Schön eingerichtete Hotelzimmer mit Aircon, sehr hilfsbereites Personal. Wir konnten über das Personal eine Sightseeing Tour buchen und erhielten einen tollen Driver, der die Tickets für uns gekauft hat und zwischen den Aktivitäten auf uns gewartet hat.

Wir hatten einige kleine Termiten im Zimmer.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and I would like to give special thanks to Jhun from the front desk. He was one of the most helpful and thoughtful hotel staff we have ever met. The hotel itself is very clean, tidy, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The environment is relaxing, and you can really feel the care put into every detail. Jhun was extremely kind and helpful throughout our whole stay. He helped us arrange our activities for the next day, coordinated everything smoothly, and even helped us manage our check-out time according to our schedule. He also arranged our transportation, including the driver for our trips and the airport transfer. The cars and drivers he arranged were very reliable and made our journey much easier and stress-free. He also helped us arrange our diving trip to Sumilon Island, and the diving shop he recommended was professional and trustworthy. Thanks to his help, we were able to enjoy our trip without worrying about the details. From the moment we arrived until we left for the airport, Jhun was always patient, friendly, and willing to help. His excellent service truly made our stay more memorable. Thank you so much, Jhun, and thank you to the whole hotel team. We highly recommend this place and hope to come back again in the future! ❤️

Just a small note for improvement: we noticed that after the room cleaning, a towel was left on the table and there was a tiny spot that might have been missed while wiping. We understand that these things can happen, maybe the cleaning was interrupted at that moment. It was not a problem for us, but we just wanted to share this small suggestion so the team can make an already great experience even better.

Nice and a modern design on the hotell. The room and bathroom are super fresh. The staff are very friendly and helped us to book whale snorkeling, taxi transfer and laundry. Good location in Oslob. Close to restaurants and 7-11.

Отличное месторасположение относительно основного туристического объекта знакомства с китовыми акулами, примерно в 15-20 минутах на машине. Отель в центре деревни, рядом 7eleven, рынок, закусочные и кафе.. Для конкретной местности один из лучших вариантов, стильный, чистый современный, даже бассейн небольшой имеется. В 5 минутах точка отправления корабля на панглау, правда редко ходит, но тем не менее. Цена качество соответствуют полностью ожиданиям.

The two men working at the hotel are so friendly, helpful and lovely. They really made the stay perfect. The hotel is beautiful and rooms are spacious and clean. Would definitely stay again.

Best choice in Oslob! The room is just very new and clean with cute interior design and bathroom. Nicely working AC and Wi-Fi. Very good restaurants nearby, also a 7/11. Possible to rent a motorbike from the property which is very convenient. And June!! He helped with literally everything, planning, giving great tips, arranging our ferry tickets to go to Bohol… We’re so grateful, thank you once again!

The aesthetic of the room is clean and modern. I love the interiors and it's also near to restaurants and the city.

the pool is too small and you can't really swim at night because it would be too dark. I hope they will put lights at the pool. Overall the lack of lights on the property its too dark.

To be honest I was expecting more

Very new, clean, modern hotel. Probably more convenient if you have a car although there are two restaurants within a two minute walk

Towels were presumably not dried properly resulting in a mildew smell. Staff immediately changed them of course but even the new ones still had the smell. I’m guessing they will rectify this

Staff were nice.

Hotel is new, and had lacked some real basic function, no milk, no secure place to put your passport, no restaurant of any sort, and filtered water was on ground floor so you. Whilst it was ultra modern, and staff were helpful, it by far needed some more work, no fridge in the room, that was big one. No security, felt exposed and unsafe. They leave at 10pm. No twin beds option. Given the cost, it lacked alot of hotel experience for me.

Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en denkt goed met je mee, bij aankomst kan je een plan maken voor eventueel de volgende dag (zoals zwemmen met de whalesharks), ze kunnen je helpen met het regelen van de ferry.

De airco is aan de kleinere kant waardoor die niet de hele kamer goed kan afkoelen, als je het snel heet hebt moet je hier rekening mee houden.

