Que nos mudaron a otro hotel al lado y no nos avisaron. Cuando hemos llegado al hotel inicial no había nadie para atendernos. Solo había un cartel en chino que decía que hay que ir al hotel de al lado.

Accogliente e staff molto gentile.

Lontano dalla metro.

De goede service, ruime kamers met goede kwaliteit beddengoed en handdoeken. Lekker ontbijt. En er zijn wasmachines en droogkasten.

Het internet werkt niet goed, mijn zoon moest altijd via de hotspot van mijn esim

Bed and pillow are comfy, AC is good, shower is hot and with pressure, room is big.

Gym is bad, free laundry but they should clean the machines more often, often you feel some smoke smell, either in the corridors or common areas.

Hotel pulitissimo,camera spaziosa e staff gentilissimo. Colazione abbondante ma per lo più con pietanze locali. L hotel offre una palestra e lavanderia gratuita.

La posizione rimane a 10 Min a piedi dalla metro e un po' distante dalle attrazione turistiche. Noi per comodità abbiamo utilizzato le bici.

Rooms themselves were very nicely decorated and well equipped. Nice large rainfall shower. Good breakfast / gym / laundry. Excellent value for money

Reception! (Not the staff). Shared with sister hotel. Maybe they should close one of the two reception as clearly understaffed (ie not generally staffed) and bizarre collection of stuck on posters making the whole place look really tatty and spoiling the impression of the rest of the hotel. Very very firm beds!

1) Big room for 2 double beds, with ample space for 4 person’s luggage. 2) Generally clean. 3) Helpful receptionist which we did not expect very much early check in as there are rooms available, and allow for some hours of late check out as with a young child and elderly. 4) A very good breakfast spread.

Currently surrounding area has construction going on.

За свою цену отель просто отличный! 15 минут пешком от метро. Вокруг много кафе и ресторанов. Завтрак с китайскими и европейскими блюдами, йогурт, чай, кофе из кофемашины. Чистый номер со всеми удобствами. Понравилось, что в гостинице лёгкий аромат жасмина, очень тонкий и приятный. Однозначно рекомендую!

L'hotel è carino ma si vede che è un po' old fashioned, sebbene la camera sia pulita e ordinata.

La colazione è di qualità medio bassa e in più alcuni del personale scatarrano evidentemente anche nei pressi delle stazioni del cibo, o comunque in cucina andando poi a sputare in bagno. Per noi occidentali è una usanza irrispettosa, poco igienica e non conforme a una struttura ricettiva

The hotel is close to bus stops that connect to subway stations, the location is pretty close to a few major attractions of NanJing city. The staff are nice, breakfast is good as well.

The name of the hotel is "Ruilan COURTyard" not GRANDyard. It's A pretty old Chinese hotel...

Can't really review the Ruilan Grandyard itself as, upon check-in, I was upgraded to the Ruilan Courtyard (which I was told was the "main hotel", right next door). So this review will actually be a review of the Ruilan Courtyard. Great value for money. Spacious, clean and comfortable rooms. Amazing staff.

Super Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Gute Lage nahe U Bahn und mit Taxi oder Didi erreicht man das Zentrum und die Sehenswürdigkeiten schnell und einfach. Personal sehr freundlich. Sehr bequeme Betten. Alles war Bestens.

The 7th floor was a bit noisy at very early times, not sure if it was the hotel's fault though. Maybe avoid it as it's right behind the floor where breakfast is served

Comfortabele bedden. Goede douche. Restaurants in de buurt. Gratis gebruik van wasmachines. De kamers zijn gerenoveerd.

Het is 15 minuten lopen naar de dichtstbijzijnde metro. Wij hebben daarom vooral gebruik gemaakt van Didi (Uber) en die zijn spotgoedkoop.

観光したい総統府、玄武湖、明孝陵、中山陵、夫子廟などはいづれもタクシーで10分ほど、とても便利だった。 スタッフも親切です。朝ごはんはまあまあおいしかったです。

フロントとホテルの廊下で煙草を吸う人がいる。受動喫煙は嫌いです。

Staff was very polite and helpful. Location and surroundings were great...lots of restaurants and cafes... Hotel rooms were good, breakfast was good....

Only thing was that room 8706 had a weird/bad smell every once in a while, especially as soon as u enter the room N house keeping was a bit unreliable, they never swept the floors n made up only 1 bed... when there were 2 in the room. They never washed the cups n glasses that were used

Sono tornata in questa struttura dopo un tour per la Cina, prima di partire dall'aeroporto, e confermo quanto ho detto in precedenza! Lo staff è super disponibile e, nonostante la barriera linguistica, fa il massimo per ascoltare ogni richiesta. Anche questa stanza era molto pulita e accogliente, con tutto il necessario. Colazione top!

Heerlijk modern hotel, met alles erop en eraan. Prima voornamelijk Aziatisch ontbijt. Vroege check in en late check out, zonder extra kosten. Winkeltjes en eettenten in de straat.

800m lopen van de metro was best ver, in extreme augustus hitte. Airco ging kapot, maar ik kreeg nieuwe andere kamer.

Lo staff è meraviglioso, accogliente e super disponibile a fare tutto il possibile per rendere il soggiorno ancora migliore. La mia stanza era luminosa, ampia e pulita, con tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. Molto apprezzato l'uso della palestra incluso, la colazione molto abbondante e varia, il servizio di laundry... Insomma, davvero valido!

Stanza grandissima, con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Colazione salata molto buona e variegata. Lavatrici e asciugatrice nuovissime.

Per un hotel di queste dimensioni sarebbe servita qualche lavatrice in più, ma con dell’attesa siamo riusciti comunque a lavarci i vestiti.

Personnel peu habitué aux clients internationaux et à Booking, nous avions rencontré un petit problème lors de la réservation que nous croyions réglé, mais au final rien n’avait été fait. Heureusement que nous avions une accompagnatrice chinoise pour nous aider au moment du check-in, sinon nous n’aurions jamais réussi à nous comprendre. Les sanitaires pourraient être plus récurés (moisissures et traces de calcaire).

The breakfast was the same each morning, and the music in the cafeteria was annoying - on a endless loop. Smoking is allowed near the elevator, which is awful, and the elevator buttons are individual to each elevator.

The room could have been a little bit cleaner. We couldn't get the mini fridge to work.

Location with so many little businesses where you can get authentic food, not the foreigners adjusted food. The shower is absolutely wonderful, felt almost like a spa! Big rooms. Towels are changed daily. Clean. Staff was very willing to help.

The name of the hotel doesn't appear in DiDi the way it's written on Booking, so it's confusing and took me some time to figure it out. But I did in the end, do it's not that big a problem

The mini fridge in the room was not plugged in, and didn’t seem to have an electrical outlet close enough to plug the fridge in. The nearest visible outlet was too high up for the plug. If there was an outlet, accessing it would have required moving furniture.

The room was spacious, tastefully decorated, and as advertised. The bed and seating were comfortable, and the shower was awesome. Even though I forgot to request nonsmoking and the room had an ashtray, there was no odour. The buffet breakfast had a good selection and tasty food. The staff were very helpful. The location was also very good in terms of restaurants, shops, and so forth.

There really wasn’t anything to dislike. There was some construction noise nearby during the day, but there was nothing after sunset.
