This lovely property is a real treasure. Although it’s on the main road, it’s down a long drive and noise simply isn’t an issue. Beautifully clean and with lovely linen and decor, Moomaa is welcoming and easy to relax in, and was absolutely perfect for our intergenerational family gathering. We loved the wood fire and the supply of pine cones and firewood, the comfortable beds and sofas and the proximity to the great country cafe, and it’s just a 10 minutes drive to Marton. Emma communicated really promptly and was very helpful. Thanks, Emma, for a great stay!

The stay was beautiful all rooms were spacious spotlessly clean. There was everything supplied that was needed. The kitchen well equipped with washing machine and beautiful outside space to sit and enjoy the peace and quiet. There is moomaa cafe where the coffee, food and service were exceptional . I would highly recommend

Excellent property, wonderful location, was amazed to see how well everything was organized in the house and the cleanliness. Everything exceeded our expectations. Would love to come back to stay sometime again.

The house had everything you needed. A lovely house & Garden

Moomaa farmstay was absolutely lovely. The utilities were great, the location was good and private, the house was very well kept, warm and spacious. It accommodated our group of ten including a dog and a baby really well. Would recommend it as a private getaway.

Moomaa home stay was wonderful. It was a pacious, spotless, cosy, very comfy beds, lovely warm fire & a lovely setting, & well equipped. Couldn’t fault it. The Moomaa cafe was great too.

Absolutely perfect location for a woodshed family 21st up the road! Such a perfect set up for our large group of 12 (my sister loved the house so much she wanted to tow it home🤣). Amenities and provisions 100% and made this family gathering so special!! Beds, linen and furnishing stunning; 100% comfortable! Emma was so easy to get hold of and communications were excellent! Perfect stay!!

A perfect spot for a retreat for our board of directors to focus on planning the future without any distractions. Fabulous food delivered from the cafe to supplement our supplies. A warm and comfortable house. Slightly inconvenient toilet arrangements, but otherwise perfect.

The location was great and easy to find.

We didn’t know the Moomaa Cafe was opened on Mondays. Anyway we found a cafe in town.

We had breakfast at the Cafe Moomaa just down the drive way from the homestay. Very good. Coffee great

Loved the fire already set up for us.

Loved the rural setting and Cafe down the hill. Wood fire and rain made for memorable stay.
