Шикарные апартаменты, мы останавливались в Барселоне на 3 ночи и остались в восторге, в апартаментах было всё что нужно, достаточно места, местоположение отличное, до центра на метро очень удобно и быстро, не было абсолютно никаких проблем или неудобств, цена соответствует качеству. Если ещё раз будем в Барселоне - с удовольствием вернусь именно сюда

La ubicación y la forma de acceso al apartamento, me pareció muy cómoda. Buena limpieza y varios utensilios para poder cocinar.

El estudio es bastante pequeño, pero te las puedes apañar.

Bardzo ładny, czysty i komfortowy apartament. Wyposażenie było w zasadzie kompletne i w pełni wystarczające na pobyt trzydniowy – znaleźliśmy wszystko, co niezbędne do wygodnego funkcjonowania. Jedynym drobnym minusem był zapas kawy – kapsułek wystarczyło tylko na jeden dzień, więc musieliśmy dokupić całe opakowanie. Fajnym udogodnieniem byłoby też zapewnienie podstawowych produktów kuchennych, takich jak sól, pieprz czy niewielka butelka oliwy, co z pewnością ułatwiłoby przygotowywanie posiłków na miejscu. Lokalizacja apartamentu jest bardzo dobra – w niedalekiej odległości znajduje się przystanek autobusowy oraz wejście do metra, co umożliwia szybkie i sprawne poruszanie się po mieście. Podsumowując – miejsce zdecydowanie godne polecenia. Świetna baza wypadowa do zwiedzania miasta, czysty apartament i przyjemna atmosfera. Z chęcią wrócilibyśmy ponownie.

Не считая того, что нет стиральной машинки, в жилье есть все необходимое. Но неподалеку есть прачечная. Апартаменты очень удобно расположены, быстро и комфортно можно доехать как до центра, так и до аэропорта/вокзала.

В жилье очень не хватает стиральной машинки.

La struttura è molto accogliente pulita e carina, con tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno. Treni ,metro,bus,a due passi e un centro commerciale a 2 minuti a piedi.

Местоположението е много добро. Много близо до общежитието Livensa Living.

Le chauffage que l’on ne peut pas régler soi-même : seule la climatisation se déclenche !

Clean , new, functional, the lobby area was useful- no need to wait outside in the cold while waiting for uber pick up. Digital check in very smooth.

Pour sound issolation-you hear every movement in near appartment, water flush, showering of neighbors. Appartment supposed to had tea and coffee, shampoo/shower gel for all stay, but for 3 night 2 persons we had only 4 coffee capsules and 2 packages of tea and not enough shampoo/shower gell.Once after second night I wrote and ask for additional tea,coffee, shampoo noone answered to my message and not fullfilled request. Also 1 of towels was with huge hole

Ωραίο μοντέρνο διαμέρισμα,τέλεια τοποθεσία, απέναντι υπάρχει εμπορικό κέντρο, είναι κοντά σε αρκετούς σταθμούς μετρό και σούπερ μάρκετ.

Το wifi ήταν κακό!Θα μπορούσε να έχει έστω αλάτι/πιπέρι στη κουζίνα!

La ubicación, muy sencillo conectar con el centro y el barrio muy tranquilo y con todo lo necesario.

La única pega que le pondría, fue que no pudimos hacer el chek in antes de la hora y aún llegando a las 15:30 no pudimos entrar porque el equipo de limpieza aún estaba limpiando.

El confort del lugar. Tiene todo lo necesario y más. Todo funcionaba muy bien. Todo limpio. Inmejorable.

Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται σε μια πολύ καλή και ήρεμη περιοχή με μεγάλους δρόμους κ αρκετό πράσινο. Η γειτονιά έχει κοντινό σουπερμάρκετ και καφέ και οι στάσεις τρένου κ μέτρο είναι στα 5 λεπτά. Είναι πλήρως ανακαινισμένο και το βρήκαμε πολύ καθαρό όταν φτάσαμε. Παράλληλα είναι αρκετά εξοπλισμένο με σκεύη σε περίπτωση που κάποιος επιθυμεί να μαγειρέψει.

