I got my bed just beside the window which i had bit disturbance from outside and also my curtain rod was not proper.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026It was a short stay but it was great. The bed was comfortable with soooo many pllows! The ac was super cold and the shower had hot water. The best feature of this hostel is super Mario!! He was incredibly kind and helpful, he is an absolute gem of a human!! I hope to return one day and highly recommend to other solo travelers.

Highly recommend to everyone! Steph and JM were both exceptional! They were especially helpful with booking tours and transfers. I'll return anytime I'm in the Philippines! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Mi pareja y yo estuvimos toda la estancia desayunando y comiendo en el restaurante y la verdad que muy bien. Las comidas estan muy bien y ricas. Disponen de transporte al nido que también lo tienen a buen precio y la van es comoda

En el baño habia cucarachas, aunque estaba súper limpio todo, creo que es normal pues hay como unas ventanas abiertas y por la humedad deben entrar por allí. Pero volvería al hostel

Reviewed Jul 18, 2026The rooms were clean , and ac worked great. I ended up rebooking a room here multiple times, every time I needed to stay in Puerto Princesa. The food at the cafe was prompt and tasty. Staff was very helpful, especially JM. She was happy to facilitate all my tours and transfers, and helped me out with any questions I had. She made my trip to Puerto Princesa much smoother.

Une des 2 filles de l'accueil n'était vraiment pas sympa et très contrariée de travailler je pense .. l'accueil a été très moyen.. heuresement sa collègue était vraiment plus gentille ! Les activités proposées sont vraiment plus chers que sur internet de plus pour ma visite de la rivière cave, vous perdez vraiment une matinée a rien faire... car on vous laisse le choix entre 2 autres options d'acitvité payantes et si vous ne voulez pas vous patientez simplement sans rien faire sur un banc au point de rendez vous.... Le service de landerie est cher et long 1 / 2 ou 7kg c'est le même prix + 1ère fois qu'on me perd des vêtements ... L'hostel est excentré donc il faut compter 20 minutes de marche pour aller dans le centre. Bref vraiment decue malgré sa popularité.

Echter snap ik niet waarom deze accomodatie zo een hoge scoren heeft. Er waren kakkerlakken in de kamer en in de douche. Verder qua hygiene vond ik de lakens ook niet super fris. Verder zijn de voorzieningen erg fragiel en niet van de beste kwaliteit.

Reviewed Jun 15, 2026Die Unterkunft ist super schön und modern, sehr bequeme Betten, tolles Badezimmer mit heißer Dusche, das Personal so unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend, eines der besten Hostels in denen wir je waren! Wir konnten leider nicht später auschecken, da neue Gäste kamen, aber wir konnten problemlos unsere Rucksäcke an der Rezeption lagern und weiterhin auf der Terasse bleiben. Wir konnten nach Check out auch noch Duschen und uns wurden hierfür sogar noch frische Handtücher angeboten. Das Personal macht wirklich alles möglich und ist so herzlich, wir haben uns unglaublich wohl gefühlt!

Reviewed May 24, 2026Franchement topissime. Les dortoirs sont modernes, propres, les sanitaires aussi (+ il y a des casiers et des rideaux + prises et lumière perso). Il y a un restaurant en hauteur, c’est beau et succulent. Les filles de l’accueil sont juste exceptionnelles. Elles sont arrangeantes, flexible sur les horaires de resa et nous aide à bien choisir nos excursions. Elles m’ont fait découvrir Balabac. Je le referai 100fois. Meilleure expérience aux Philippines. Une d’elles est même venue me réveiller car je ne me suis pas réveillée et j’allais rater mon bus 🫶

The rooms were clean and the breakfast as well as the dinner options were fantastic. I will certainly be back one day and until then I am wishing the best to the girls and guys at Mojo Hostel!<3

Attention la réception ferme à 23h donc c’est bon à savoir vu les déplacements que l’on a, bon prix pour ce que c’est mais à savoir que les bruits de climatisation sont assez forte et j’ai été réveillé la nuit par des personnes des autres chambres qui faisaent tomber des choses, donc mal insonorisé. Vu le prix on ne s’attend pas à mieux mais c’est bon a savoir si vous avez le sommeil léger

On top of that, there was a fun and comforting atmosphere at Mojo. The room was clean, and the bed was surprisingly spacious with two comfy pillows. The bathroom was also really clean. I felt really safe as they lock up the front gate at night.

Reviewed May 12, 2026The staff here was absolutely excellent! They went out of their way to help schedule ride, organize activities and to help problem solve. They were also just nice and fun! The upstairs bar/restaurant area is fabulous. Super cool vibe and great food. The rooms have air conditioning which is great.
I didn’t love the location. Would not recommend walking around there too much as I was followed by a man one day. Not the hostel’s fault but something to note. There was also a cockroach in my bed and the cupboard. They dealt with it promptly and super kindly but it was a bit unsettling.

Reviewed May 10, 2026The staff were super cute and friendly! They let me have a late check out after my whale shark tour which made my life so much easier. The beds are comfy, A/C is good, toilets were clean, there are hooks in the showers & room has lots of space. The upstairs hangout area is also really cool. Washing can be done at the hostel which is convinient and they can organise an airport drop off. Definitely recommend staying here :)

Reviewed May 6, 2026Sehr guter Standard. Alles wirkt sehr durchdacht und gepflegt (ist das Hostel vielleicht neu?). Nachts war es echt ruhig. Ich wurde noch nicht einmal vom obligatorischen philippinischen Hahnenschrei geweckt. Die Dachterrasse mit Bar ist der Hammer!
Wenn ich eine Sache anmerken soll, dann dass jeweils Dusche und Toilette in einem Raum sind und es nur zwei Sanitäranlagen pro Dorm gibt. Während meines Aufenthaltes gab es aber niemals einen Engpass. Von daher alles gut.

Reviewed May 1, 2026Très beau, propre et équipement de qualité. L’espace individuel des lits en dortoir et vraiment top, il y a pas mal de place et une prise dans chaque espace privé. Le bar est aussi très agréable. Avec toutes mes recommandations.
Il n’est pas possible de fermer son casier où est situé ses affaires, c’est dommage. Aussi, et our info, j’avais cru comprendre que les serviettes de bains étaient incluses, mais ça ne l’est pas.

Le restaurant de l'auberge propose de bon petit déjeuner pas trop cher et on peut réserver des vans et excursions directement depuis la réception. De plus, mon van a eu du retard pour diverses raisons, et pour me permettre de patienter l'auberge m'a offert le petit-déjeuner

I didn’t like that there was limited options to breakfast but that was it. There is only about 4-6 times for breakfast.
