaus mitten in der Natur. Rentiere und Schneehasen direkt vor den bodentiefen Fenstern. Wir hatten tolle Mitternachtssonnenabende in herrlicher Umgebung. Das Ferienhaus hatte alles was man braucht, war gemütlich und gut eingerichtet. Der Kontakt zu Vermieter und Personal war sehr gut. Wir konnten ein kleines Motorboot, direkt am See, von unserem Vermieter für einen Tag leihen. Wir tuckerten bei 29° über den Paatarijärvi und konnten das Wetter genießen. Für Menschen, die Ruhe suchen und Stille aushalten, ist das Ferienhaus genau richtig. Ein wunderschöner Ort. Vielen Dank an Tero und Mika.

Wir haben lediglich ein paar gemütliche Gartenstühle vermisst.

Kohteessa mainitaan että on ilmastointi, sitä ei ole vaan pari lattiatuuletinta. Huoneistossa oli kuuma, 30 astetta, emme voineet saunoa ollenkaan kun ainoa tuuletusikkuna oli saunassa.

We enjoyed the quietness and natural splendor of nearby Lake Pātali. The manager was very kind and went above and beyond our expectations. We would like to stay here again.

The villa was really exactly as the photos and spacious enough for a group of three. The amenities were complete, especially the kitchen. The wifi works perfectly and the TV can even play Netflix. The heating works great! Tero and Kimmo were very quick to respond to our questions. It was also nice to have a touch of Christmas with a tree decorated inside the villa.

We were aware of this, but important to note that it is much better to have a car to drive around as the location is quite remote - 30 minutes by car to Inari town, not sure if there's a public transport that would reach the villa.

Well equipped

If you want to get away from it all, this accommodation is perfect for you. Relaxation is guaranteed in this place. There are no disturbing factors. I felt incredibly at home there. Starting with the large panoramic windows, which guarantee a view of the forest and the sky in both the living room and bedroom at all times, for example to see the northern lights. But even when the northern lights are not sweeping across the sky, the view of the fantastic starry sky is also indescribable. This house is perfectly equipped. Everything is very modern. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a sauna. The bed is very comfortable and if you are looking for a socket in the bedroom, you will find it in the back left corner. :-) I can't confirm the problems with the internet, however I was only logged on to the wifi for a short time and it worked. Most of my vacation, however, I surfed via my provider as I had technical problems with my cell phone. Thank you very much, dear Tero! I would love to come back.

Great place with a great host!

A very cosy place, everything was clean and new. the Sauna is particularly nice after a day in the snow :) The location a little bit out of the town allowed us to see beautiful Northern lights. The indications and information provided by Tero were clear. I highly recommend this place !

The WIFI was not really accessible from the place

The location of the property is so perfect. Surrounded by nature, calm, with the nicest sunset. Perfect to spot northern lights ! The view from the house is amazing. The apartment was spot clean, very well equipped, the sauna was also very enjoyable ! I wished we could stay forever.

The WiFi was not working well during our stay. But this was really not a problem for us as you don’t go to this kind of place to watch TV or phone. Just enjoy nature !
