Possiamo solo confermare le ottime recensioni lette prima di scegliere questo riad. Non ci siamo sentiti semplicemente a casa, ci siamo sentiti in famiglia, Nada e Cheriff, i proprietari, sono ragazzi eccezionali, che appena arrivati ci hanno accolti in maniera molto cordiale, mettendoci subito a nostro agio e dimostrando per tutta la settimana in cui abbiamo alloggiato al riad, costante presenza per qualsiasi richiesta e disponibilità per i transfert necessari e per le escursioni che abbiamo scelto di fare, occupandosi direttamente dei rapporti con le agenzie locali. Paola ed Icram, le ragazze che ci lavorano, meravigliose, dolcissime, educatissime e sempre pronte a soddisfare qualsiasi richiesta. Il riad si trova appena fuori dalle zone di gran confusione della medina, garantendo la giusta quiete, ma allo stesso tempo la possibilità di raggiungere il cuore della medina in pochi minuti di camminata. Insomma, se volete vivere a pieno la splendida città di Marrakech, assaporando la vera vita quotidiana del popolo, questo è il posto giusto, dimenticatevi il lusso e le comodità degli alberghi a 5 stelle e dei mega resort, presenti in altre zone della città, ma qui troverete tutto quello che vi serve per una vacanza che vi resterà sicuramente nel cuore.

Ha sido una experiencia maravillosa. Desde el primer momento, todo el personal ha sido increíblemente amable y atento, haciendo que nos sintiéramos como en casa durante toda nuestra estancia. El estilo y la decoración del riad son preciosos. Muchísimas gracias por todo y, sin duda, recomendaríamos este riad a cualquiera que quiera disfrutar de una estancia agradable y especial en Marrakech. ¡Volveríamos sin dudarlo!

Le riad est très joli, idéalement situé, c'est très calme. Le bruit de la Fontaine pendant le repas est très apaisant. Il y a la clim dans les chambres. Le roiftop est super agréable. Le personnel est aux petits soins, très souriant et très serviable. Les repas sont très bons. Le jour du départ nous avons eu droit a un petit déjeuner a emporter. C'était une très gentille attention. Je recommande vivement ce riad.

É um lugar lindo, decoração aconchegante, bem limpo, sempre com um cheirinho muito bom! Tem uma fonte central que deixa o ambiente com um som de paz e tranquilidade. Fomos tratados com muita simpatia, carisma e cuidado. Sempre dispostos a nos ajudar. O Riad é bem localizado, da para fazer tudo a pé.

Most of all loved the hosts, they made us feel like home, helped us book trips to Ouzoud waterfalls and Sahara desert (which we originally planned differently, but now I'm really glad we listened to their advice) and their overall friendliness and helpfulness made our stay in Marrakech easy great. The riad itself is very well located, clean and pleasant. I would definitely stay here again

Sensazione di casa, cosa che hanno ripetuto Cherif e la moglie. Te di benvenuto e servito ogni volta che fossimo nel riad. Cena con tajine eccellente. Colazione marocchina e l'ultimo giorno preparata a portar via alle 3 del mattino: sono accortezze non usuali.

La camera doppia un pò piccola ma credo che questo sia lo standard di alloggi con queste caratteristiche.

Nothing to like. Horrible place, dishonest owner, can't get refund, Booking is no help. Had to move to another place after one night. HORRIBLE!

No AC working properly in 108 degree temperature. Rooms are so small. Was changed to a different room after 3 hours of request but that room had an AC unit that dripped water on the bed. Couldn't sleep due to dripping. Locks on room doors are outside padlocks. CRAZY!. Horrible place, dishonest owner, can't get refund, Booking is no help. HORRIBLE!

Nous avons eu le meilleur accueil ! le personnel est très gentil et bienveillant nous nous sommes senti tout de suite à l’aise. Le petit déjeuné était excellent, la chambre était propre la terrasse est super sympa et le quartier également. Il y a peut être 15 min de route même pas pour allez jusqu’au souk ! rue très calme.

Cherif et sa femme sont au top. Souriants, aimables, toujours prêts à rendre service, et de bon conseil. Le petit déjeuner et les repas sont de très bonne qualité… aux odeurs et saveurs locales. Le Riad, un havre de paix au cœur de l’activité de la médina, idéalement situé. Je retournerai les voir si je dois revenir à Marrakech. Un grand merci pour leur accueil.

We hebben een fijne tijd gehad in Marrakech, mede dankzij de gastvrijheid van gastvrouw Nahda en -heer Sharif! We hebben samen gekookt met Nahda en heerlijk gegeten. Ook een bezoek aan haar traditionele (niet-toeristische) hammam was een hele bijzindere ervaring. De locatie van Riad Cherif is uitstekend: vlakbij vele taxi's, bushaltes en winkels, maar in de Riad zelf is het heerlijk rustig. Fijn verblijf!

