De straatnaam is anders dan wat op de site staat. De handdoeken waren oud en erg muf, er waren er onvoldoende voor 3 personen. De lakens waren een mengeling van verschillende sets, er was ook geen echt laken voor de slaapbank. De topmatras van het bed is groter dan het onderstuk waardoor je uit het bed dreigde te rollen. De slaapbank kon niet worden uitgetrokken want de TV-kast stond in de weg. De parking was betalend (€5 per dag) hoewel op de site stond dat deze gratis was. Er was geen wasmachine aanwezig (stond wel als aanwezig op de site). De "badkamer" rook erg muf, hier was geen raam of ventilatie. Er was geen douche aanwezig, slechts een WC-bidetsproeier die dienst deed als douche. Er was geen douchebak dus heel de badkamer werd nat bij het afspoelen. De tafel in de keuken is wankel. Zeer weinig materiaal aanwezig om te koken. WIFI code werd niet medegedeeld. De deur van het appartement is nauwelijks te openen doordat deze is uitgezet en geen handvat heeft om aan te trekken.

There should be a lamp beside or on the livingroom table. Television would be better a bit higher up.

Sijainti oli loistava, huoneistossa oli myös kuivausrumpu sekä kuohuviinilasit, mikä oli erittäin mukava yllätys.

Sängyn alla näkyi jokin paperinenäliina tms, sen olisi voinut siivota. Eteisen matto oli vähän turhan paksu, koska se haittasi kph:n oven avautumista.

Die Küche ist geräumig und wirkte sauber.

Sauberkeit sehr mangelhaft: die Wäsche lag noch halbgetrocknet in der Waschmaschine, der Spiegelschrank im Bad war mit irgend einer Flüssigkeit gefüllt, die Klobürste stand in einer ekligen Brühe. In der Küche waren noch Überbleibsel verteilt, die weggeworfen gehört hätten. Dadurch stellte sich ein unsicheres Gefühl gegenüber der gesamten Sauberkeit der Wohnung ein, wir bezogen das Bett beispielsweise sicherheitshalber mit unserer eigenen Bettwäsche. Ansonsten ist dort oben im Sommer extreme Hitze. Die Fliegengitter sind zerrissen. Für empfindliche Schläfer: Das Abdunkeln des Raums ist nur schwierig möglich. Der Empfang war sehr unfreundlich und es gab keine Erklärungen, Zb dazu wie man die Wohnungstür aufschließt (was sich für uns als schwierig herausstellte), oder wie man die Waschmaschine in Betrieb nehmen kann (war nicht angeschlossen). Obwohl wir mehrere Nächte gebucht hatten, fühlten wir uns so unwohl, dass wir uns nach einer Nacht für unseren restlichen Aufenthalt eine andere Unterkunft suchten.

Washing machine is not connected to the tap to supply water to the washing Machine. Therefore, the washing machine is not working. The bed sheets were not clean

The apartment and location were all okay, train, bus station and shopping center were super close to the apartment.

The owner was late by about 30 minutes. I have also requested transfer to the airport for the next day, I told the owner that we had to be at the airport at 6am, and the owner told us to be ready at 5.30 am outside. The cost of transfer was 30 euro. I gave her 20 euros as I didn't have 30 and it was agreed we would give the remaining 10 euros the next day. Next day, we waited for the transfer till 5.50am, and we had to take a different taxi as no one came for us. I messaged the home owner as to where they were, but she only replied 1 hour later, asking where we. The taxi was way cheaper, it only costed 20 euros. The owner isn't trustworthy, I unfortunately I lost 20 euros.

Very good location. Free parking space close to the building. There are enough dishes to make food and eat. Extra blankets and laundry is available. Bed was fine for my back pain.

I did not like the overall smell in the apartment. No dischwasher tablets to use the dishwasher. No laundry detergent. Someones old food was in the microwave. Whole apartment could have been cleaner. Bedsheets were wrinkly. Bathroom door did not open properly because of the carpet.

Terrible apartment. I don’t recommend it. Even though you give the owner your arrival time, she makes you wait, and the place still isn’t ready—she said she’d come up and “clean for five minutes.” When we finally got in, the windows were open, but you could still smell the stench of animal urine. Open the fridge, and it reeks of something rotten. We couldn’t use the fridge either day because of the awful smell. The dishwasher was full of dirty plates and cutlery. All the cookware was dirty, with dried-on rice stuck to it. She left a nearly empty roll of toilet paper and no spare, so we had to use tissues. There were two of us and only one towel in the closet, which we had to hunt for. No shower gel or shampoo, either. It’s obvious she doesn’t care at all and only wants the money. Don’t stay in this apartment.

We liked the property.cozy enough for short stay..But no co ordination between couple owner as,we agreed to extend and left for our booked show.But on the way,we had to rush back from our way just to check out and hand over key,,and we lost our museum ticket money as it was non refundable..