Fantastic staff who go above and beyond to make the stay perfect! The location is amazing for visiting the whale sharks, going to the beach or just for a wander off the tourist track The hotel rooms have everything you need, are clean and well looked after We used the hotel spa (had a massage) the ladies came to our room and it was great value for money and a nice addition to the holiday

Pool area is quite small and shaded but we didn’t use it and it looks exactly as it’s pictured

Kamer was zeer warm, airco werkte slecht! Geen ontbijt bij het hotel. Gelukkig op de hoek zat een heel leuk restaurantje waar je heerlijk kon ontbijten.

We had a wonderful stay at Pobla Hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and made for a very relaxing stay, with fast and reliable WiFi which was a great bonus. A special thank you to Jhun at the front desk, who was absolutely fabulous and made our stay so much better. He helped us with everything, from booking our tours to arranging a driver for our trip to Cebu City. He also recommended amazing restaurants and kindly assisted us by taking our laundry to the local laundrette, which was such a thoughtful touch and made our stay even more convenient. Most importantly, Jhun’s warm, friendly, and helpful attitude made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay. He is a true asset to Pobla Hotel, and we are very grateful for everything he did for us. Highly recommended!

Aardig personeel, hippe aankleding, chill zwembadje, locatie dichtbij de restaurants, tours werden geregeld voor een mooie prijs.

Er was veel kapot aan het gebouw en meubilair. Ik miste een plek waar je lekker kon zitten. Uiteindelijk op het dakterras gezeten.

Jhun est un réceptionniste très accueillant et au service des clients. Il donne de nombreux conseils sur comment se déplacer et accéder aux activités

Le lit n’est pas du tout confortable pour y séjourner plusieurs jours. Il n’y a pas de bouteilles d’eau à disposition des clients. Pas de télévision, ni de mini bar dans la chambre

Ottima posizione, il ragazzo alla reception é stato gentilissimo e disponibile, prenotandoci esperienze e trasporti.

The property is tucked away from the Main Street, with a 7 Eleven, atm, pharmacy and plenty of independent bakers, coffee shops and restaurants close by. The owners are extremely helpful arranging transport, tours, etc; there is a tut-tut taxi rank opposite. The Heritage site and community food market, are well worth a visit. The whale sanctuary, scuba dive centres and boats to Sumilon Island are 20 mins away by tut-tut, which is all part of the experience (!)

Sehr schönes Hotel in Oslob mit eigenem Pool. Die Zimmer und das Hotel sind modern eingerichtet. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und erfüllt jeden Wunsch. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Walhai watching, Schildkröten, Kawasan und Tumalog Falls Vielen Dank für alles. Gerne wieder.

Dia Klimaanlage ist ein wenig laut. Aber ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Pobla Hotel. The facilities were excellent, everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made our stay very enjoyable. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional service from the staff. They really went above and beyond to help us, especially when we faced an issue with transportation. One of our taxi drivers cancelled at the last minute, but the hotel team immediately stepped in, actively searching for alternatives and making multiple arrangements until they secured another taxi for us. They made sure we weren’t left stranded, which we deeply appreciated. Their dedication and willingness to go the extra mile made a huge difference to our trip. I would definitely recommend Pobla Hotel to anyone looking for not just great facilities, but also genuinely caring and proactive service.

Everything was perfect!! The rooms were beautiful and clean, the common areas were well-maintained and spotless, the pool was lovely, and the best part was getting to know the staff at this hotel. To say they were fantastic is an understatement.

Not much around the area but most people are staying to do activities.

You get what you see on the photos, it has a really industrial style and feels little bit like a garage. But there is no real alternative in Oslob, so its good for one night and some whaleshark action.

The Staff is helpful as long as you accept there offers for taxi and laundry etc. Their transport offers are very overpriced, if you wanna go get a whaleshark expierence just get a Tricycle to get you there and show you around the process.

wir hatten kein Frühstück ! war aber kein Problem da es in der nähe viele möglichkeiten gibt!! Der Junge am Empfang war sehr hilfsbereit, er hat uns einen Guide besorgt und den Transfer zu den Walhaien ! ausserdem hat er erkannt das wir über 60 sind und daher bevorzugt zu den Booten gebracht wurden! nochmal vielen Dank!!!