Η επικοινωνία με τους υπεύθυνους του διαμερίσματος ήταν ανύπαρκτη. Προτού φτάσουμε ρωτήσαμε αν στο διαμέρισμα υπάρχει πιστολάκι κ λάβαμε απάντηση την τελευταία μας μέρα. (Υπάρχει) Το τελευταίο μας βράδυ όταν φτάσαμε στην είσοδο βρήκαμε μια κυρία να προσπαθεί να βάλει τον κωδικό στο key lock το οποίο είχε μπλοκάρει. Επικοινωνήσαμε με τους υπεύθυνους οι οποίοι απάντησαν το επόμενο πρωί. Ευτυχώς βρισκόταν ήδη στο διαμέρισμα ο σύζυγος της κυρίας και μας άνοιξε για να μπούμε. Επίσης για 5 διανυκτερεύσεις άφησαν μόνο ένα σετ πετσέτες. Ακόμα το διαμέρισμα μας υποδέχτηκε με μόνο 1 νερό και κάψουλες καφέ για μια ημέρα.

A szállás jól megközelíthető volt a reptérről. A belváros is még kényelmes távolságban van. Metró, busz is van a közelben. Az apartman rendezett, tiszta és a kódos rendszer is jól működött.

Czystość, wygodne łóżko i wszystko co potrzebne było zabezpieczone. Obiekt bardzo dobrze położony pod względem komunikacyjnym jako baza wypadowa do zwiedzania Barcelony i okolic. Miła pomocna obsługa.

There should be a floor mat or a scrap to scrap.floor dry as floor around toilet bowl & sink.are wet after a bath. Since there is no staff on site, the helpline must always have someone to answer the call. It was very exasperating when i need to use the l9cker befoee heading out for mtg - called 8 times & fimally there was a response. However staff are most helpful. Lastly there was a 1.32€ tourist tax tt has to be paid in cash & put into an envelope on check out. There was no envelope and it was difficult to find cash change of 1.32€- why can't this b included in the payment for the stay?

location is not bad, the price/service ratio is good.

1. wifi is terrible. you got disconnected for no reason from time to time. so not a place to trade on stock market. 2. house-cleaning. i was promised to have the room cleaned and trash taken out every three days, but during my 8-day stay the cleaning person came just once.

The self check in so easy, the location near the metro, the coffee tea available for free and complimentary water

Room was a bit hot even with AC on, also at one point during the night the emergency light turned on in the hallway waking me up

I loved the modernness of this apartment, very clean, comfy and in a quiet area that felt safe. Loved the key code idea makes the process faster of checking in. Cafe right next door, metro very close by and opposite is a massive shopping centre with all the main shops you need! Also supermarkets near too. Very ideal for a staycation!

All recommendations! The accommodation was clean and spacious. It has everything you need. The location is good, and the metro station is nearby, which makes it easier to get to the city itself.

Nice modern apartment, comfortable. Location is excellent for visiting Barcelona as the main attractions are all accessible via metro. Big mall nearby and a nice cafe, although otherwise not much else in the vicinity itself. We had a slight issue with check in, but was sorted promptly.

Security light in the room (not sure why) kept turning on in the middle of the night which was very disruptive.

The location was excellent, close to shops, restaurants, and transport, yet quiet at night. The owner/manager was extremely cooperative and always responsive, which made the experience even better. Overall, a perfect choice for anyone looking for a stylish and convenient stay in the heart of Barcelona.

No one cleaned for 6 days, the sleeping room was occupied by the entire dormitory, I bumped into myself every time I passed by.Before we arrived, the hotel carefully asked us when we would arrive, and when we were leaving and had left our luggage in the room, we exceeded the check-out time by 20 seconds and it turned out that the door was already blocked. We barely got our luggage through a cleaning lady who didn't know a word of English.Instead of a soft duvet, there was an ugly gray blanket that you couldn't tell if it had been washed. There was no duvet cover, just a bottom sheet to wrap yourself in.There was no TV remote, so we were forced to ask for it. It was obvious that the goal was simply profit, without any purely human nuance in the service.The floor in the apartment was dirty and worn linoleum

The rooms were exceptionally clean and well-maintained, with every corner looking spick and span. It felt fresh and comfortable throughout our stay, and we truly appreciated the attention to detail in the housekeeping. We stayed there for a full week, and the cleanliness remained consistently impressive.

The location isn’t very convenient, as it’s quite far from most attractions. To get around, you’ll either need to take a taxi or spend about 40 minutes on the bus, to reach the city center. Another concern is that city tax payment was requested in cash and no receipt was provided, which felt a bit questionable.

Struttura molto pulita e anche comoda, ben collegata con il centro anche se un poco distante (ma lo sai quando prenoti). Fai tutto da solo check-in e check out; per ogni esigenza puoi contrarre il proprietario che è molto disponibile.