No gustar, es un aviso, las plantas dos y tres tienen una escalera de caracol con cierta dificultad para personas de movilidad reducida.

I proprietari sono stati accoglienti e onesti ❤️ la moglie ci ha insegnato a cucinare un piatto tipico ed il marito ci portava sempre il tea. Ci hanno inoltre dato ottimi consigli! Ci siamo spostati sempre a piedi quindi direi ottima anche la posizione.

The staff was amazing, they welcomed us with the best tea we drunk in Morocco and goodbyed us with a nice gift. They were very friendly and acommodating to our schedule. It was quiet. The location was also very comfortable in walking distance to the suks and el fna. The decoration of the whole riad was very beautiful and traditional.

Unfortunately, the room did not meet our expectations for a property with such a high rating. The twin room was extremely small with a tiny window and the single beds were very narrow and uncomfortable. The air conditioning blew directly onto the beds, making it difficult to sleep. Cleanliness was also disappointing. The towels had hair and stains, the sheets did not feel fresh, and the room was not properly cleaned. The room door did not close properly and had to be lifted into place each time. I understand many riads might be similar but this place was not a place you could properly rest.

Una experiencia absolutamente inolvidable. 🌟 El riad es precioso, y con un ambiente tranquilo y acogedor. La hospitalidad del personal fue excepcional: siempre atentos, amables y dispuestos a ayudar con una sonrisa. Las habitaciones son cómodas, y el desayuno fue delicioso. Sin duda, un lugar perfecto para descubrir la ciudad y disfrutar de la auténtica esencia marroquí. Lo recomendaría al 100 % y volvería sin dudarlo. ¡Gracias por hacer nuestra estancia tan especial! ❤️

The hosts are amazing. They helped us with a (very) late check-in and were so keen on helping us with anything... The room had everything we needed, and the breakfast was nice. They even managed to get someone to transport us from the Airport. Thank you!

Extremely friendly atmosphere in a beautifully maintained traditional house. Hosts are doing everything to make your stay even more comfortable. The tagine cooked by Dana are the best in town. Great location too. Highly recommended.

Das Riad ist sehr gut zu erreichen, da es am Rand der Medina liegt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und kreieren eine entspannte und willkommenheißende Atmosphäre. Sehr empfehlenswert ist es auch, eine selbstgemachte Tajin auf der Terrasse zu essen, Nada (die Gastgeberin) kocht ganz fantastisch und ist ein unglaublich lieber Mensch. Auch das Zimmer ist sehr schön. Rundum eine tolle Erfahrung!

Cherif и Nada чудесные хозяева. Спасибо за гостеприимство, мы чувствовали себя как дома. Готовили с Nada ужин, много общались. Cherif встретил в аэропорту. Риад с фонтаном оформлен в марокканском стиле.

Super sympathieke eigenaar!

This riad was definitely a highlight of our trip. Very pretty Moroccan feeling design. They even have a roof to go to, beautiful roof. The hosts are amazing people!!! They provided us with mint tea every time we come back to the riad, even after we checked out when we came back for our stuff. One morning we had to leave very early, they prepared us breakfast beforehand in a little box so we could carry them with us. Their mint tea here is the best we’ve ever tried in marakesh. My boyfriend loved it so much that he watched them how to make it, and the host even offered to help us buy some. We’ll definitely come back here if we come to marakesh again.

I guess the only one problem I had was the rooms are little dark inside, could put some more lights there.

Tutto, esperienza meravigliosa, tra le più belle mai fatte. Riad curato, pulito e in ottima posizione. La vera ricchezza è stato conoscere Hind e la sua bellissima famiglia. Accoglienza immensa e massima attenzione all’ospite. É stato come far parte della stessa famiglia e questo è stato un arricchimento culturale e umano. L’ultima sera abbiamo fatto la cooking class ed è stata una bella soddisfazione mangiare il nostro Tajine (nella foto)! Grazie per aver reso questa esperienza a Marrakech autentica e speciale!

La simplicité et la gentillesse du personnel De plus endroit stratégique pour visiter la ville

Le riad Chérif est situé dans un quartier un peu excentré mais très agréable de la médina de Marrakech. C'est une ville où il ne faut pas avoir peur d'arpenter le pavé et le riad est à environ 25' de marche de la fameuse place Jemaa El Fna. Nombreux endroits pour manger ou prendre un café/boisson autour du riad et un accueil très familial par Nada, Chérif et leurs personnel. Petit déjeuner délicieux et copieux, café et thé à volonté et si vous le souhaitez tajine maison. Les habitants et commerçants du quartier sont charmants; yaourt à 3MAD chez le crémier de la rue, savon noir à 10MAD le kilo chez l'épicier, gâteaux secs à 40-50MAD chez le boulanger du coin! Rien à redire!

