Ristorante internazionale pessimo e senza prodotti, servizio disastroso, livello di inglese imbarazzante, prezzo veramente molto alto rispetto alla media anche dei 5 stelle.

Personel can’t really speak In English, we used a translator, but there was couple of issues where we didn’t understand each other correctly. Check in and check out took about 10-15 mins, no mini bar, and over the phone they cant speak in English so can’t order a food, or it takes about an hour. In lobby they can’t speak as well in English that was confusing and caused issues

Reviewed Jul 23, 2024Food is amazing. One of the best dinner buffet I ever had. Amazing choice in the buffet (we had BF and dinner) Amazing food quality according to local standard but also very high for international taste (some difference in cooking) Service is at top level
The wine choice is limited for now. (I am half french so... maybe we are picky) The tea serving service in the Cantonese restaurant is not at cantonese standard. (My wife is cantonese so maybe she is picky :) ) We had a smell issue from our first room due to the building new design but it was immediately changed.