Owners themselves should co ordinate before commiting to customer.

Was not clean, bad smell in the room and bathroom, kitchen was dirty, oven never cleaned before.

The host was slow with their responses and did not provide clear instructions about the key timely. I had to wait after my arrival. Also, there was also no wifi although it was mentioned in the description.

The location is perfect. Walking distance to the train station and shopping. It has private parking and the possibility to (slow) charge your car. Washing, drying machine and dishwasher. I liked that the kitchen and the bedroom are 2 different rooms with a door in between.

Maybe this house is oriented for 1-2 nights of sleep. 2 adults and kid stayed 4 nights and: I chose this place mainly because of the possibility to charge but I couldn't use the charger. There was only 1 toilet paper roll There was only 1 tablet for the dishwasher Not enough plates,cups,glasses, spoons etc

Host was great and prompt in communication. It’s value for money. Okies in terms of cleanliness if you are travelling with family and kids but considering the price it was spot on. Well functioning kitchen.

the host was really rude to talking about Indian people and she put new rules and regulations about the apparent when she handover the key. it was really unexpected 😮 And the bedsheet and pillow cover looks really old and dirty.

The Internet didn't work. The owner had not answer calls for a long time, when we were able to notify her about this, she promised, but did not pay for the Internet. By the time we arrive it is 18:00 the towels were still in the dryer. After two hours, they were still wet. We ran the dryer for another drying cycle, but the towels were not dry (perhaps the dryer was broken). The bed linen was of poor quality and old, the towels were also old and needed replacing. A one-and-a-half-length duvet is inserted into the duvet cover of a double duvet. The saucepan was dirty. The sofa doesn't fold out.

Good value for the money. Pretty good kitchen. Good location, near to shopping center. Despite the urban area it was quiet. Possibly to get free parking place.

The sofa was not the best to sleep in but ok for one night.

Warm and cozy apartment. Clean and nice kitchen with necessary utensils and cooking equipments. Bed to me a bit too soft but it's OK. Few train stops from airport and not difficult to locate.

Beautiful cosy home, friendly hostess, perfect location near train station and a mall.

I loved everything.

The bed linen was not changed, it smelled and there were hairs, The owner of the apartment was very aggressive, she shouted, walked and talked nervously, He asked us to pay in cash, we didn't have cash, he took us to an ATM and the ATM swallowed the card.

It is ok for one night, close to the airport. The free car park is a good extra.

I informed our host that we will arrive between 17.30 and 18.00. She was not there then. We got in 18.20. It was a total surprise that the host wanted cash. I thought it was paid by my credit card as always when booking on this site. There was no info concerning this before, it was not mentioned until we arrived.

We loved the apartment it being cosy and comfortable. Initially it was cold for us at 5 degrees even with heaters on but slowly we got to settle in and it was great, with warm bathroom too. Comfortable beds with additional sofa bed gave a great nights sleep. Kitchen was spacious and super clean and well stocked with pots and pans left me in awe ☺️. Located in a quite neighbourhood with easy access and a few minutes walk from the train station while coming from helsinki central train station, K-Supermarket right opposite the apartment building just across the road and easy food delivery from Wolt from multiple food options available nearby. Hosts husband was also available to drop us to the airport the next morning with an additional charge, was also well spoken and friendly 😊

Booking.com misguided us with the map and took us to the other side of the train station which was a hassle to drag our bags and also having my aged mum to drag her to walk on cold winter evening. Though host apologised us later for not letting us know the right location beforehand, it would have been the best experience with proactive guidance.

Good appartment for a short stay, good location close to the shopping center.

Be aware that parking is not possible for free, only, if you book it very much infront and if you are lucky, area has only few guest parking places and if they are already taken, nowhere to park at all. Parking on the street only for 2 hours, you need to use a clock for the car and move it all the time. This is a big problem for a travellers with a car.

The apartment had everything you may need for your stay. The host was very polite and responsive. It is located right next to the train station and a small mall that can offer some food options.

The flat was lovely and clean.

No wifi as advised on the site. The full address was not given until 16.00, even though I requested it on midday. For this reason, I couldn't plan my journey in advance. The person answering the questions on booking.com told me that only cash is allowed. If I don't bring cash, I should cancel my booking. Obviously, this did not make any sense, as I would have lost my money. I had to go around with my heavy suitcases to look for atm. However, on arrival, bank transfer was accepted.

Nice kitchen, comfortable bed and sofa, everything clean. My host was nice although I was 3 hours late.

Nobody told me Wi-Fi loging and when I asked I was told that It is not working that day. I would use towel and dishcloth. I would expect sauna in the room from booking pictures, but It was "only" on the ground floor.
