The location was great. Central to our main activities. The staff were great. Would stay here again.

The hotel was great. I wouldn't change anything about that. Our booking experience through the app left a little to be desired. We needed to be able to cancel one night because our plans changed and we were unable to do that through either the hotel or the app. The app, erroneously, said to contact the hotel regarding changes to our stay. The hotel let us know they couldn't touch our reservation since it was made through a third party. Why tell customers to contact the hotel directly if the hotels are powerless to change anything? So frustrating. I spent 2 hours in a mindless loop trying to get a partial refund. We essentially paid double for our stay because neither customer service for Booking.com nor the hotel were able to adjust the dates of our stay. I would much rather book directly through the hotel and pay higher tax than deal with this app any longer.

Lady at the front desk was amazing, beds very comfortable, the first room was not clean and the lady at the front desk. Fixed it immediately. Thank you!

We did not eat breakfast because it was not included as all the motels we have ever stayed at does. The price for breakfast would have been $43 which it totally overpriced. When I got my bill there was an extra charge on it that I have no idea what it is. So now I am having to make phone calls to have it removed from my charge. I will not recommend any of The Marriot at the Courtyard to Any of my friends. I was told they are the only ones that charge for breakfast. The regular Marriott’s do not.

The toilet seat is for a small child. Seniors such as myself and my husband had a hard time getting up from this one. See above comment about breakfast and my other dislikes.

It was comfortable and the staff was helpful.

I didn't understand why the fire alarms were going off at all hours. It was not restful and I didn't know if I was going to be evacuated. I had to keep all my possessions ready to go.

Location is easy to get to and surround by good eats and plenty to do..

Starbucks isn't always what you want to pay for.. Free coffee or teas be nice..

Well the elevator was broke and the shower was falling apart. Some of the lights didn't work. The outside doors wasn't locked. We have been staying for a few years now to see family and we probably will be staying somewhere else in the future.

We absolutely loved our room. Beautiful hotel, we are already planning on another trip just to stay there again.

The receptionists did not know where a good restaurant was for dinner or breakfast. The air conditioner in the first room did not work. Did get moved to a working room. No complimentary breakfast. coffee over by 9:30

Pretty and well-maintained room. NICE COMFY BED, attractive and comfortable upholstered loveseat/ottoman, good lighting, nice work desk, good AC. Very clean, with working fridge and microwave in cabinet.

The coffee was weak all three days I was there and the scrambled eggs were unnatural and watery (perhaps dehydrated powdered eggs?), tasteless and unappetizing. But the sausage and fried potatoes were always good!

Check in was great the lady at the desk was very welcoming and made me feel at if you have more people like her you’ll stay in business a long time.

Enjoyed the amazing customer service and speedy check in/out. Will definitely stay her again if ever in the area.

This was the hotel equivalent to a landlord special. It just felt like a old, worn down building with some wallpaper and flooring lazily slapped on top of it. Service was good, but the property condition was lacking.

People are great, service was excellent. The property is past its prime and needs work.

The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever had the pleasure to sleep on.

The room and facilities were in really good condition. There was some confusion about whether breakfast was included… It was not, but this was really not a problem. Since it was next to a confluence of freeways, my expectation of noise was met, but the room was fairly well insulated from the noise.

The beds were good but the location is awful and inconvenient. Odd number rooms are right on the noisy interstate. Communication about hotel amenities was non existent. It just wasn't a good Marriott property in my opinion. There are much better hotels in Bentonville

I was visiting my Doctor for a 6 month check up and could not eat breakfast before my blood work, so I was unable to eat breakfast.

We only stayed in Bentonville one night. The Marriott Courtyard was a wonderful place to lodge. The staff is friendly. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Good location . Rooms are large and clean. Staff unfriendly No food or restaurant to offer unless early morning breakfast which was shut down by 9:30 on a Sunday morning. No free breakfast or continental breakfast or even coffee in the lobby.

We were there for Crystal Bridges and it was a good location for that. The inside is great. good gym. Clean room. Balcony. Nice TV. Bed King Sized and awesome. The bathroom etc great as well. I don't see what anyone else might be complaining about if they were. Very well maintained and the staff were nice. Would return. Recommend.

The room was clean neat and furnished well. The only thing that was detracting was some noise from a nearby highway.