Le prestataire de service excursions qui programme un départ à Essaouira à 8h pour nous faire rejoindre d'autres voyageurs et finalement arriver sur place à 12h après la traditionnelle pause dans une coopérative d'huile d'argan... C'est un peu longuet mais pas la faute du Riad. Toutes ces excursions (à part j'imagine si vous prenez la version premium taxi individuel) fonctionnent ainsi.

Hermoso lugar que permite tener la vivencia de la cultura Marroquí en familia. Nos ofrecían siempre te de menta, delicioso! Nos orientaron con tour , taxi y todo lo que necesitábamos de forma amable. Definitivamente recomiendo elegir este Riad para crear momentos inolvidables 🤗

Dieser Riad in Marrakesch hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Er ist innen sehr stilvoll mit vielen authentischen Dekorationen und marokkanischen Souvenirs eingerichtet. Das Personal war ausgesprochen gastfreundlich. Wir haben außerdem den Transfer-Service zum Flughafen am frühen Morgen genutzt, was sehr praktisch war. Unser Zimmer war sehr schön gestaltet, mit einem tollen marokkanischen Design. Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden und können den Riad nur weiterempfehlen.

L'accoglienza del personale e l'ambiente hanno reso il soggiorno veramente piacevole. La posizione è vicina alle mura della medina, comoda per arrivare con le valigie ma un po' fuori dal centro. Cucina ottima, molto abbondante ed economica. Una delle tajin più buone mangiate in Marocco.

Barriera linguistica con alcune ragazze del personale, ma molto disponibili nel cercare di capire. Le stanze sono molto piccole e spartane

The staff was very helpful and generous. Also, the location was very interesting and less touristy. The hotel was very well decorated and provided many additional experiences.

The location was close to a market, where noise continued until midnight. Also, the location is quite small, so there was a lack of privacy when there were more people around.

É um Riad muito aconchegante e típico marroquino. O acolhimento dos funcionáriose do Cherif, especialmente da Fátima e da Nara, nos esperando com chá e mingau de aveia marroquina todos os dias à noite depois de nossas andanças na Medina, era muito acolhedor. E todos se esforçavam na comunicação conosco. Eu recomendo muito.

Riad Cherif is quite close to the airport (15mins). The staff are friendly and helpful. It was nice to have tea and a snack on arrival. Dinner and breakfast were both excellent. My room was dark and quiet so I had a good night's sleep. You walk off the street and into this lovely house, with beautiful decoration. There is a roof terrace if you wanted to sit up there.

I was met at the airport to take me to the taxi and then walk me to the hotel but I wish they had walked with me to the taxi they had ordered to get back to the airport the next day. I wasn't sure which taxi was for me and I didn't want to get in the wrong one so I went back to the hotel and the owner's wife kindly came with me to show me which taxi was mine as she knew the driver. I would advise that you have Euros with you in cash.

La struttura bella e accogliente. Camere pulite e funzionali. A fare la differenza, la gentilezza e la disponibilità di Cherif, Fatima e tutto lo staff. Colazione ottima

La posizione è buona per il giorno, perché si trova a 10 minuti dai souk, tuttavia è un po lontana (20-25 min) dalla zona con più “movida serale” cioè quella della moschea Katoubia.

Hidden gem, not far from Medina, but far enough to avoid hustle and bustle. Very clean and beautifully decorated. Food was amazing. We highly recommend this riad and the will come back here if ever visit Marrakesh again. Thank you Cherif

Host and staff are extremely nice and work hard to accommodate any needs. Very good communication The main room/courtyard is gorgeous with the sound of birds very prevalent.

The triple room downstairs off the main room is absolutely less desirable than the second floor rooms which offered more privacy. All the rooms open to the central atrium with shuttered windows. The second floor gives you more privacy because you’re up above the eating and Social area. For example, if you’re going to the bathroom, you can hear someone talking on the other side of the shutter 2 feet away. Same for the beds. If you book this place, make sure you book the higher floors.

This is a really cute place with a warm, welcoming feel. The free soup and free tea were a lovely touch, and the hosts were genuinely very nice and helpful throughout my stay

Nella stanza c’era un po di muffa, la stanza era molto piccola e poco areata Doccia difficoltosa da fare e senza shampoo/bagnoschiuma

Un petit coin de paradis dans une ville qui bouge à 100 à l'heure, le personnel est au petit soin on a passé un moment très agréable.

Just had one problem with the AC but the owner came and fix it very fast.

Salle de bain pas pratique, pas de rideau de douche, on met de l'eau partout. Chambre petite et trop prête de la salle à manger.
