Reviewed Sep 19, 2026We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The owners were excellent, very welcoming, and extremely supportive throughout our visit. The location was excellent, and the safe parking was a great bonus.
The only downside to our stay was the noise from the guests in the neighbouring room, particularly when they were closing the doors loudly. This disturbed my 10-month-old baby's sleep and, consequently, affected my sleep and the rest of my family's rest as well. Better soundproofing or quieter door-closing mechanisms would certainly improve the experience for families with young children.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026Good location, close to the facility where was the sport camp running (this is was the reason why we stayed near Dublin), property was very clean and cozy, the Landlady was very welcoming and friendly, guided us where we could eat dinner after all day activities. Good breakfast, nice facilities, we could rest properly before another busy day. Many thanks!

La puerta de la habitación, cada vez que abria otra habitación la puerta , temblaba y hacia ruido y molestaba,aparte , mucho ruido de coches y el desayuno muy básico

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026Nous sommes arrivés en retard dans la soirée, notre hôte s'est montrée très compréhensive, appréciable. La chambre que nous avions est spacieuse et confortable. Malgré la route qui longe le logement, ce n'était pas bruyant. La salle de bain est top, tout comme la propreté. Le petit déjeuner est en self service et dispose d'un choix correct même s'il n'y avait pas de bacon ou autre viande. Normal étant donné le type de service, c'est indiqué donc pas de surprise. Wifi gratuit très rapide. Un parking privé est compris dans le tarif, pratique dans le secteur. Cet établissement est proche des arrêts de bus et il y a de nombreux commerces et restaurant à proximité, à pied ou en voiture.
Il faisait un peu lourd dans la chambre mais c'était supportable

The accommodations were cozy, the location was perfect, and we also had a very nice continental breakfast. Highly recommended!

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026Die Lage des B & B ist sehr günstig, um Dublin ohne Auto zu besuchen, d.h. sehr gut erreichbar mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. In der Nachbarschaft , liegt ein schöner Park, um zu entspannen.
Die Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe der M7 hat Vor-und Nachteile. Verkehrslärm, aber auch verkehrsgünstig.

I'm partial to eggs or meat but still good without those. I wouldn't mind a fan in the room to keep air moving and have a bit of noise.

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026Le petit déjeuner était très bien, il y avait pas mal de choix (pain de mie, céréales, jus d'orange, lait, café, fruits, Yaourt, etc.) La literie était bonne. L'emplacement est pratique car on peut garer facilement tout en ayant un accès direct à a Dublin.
L'hôtel est pas d'une voie rapide assez bruyante et quand il fait chaud on n'a pas d'autre choix que d'ouvrir les fenêtres.

Reviewed May 31, 2026Everything was perfect, from the amazingly comfortable, cozy, and spotless room to the warm hospitality of the guesthouse owners. They were incredibly helpful and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We also enjoyed having a lovely chat with them. Highly recommended! Although the guesthouse is a bit outside Dublin city centre, it is very well connected by public transport, making it easy to get around. The area is peaceful and quiet, and it was wonderful to enjoy a relaxing morning walk surrounded by such a pleasant atmosphere.

Remettre un rouleau de papier toilettes tombé dans la cuvette pour utilisation, ça va bien chez vous? Mesquin. Sur 4 serviettes, je ne sais pas si deux d’entre-elles sont des serviettes ou des serpillières, tellement elles sont fines et semblent usées? Le petit-déjeuner, que dire? Autant le self service ne me dérange pas, autant le contenu laisse a désirer. Un point : les fruits quand ils sont trop mûrs, il faut penser à les enlever! Je m’arrête sur une dernière chose: quand je choisis une réservation, peu importe laquelle, c’est un choix fait en connaissance de cause. C’est la première fois qu’un hôte me relance deux fois pour savoir si je suis sûr de mon choix; et des réservations, j’en ai quelques unes à mon actif. De quoi me poser des questions. Heureusement le reste de mon voyage en Irlande s’est bien passé et j’effacerai de ma mémoire la dernière nuit.

Reviewed May 3, 2026I loved the place, it's more or less 25 min from the city center by car, it has good parking, breakfast is good, personel is really warm, i went there with my family and for us its going to be our regular spot for visiting Dublin.
If you don't have car or don't want to spend in taxis, it's not a good location because it's outside the city (not close the city center without car).

Wall affixed shower head, but could be angled and this is really nit picking. The shower experience was great as the shower itself was massive.

The only downside was that the room was quite small for four people. Overall, a pleasant stay with warm service.

It’s an hr bus ride from dublin city center but with bus 69 it gets you right 3min walk to the property.
