It's a bit far from Masjid e Nabwi. It's hard to drive to masjid due to roadworks. Taxi takes SAR 20.

The bathroom after have a shower you have to manually clean the water with scraper. Plus not enough towels were given and not everyday room service. No water was given or coffee.

It's bit far from Haram if you're traveling for holy visit. Bit difficult to find taxi, Uber/Careem early morning.

There is no drinking water available , even tea coffee was there but without water. Pillows were totally uncomfortable

No view from the windows. The drainage of a bathroom needs maintenance. I tried to call them before arrival, but to no avail. Most importantly, there wasn't any safe box.

VERY EXPENSIVE HOTEL, LIMITED STAFF, NO KEY CARD ONLY TRADITIONAL KEYS, NO CENTRALIZED AC WITH HUMIDITY CONTROL FEATURE, PIGEON TIK TIK ON THE BACK SIDE OF AC DISTURB SLEEP DURING DAYTIME, FAR FROM HARAM.
