The beds are loud and without curtains. There was no water for 1 day, which is obviously not the Hostels fault.

The location of the hostel is perfect as its walking distance to the ferry and walking distance to the beach. All facilities are also very clean and they provide towels and free water refills. There are also lockers that fit a small backpack. Staff is also very friendly though you don't see them often!

Tous les restaurants fermés en journée. Très bruyant la nuit. Manque parfois de papier toilette ou un torchon pour nettoyer la table quand on a mangé. On ne rencontre pas le propriétaire.

L’hôtel est situé à 10/15 mn de l’embarcadère de Pangkor Central entre les deux littoraux que l’on peut rejoindre ainsi facilement à pied. Nombreux restaurants et roulottes de plats à emporter en bas de l’immeuble Petite structure, tout est propre et suffisamment confortable. Fontaine eau chaude / eau froide à disposition Casier sécurisé Serviette fournie La personne qui effectue l’enregistrement et la bonne tenue des lieux est fort sympathique

Nach einem kurzen Anruf erfolgte das Einchecken reibungslos.Der Betreiber des Hostels,Kann, ist sehr unkompliziert und hilfsbereit. Wenn man ein Problem hat oder wenn man Hilfe braucht(z.B.ein Fahrrad mieten möchte -war schwierig,da bei den lokalen Vermietern nur noch Roller vermietet werden),dann kümmert Kann sich darum. Das Hostel selbst ist in den Zimmern mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet und es gibt einen Ķalt-/Heißwasser Spender, sowie Tee und Kaffeepulver zur freien Verfügung. Das Zimmer selbst sowie die Dusche und das WC waren sauber. Weniger gut fand ich,daß es keine Küchenzeile gab.Aber das ist wahrscheinlich gut so,denn ich den meisten Hostel-Küchen und Kühlschränken sieht es oft nicht "prickelnd"aus. Ich kann das Hostel und diese gechillte Insel Pangkor zum Entspannen empfehlen.

Wie schon oben erwähnt: Eine Küchenzeile.

Very clean ,nearby shoplot and to temple

Good wifi; spacious rooms; there are lockers for valuables; hot water; very clean; the stuff is always nice and helpful; good location (20 min walk to the nearest beach; restaurants and shop nearby-1-2 min walk; 15 min walk to jetty area and the duty free shops/banks/more shops and restaurants); the stuff can help you with a taxi if u need it; scooters rental everywhere (I did not use this service); free water and instant coffee; TV in the common area; i had the room with a balcony facing the street (can be a little noisy, but i was ok). Although the rooms are mixed, because there are not many tourists, the stuff put us in rooms girls with girls and men with men. Maybe this won’t be possible if the rooms are full. It was possible when I was there.

Nice big room with comfy beds and a clean bathroom with excellent shower. Friendly host and good location, walking distance to ferry and beach with great food options close by.

Cleaning staff entered our room twice while we were there without knocking. Common area was very hot with no AC. Weak internet so not good for any remote working. Not allowed to eat in the hostel common area, which is very inconvenient. TV in room broken.

Thanks to the volunteers our Trip was delightful. We met friends in an different country. Thanks Jessica, Txema, and Beatrice.

Fanden das Hostel gut! War Etwas weiter weg vom Strand! konnten uns aber ein Moped ausleihen :) Es ist aber kein Hostel in dem man gut leute kennenlernen kann, zumindest waren bei unskeine weiteren Gäste :) Sonst aber super :)

I stayed here for a weekend trip and really enjoyed the experience. The staff were super friendly and always ready to help with tips about local food, beaches, and transport. The location is convenient, just a short walk to the beach and nearby eateries. The room was simple but clean, with decent air-conditioning and comfortable beds. Bathrooms were shared but kept tidy most of the time. Wi-Fi was reliable enough for light work and video calls.

Spent 3 nights at ShopLot Hostel. We really liked our stay there, especially very friendly staff, helping us to get a motorbike and a taxi for our way back. The rooms are big and clean, and the location is perfect! We would definitely recommend it to other backpackers!

Me encantó que es muy limpio, queda cerca del centro, hay muchos lugares de comida alrededor, puedes caminar a la playa por 10 minutos. El personal es muy amable dándote indicaciones del lugar, el a/c funciona perfectamente ! Me encantó. Also el internet es muy bueno

Perfect location and excellent hospitality. All you need for a easy stay on the Island. Excellent recommendations of where to eat, easy to arrange scooter hire and loved the water and coffee facilities.

Only thing that could have been improved was the pillows didn't originally have pillow slips and the sheet kept coming off the bed (too small?). Not a biggie but these little details make it much more comfortable!

Super easygoing hostel. Quiet, safe with very nice people. Matches really well the vibe of the island. Met some great fellow travellers and the owner was super helpful and friendly throughout my stay. Ended up staying for almost 20 days. Loved it. Totally recommend.

They were frequently cleaning the hostel, but if they clean it a bit deeper every now and then, specially the toilet, would make everything perfect.

Friendly host, convinient location

It is really worth the price, but for vacation with family, I do hope for a lot more privacy. But for a limited space, it really is comfortable.

I do hope for the hostel to provide parking site as sometimes when the restaurant in front of the hostel start operating, the space for parking will be really hard to find. I also hope that the tv within the room will be repair for a better service in the future.

Room and location is okay. Our rate was quite high, probably due to Chinese New Year. If the rate was lower it would be more appropriate for the place. Drinking water provided which is nice

Accomodation is very basic and a bit worn off. Cracks in the wall, light makes weird noises. We stayed 2 people in a 3 bed room. Room is pretty small so I wouldn't recommend it for 3 people. Dorms seemed to be quite okay from what we saw. Unfortunately you could hear every sound from the common area which is a metal table/chairs in front of the room, even if people speak reasonably loud.

Nice localisation and great owner

I had a good stay at the hostel. The owner Kanna was nice and helpful, the room was clean and air-conditioned. The location made a great base to explore the island.

The owner Kanna was very nice and always ready to help me, he suggested me also many places to visit! I rent his motorbike and it was good 🙂 Everything was clean and tidy. The location is good too: close to the centre and in front of many good restaurants.

Exceptionally kind staff, comfortable beds, clean, good location in a local neighbourhood with restaurants, laundry place etc. (still quiet tho). It's about a 15 Min walk to both the Ferry Jetty or Pasir Bogak beach. The hostel has just opened a short while ago - can highly recommend!!