Stains all in the bathroom. Hair in tub. Carpet was worn out and needing replaced. Just an older hotel in need of a lot of work… on top of not very clean

Amazing experience! The front desk receptionist was everything! She was genuinely welcoming and kind; gave my friend and I recommendations to places in the city. The room was sparkling, and the view from the balcony, (which the receptionist very kindly offered to us), was the perfect spot to relax at the end of the night. 10/10, highly recommend.

Smelly, dirty room with broken / dirty window and toilet . Throw up outside the main door which was not cleaned up and had to be walked around to pack up our car. Staff was nice when they were assisting. Accommodations far from nice.

The location was wonderful for travel to Crystal Bridge as it's just a mile or so away. The front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful, going the extra mile to see that we were properly accommodated. I liked the individual TVs in the breakfast area where we were allowed to set the channels to programs of our choice.

I truly DISLIKE the way breakfasts are now handled at Marriott Courtyards. This will be a significant reason why I will make other hotel choices in the future. Not only do I believe that free continental breakfasts should be part of the reservation, I believe if we are to be charged, we should have prompt table service. What is offered is completely inadequate. Guests must wait in long lines for service, including those guests who simply want a cup of coffee. REALLY?!

Had reservations for a king and was given a queen. Facility was way over priced for a Marriott. The fixtures made us feel like we were in a budget hotel. Shower had rusted and chipped tub. Can’t believe this hotel is under the Marriott name. Staff was very nice and attentive but we will not be back. .

Great price, the rooms were very nice and clean, and the beds are very comfortable!! lighting was great and very spacious!

The bed had a pillow size depression in the bed, we put a pillow in the hole to allow us to sleep. I personally told a cleaning lady and my wife told the front desk, both responses were we will tell our manager. I feel we deserve a refund since we paid for a place to sleep, and that didn't happen. We picked this place since it is very close to Crystal Bridges. We were able to check in immediately, and the staff was very friendly. The room was clean upon arrival. We had no issues and enjoyed our stay!

The room was fine. The TV worked just fine. The hotel was quiet, which is just what I needed after a long day. We were able to see Fox TV, which we can't get at home because DirecTV is in a dispute with Fox. However, there is no traffic light to turn out onto Arkansas State Highway 72 from the side street the hotel is located on. Highway 72 is also Central Avenue in Benton and runs from East of I-49 through downtown Bentonville and is very busy. I could not turn left onto State Highway 72 because of the traffic. I turned right and then turned left into a parking lot and turned right onto 72. Also, I did not realize the breakfast was not free. It was pretty good, but it wasn't $40 worth of good for my wife and me. I felt ripped off.

Very nice courtyard by Marriott. Easy access to Crystal Bridges Museum. Spacious & clean room & bath. Good mattress & pillows. Plenty of space in room. Disappointed that free breakfast not included with rental, Starbucks only. There are several local breakfast only restaurants near hotel.

It is a convenient location to get to Crystal Bridges for work. The hotel is clean and bed is comfortable. Friendly staff at check in. Like the refrigerator, microwave in room. Quiet area. Next door is Riverside grill for fancy steak and seafood dinner.

Since breakfast was not included I left property to enjoy a local coffee shop called Red Kite. It was great!

Was in town for an event and the hotel was close to the venue. Easy to find. Very clean and relaxing hotel.

For $200/ night I thought the breakfast was included! But only breakfast available is the expensive Starbucks!:( I have never been to a courtyard that didn't have free breakfast buffet but this may be the last time I stay! So ticked off. And the desk clerk didn't say anything about paying for breakfast when I asked what time breakfast was when I ckd in.

Love the way the room was set up, facing sliding glass doors...and the balcony. Wish there was a complimentary breakfast, but appreciated coffee in lobby.

Clean, nice and convenient hotel to Bentonville. Woke up with back and neck pain though...beds are comfy but too soft. Gym needs a yoga mat or two and any floor work is super uncomfortable.

It was clean, the staff were very kind! We had a horrible room at another hotel and were interested in staying at the courtyard. We had amazing assistants from Venessa at the front desk, she was so helpful and informative. We appreciate her time and effort to make our stay great.

Lobby lady was so friendly and kind! The bathroom has issues … the door won’t stay closed and bangs into the shower door. Otherwise lovely room!