Unica pecca è che per lasciare i bagagli dopo il check out devi pagare il locker (quando magari in altre strutture non c’è il bisogno) ma soprattutto che essendo autonomo in tutto per questo devi contattare il proprietario per farti dare il pin e tutto, non c’è un Qr o altro con il quale puoi fare anche questo in autonomia; noi di fatto non siamo riusciti ad accordarci in tempo e abbiamo dovuto optare per una soluzione in città.

Das ARIQUS Fira Apartment war für uns nach Besichtigung der Lage , über Google Earth und die Verbindung vom Airport gut zu erreichen . Wir buchten Bahn-karte (Hin +Zurück ..um 20€ ) sowie eine Monatscarte (T-mobilitat /grün/ für Busse -Strassenbahn und U-bahn-Metro) ca.22-€,die für uns sehr vorteilhaft war ,und womit wir fast alles erreichen konnten . (Die Bahnkarte vom Airport hätten wir uns sparen können ,was zwar schneller ging ,aber es gibt Buss und Metroverbindungen vom und bis zum Flughafen .) Somit war die für uns nicht ganz perfekte Lage des Quartiers egal ,da von hier ca.200m selbiger Ouer-Strasse oder vom "Centre Commercial "gegenüber, alles gut und schnell zu erreichen war .(Bus oder dann weiter mit Metro) Die kleine Wohnung schien neu renoviert und sauber zu sein .Alles klappte perfekt ohne Kontakte (mit Zahlencode) Ausstattung war zweckmäßig und alles nötige vorhanden (für Frühstück oder auch zum Kochen ) Im Kühlschrank gab es sogar eine Flasche Wasser ! Klimaanlage brauchten wir fast nicht ,waren allerdings von morgens bis nachts unterwegs und somit nur zum Übernachten und Frühstücken in der Wohnung. Da Barcelona sehr teuer ist ,war diese Unterkunft "günstig" (um 1000€ die Woche ,wenn man bedenkt ,dass ein Mehrfachbett-Zimmer mit Gemeinschaftsbad ,von 600-900€ kosten kann 1 Woche ) Wir waren mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden !

Da die Wohnung neu renoviert schien ,hätte die Dusche besser angelegt sein können . Die Bodenfußleiste könnte man mit Fließen ersetzen ,sowie mit neuen Siliconverfugungen korrigieren ( beginnt schwarz zu werden ) .Ebenso eine Abschlussleiste : Dusche zu Badezimmer anbringen ,da das Wasser schnell ins Zimmer lief . Für eine Woche kein Problem .Mit kleinen Änderungen ,wäre das aber schnell behoben . Gut wäre auch eine Möglichkeit Handtücher oder nasse Wäsche zum Trocknen aufhängen zu können .

Que hubiese agua fresca al llegar con tanto calor y cafe para la mañana con el detalle de las galletitas lotus tan buenas. La decoración minimalista también y la distribución práctica, el ambiente agradable y suficiente espacio. Todo muy ordenado y limpio

Abbiamo soggiornato 4 notti nel monolocale al quinto piano, con vista sul retro dell'edificio. Appartamento pulito, dotato di tutte le cose necessarie. Cucina minimal ma comoda per preparare pasti semplici, bagno bello e moderno, senza finestra. Ascensore comodo e funzionante. Staff molto gentile e molto d'aiuto, abbiamo potuto lasciare i bagagli sia prima del check-in che dopo il check-out per continuare a visitare la città e recuperarli in seguito. Molto comodo per l'aeroporto, comodissimi i mezzi pubblici a pochi metri dall'appartamento (gli spostamenti per le principali attrazioni richiedono però in media tra i 30 e i 45 minuti)

O apartamento é muito bonito, confortável, tem tudo que um viajante precisa. Equipe muito solicita até me permitiu fazer check-in antes. Melhor chuveiro que já usei.

We like how modern the apartment was. It was very comfortable and perfect for a short trip. Location was okay, a bit further from the city, but there were bus stops, train station and metro as well.

One thing we didnt like so much was a bit of mold in the shower. Since it looked all so modern and new, we would apreciate to take care of it. :)

La struttura é essenziale e molto accogliente, il mobilio é nuovo e moderno. Pulizia impeccabile, letto comodo, bagno molto carino e doccia grande. Nell'appartamento sono presenti macchinetta del caffé, bollitore, tostapane e phon. Stoviglie ben ordinate e pulite. Aria condizionata. Comunicazione con l'host ottime. La posizione é ben collegata con il centro, fermata della metro praticamente sotto la struttura e fermata degli autobus raggiungibile attraversando lo stradone davanti. Sicuramente da tenere come riferimento per i prossimi viaggi a Barcellona, ci siamo trovati benissimo.
