Reviewed Apr 17, 2025Der Vermieter war sehr bemüht, hilfreich und unaufdringlich. Es war alles im Appartement, was man so braucht (Kaffee, Mineralwasser, ....). Die Lage war super. Ich empfehle dieses Quartier..
Die Parkplätze sind leider etwas schwierig. Man kann aber gefahrlos parken.

Reviewed Oct 26, 2024Joli studio super bien équipé pour un couple. Il faudrait stipuler qu'il ne convient pas aux PMR et qu'il est difficile d'accès aux personnes âgées ! L'accès au studio se fait par une route étroite qui monte en lacets. Le studio est bien situé pour visiter les Cinque Terre, La Spezia et Lucca et plutôt la Ligurie . L'aéroport de Pise est à ¾ d'heure.
Le studio est bien équipée avec une terrasse et vue sur mer. L'accès au studio depuis le parking est difficile pour une personne plus âgée.

Reviewed Sep 19, 2024Wunderbare Lage, traumhafter Blick über Massa, Marina di Massa und das Meer; neu renoviertes Appartement, sehr geschmackvoll dekoriert und eingerichtet; ab Spätvormittag Sonne - wahlweise Freisitz auf Terasse oder im Schatten bzw Regenschutz unter Dach, wunderschöne Topfpflanzen auf Terasse, somit sehr wohnlich; Parksituation entspannt: entweder auf kleinem Parkplatz oberhalb oder dort auf Straße, die an dieser Stelle breiter und gut einsehbar ist; sehr netter Kontakt zu Vermieter via whatsapp - wir kommen bestimmt wieder

Reviewed Jul 16, 2024Sehr modern, tolle Aussicht über die Stadt und alles an Zubehör/Utensilien da, was man für den Aufenthalt benötigt.
Leider kein fester Parkplatz für das Auto. Wenn der kleine Parkplatz voll ist, muss auf der doch recht uneinsichtigen und unübersichtlichen Straße (am besten mit Parklicht) geparkt werden.

Reviewed Jul 4, 2024La vista è sicuramente uno degli aspetti migliori dell'alloggio con una terrazza molto grande e comoda nelle giornate di sole. Le finestra lasciano passare molto sole e anche stando all'interno la vista è meravigliosa. Le dimensioni dell'appartamento sono ottime e il bagno è certamente stato rinnovato di recente con attenzione e buongusto. Le possibilità di parcheggio non mancano e la zona è residenziale e tranquilla.
Piccoli dettagli nelle rifiniture, come l'illuminazione artificiale della camera non ottimale, ma nulla di particolarmente importante o significativo per la qualità complessiva del soggiorno. Si vede che è un appartamento attivo da poco e certamente in futuro potrà migliorare ancora.

Reviewed Jun 11, 2024Immerso nel verde della prima collina, questo appartamento è stato una sorpresa inaspettata. La vista mozzafiato su tutta la costa ha reso la nostra cena all’aperto indimenticabile. L’appartamento è stato ristrutturato di recente, è pulitissimo ed è dotato di tutto il necessario. Il parcheggio per l’auto è a due passi ed è gratuito. Riccardo il proprietario è un artista con cui abbiamo fatto una piacevole chiacchierata. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Reviewed Jun 1, 2024La vista splendida che si gode dalla terrazza molto curata , proprio un angolino fiorito che ti incanta. La casa ben sfruttata ha una cucina piccola ma con tutti i confort che si possono desiderare. Struttura ideale per chi ama la tranquillità della natura a pochi passi dal centro della città e dal mare
Purtroppo la struttura non ha posteggio riservato ma la cosa è risolvibile facilmente utilizzando un area vicino alla casa.