- Sehr laute Klimaanlage im Zimmer - Am Pool gab es nur zwei Holz-Liegen, eine davon war kaputt, zudem keine Auflagen vorhanden - Überall im Hotel, auch im Zimmer waren kleine Ameisen - Matratze rutsche immer vom Bett - Entspricht definitiv nicht dem Standard eines 4-Sterne-Hotels

櫃檯非常熱情，熱心助人，入住時主動提供鯨鯊與Sumilon島的行程選項、時間安排、行程建議，價格透明，對於自由行P人非常友善。配合的地陪也非常友善，陪我們度過愉快的一天。住宿地點很好，離巴士站很近，櫃檯推薦的附近餐廳也很好吃。空間很舒服！

唯一美中不足是被子比較薄，兩個人會搶被子。

Pobla Hotel 절대 피하세요! 최악의 경험! 我于2025年10月5日入住这家酒店，体验极其糟糕！首先，酒店连最基本的用品都不提供：牙刷牙膏、晾衣架、餐巾纸、吹风机、一次性拖鞋全都没有！吹风机还是打电话后才勉强送来，而不是提前备好！ 更离谱的是热水器坏了！维修后依然无法正常使用，反复报修后服务生竟不耐烦地说“再坏就不修了”，态度极差！ 最让人愤怒的是酒店工作人员的态度极其不专业！尤其是那个穿绿色T恤的男生，明明说好预约3点的车，他居然拖到3点半才开始帮我们叫车，而且一直约不到，整整一小时后才临时拦了辆出租车。更可气的是，他还骗我们说“路上封路，司机过不来”！这种不诚信、不专业的态度，严重怀疑他是因为晚上被叫来修热水器而心怀不满，故意报复！ 大家务必避雷！浪费钱又受罪！ I stayed at this hotel on October 5, 2025, and it was a nightmare! First, the hotel doesn’t even provide basic amenities: no toothbrush, toothpaste, clothes hangers, tissues, hairdryer, or disposable slippers! The hairdryer had to be requested by phone and wasn’t even placed in the room initially. What’s worse, the water heater was broken! Even after maintenance, it still didn’t work properly. The staff was rude and said they wouldn’t fix it again if it broke another time! The most infuriating part was the extremely unprofessional attitude of the staff! The guy in the green T-shirt promised to arrange a 3 o’clock car for us, but he didn’t even start booking until 3:30! He couldn’t get any car for a whole hour, and we ended up with a临时 taxi. He even lied to us, saying "the road is blocked, the driver can’t come"! This is utterly dishonest and unprofessional! I strongly suspect he did this deliberately because we had to call him to fix the water heater at night—this feels like deliberate retaliation! Avoid this hotel at all costs! 2025년 10월 5일에 체크인했는데, 정말 끔찍했습니다! 기본 용품인 칫솔, 치약, 옷걸이, 휴지, 드라이기, 슬리퍼 등이 모두 없었습니다! 드라이기는 전화로 요청해야 겨우 가져왔어요. 더 큰 문제는 온수기가 고장났다는 겁니다! 수리 후에도 고장이 나고, 직원은 "다시 고장 나면 수리 안 함"이라며 불친절하게 대했어요! 가장 화나는 것은 직원들의 매우 비전문적인 태도입니다! 특히 초록색 티셔츠를 입은 남자 직원이 3시에 택시를 예약해 주기로 했는데, 정작 3시 30분이 되어서야 예약을 시작했고, 결국 한 시간 동안 차를 구하지 못해 급하게 택시를 타야 했어요. 게다가 "길이 막혀서 운전사가 올 수 없다"고 거짓말까지 했습니다! 정말 불성실하고 비전문적인 태도에 분노합니다. 우리가 전날 밤에 온수기 수리를 부른 것에 대한 일종의 보복이 아닌지 심각히 의심됩니다! 이 호텔은 정말 추천하지 않습니다!

Awesome hotel very conveniently located in Oslob. Great brutalist architecture, very clean and extremely friendly & supportive staff who directly at arrival helped us with organizing our whaleshark diving trip and the ferry for the next day. Thanks a lot and until next time!

The hotel had cool aesthetics and seemed modern considering the location. The room was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The location was pretty bad - the two restaurants they suggested were not great and there isn’t much more around in terms of food. It is right next door a 711 so that is helpful

The hotel is new, the location is perfect. And the staff are the best you can imagine: always available and so nice.
