Very dirty pillow covers. It was not cleaned at all Lot of power cut and fans do not work at full speed in first floor

Fantastic location and beautiful house with sea at the front and river at the back, had a wonderful time. If I had more time, I would have stayed longer. Visit the delta beach point 5 km from the house if you stay here. Sunset is amazing.

Only Saving Grace , The view is absolutely stunning, easily a 10/10. Unfortunately, that’s the only highlight.

The experience at Gintara Homestay was disappointing and far from what’s shown on their website. Mismatch with Photos – The property looks nothing like the pictures online. Poor Service – The staff was practically non-existent. During our 2-day stay, no one came to clean the room or even empty the dustbin. Neglected Maintenance – Rooms felt old, dirty, and poorly maintained, with visible cracks around the property. Ongoing Construction – There was construction work happening throughout both days of our stay. I don’t mind construction, but the management should have informed us in advance or avoided taking bookings during this period. Even in the small window (about 2 hours in the afternoon) when we returned to rest after exploring the city, the work continued, making it impossible to relax. Verdict: If you find a better stay for the same price, go for it. This property is only passable if you have no other option—and you’re visiting solely for the view.

It is a spacious property right between the beach and the back waters. The place was clean and offers good views and sit-out options. Also, Kitchen was fully equipped to cater to your cooking needs. Host communication was prompt too.

The AC in the first floor bedroom is not powerful. Some iron grills installed are quite rusted and not safe for kids.

The location is incredible as the beach in front of the house is mostly empty with just a few locals enjoying their life. The caretaker is friendly, helpful and an amazing cook.

The homestay is at a beautiful location with the beach in front and the river at the back . The house was clean. The caretaker Reena was helpful. As we were only 2 ladies we found the place very safe and secure.

The location was perfect and the view was Just.. I have no words. My favourite thing to do was sit in the top floor balcony in the evening as the sun went down over the horizon. The place was very clean and the owner and caretaker has done a good job maintaining the place. No complaints at all from me and my family about the location, food and activities to do in this pace. Waking up to the cool breeze is sitting i want to do again. This place is a must go.

The place is as described. It was easy to locate and the best part is that it was very close to the beach so you can enjoy a walk on the beach anytime you like. The place is value for money, especially for large groups. There are many restaurants close by so even if you don't want to cook there is no shortage of options to eat. The host was very efficient and responded to my messages very promptly. Suitable for groups of all sizes.

The staff was very good and polite. Food was amazing . And the view is like you have your own personal beach .
