La casa es amplia, tiene tres habitaciones dobles dos de las cuales tienen un pequeño baño. Dos de ellas con aire acondiciinado. La cocina tiene menaje suficiente, nevera y microhondas. Las camas son comodas y e o salon es agradable. La mesa de comedor es amplia y el mobiliriario es de calidad. Tiene muchos ventiladores y el aire acondicionado de las dos habitaciones funciona bien. Tiene una lavadora compartida que funciona realmente bien.

La ciudad de Trincomalle es una ciudad poco disfrutona, las calles huelen mal debido a las aguas fecales que transcurren en superficie y apenas puedes andar, tienes que coger tuk tuk o taxi para desplazarte a cualquier lado. Echamos en falta las herramientas minimas para mantener la casa limpia, productos de limpieza, una balleta de cocina, una fregona etc... Nos llamo mucho la atenciin que en una de las jornadas de turismo, cuando regresamos nos encontramos con los aires acondicionados apagados y los ventiladores...no nos quedo otra explicacion que habia sido el dueño...Vinuth...el que habia entrado en la casa para apagar los dispositvos...no nos gusto este detalle. Creo que la casa podia estar mas limpia, espejos, mampara de ducha... La cocina no tiene campana extractora, solo un boquete en el techo que no sabemos donde va a parar. El olor de la calle entraba a menudo en la vivienda al ser en planta baja....se recomienda llevar incienso.

Le ménage n’avais pas l’air d’être fait à notre arrivé (cafard mort dans le placard de la cuisine, sachet de snack sur le sol de la chambre…) et nous ne sommes pas du tout à 8 minutes à pied de la plage Uppuveli

Breakfast was not inlcuded. The Apartment was well equipped. Very clean. Well maintained.

it was a pleasant and warm to stay there and they all were very good in hosting us like a fam members. they are very help full for any needs. They are very kind and supportive. the location was quite good for easee off access to trinco town and be very quiet place.

Lokalizacja blisko plaży a także supermarketu i innych knajpek. Samo mieszkanie czyste i schludne, bardzo dobrze wyposażona kuchnia we wszelkie sprzęty do gotowania. Przestronny salon, ładna łazienka. Właściciele mili i pomocni. Bardzo polecam!

We had a nice stay at Edwin Villa! The people are very friendly and welcoming. It was really convenient to be able to wash our clothes ourselves during our stay. The big rooftop is a perfect spot to sit outside and relax, and the Wi-Fi works really well. Good AC in 2 out of the 3 bedrooms. Overall a comfortable and pleasant place to stay.

The location is on a narrow street, which made it challenging to park our van. The beds were smaller than expected, and the living room didn’t have air conditioning. Since the property is right next to the street, there was occasional noise. No dealbreakers but just to be aware of it.

Вилла расположена в самом центре города, что делает её очень удобной для проживания — рядом находятся магазины, фруктовые лавки и даже рыбный рынок, куда мы часто ходили за свежей рыбой. Всё в шаговой доступности, и это действительно удобно. Хозяева оказались очень отзывчивыми и доброжелательными людьми. Мы прилетели ночью, и они заранее организовали для нас трансфер из аэропорта — это было невероятно приятно после долгого перелёта. Сама вилла большая, просторная, идеально подходит как для семьи, так и для компании друзей. Внутри есть всё необходимое для комфортного отдыха — полностью оборудованная кухня, удобные кровати, чистые санузлы и уютные зоны для отдыха. Особенно нам понравилось, что в каждой комнате были кондиционеры и потолочные вентиляторы — при тропическом климате это просто спасение. Отдельное спасибо хозяевам за постоянную помощь и заботу. Они подсказывали, где лучше обменять валюту по хорошему курсу, давали советы по покупке специй и местным продуктам, рассказывали, куда стоит съездить и что посмотреть. Это очень помогло сделать наш отдых насыщенным и беззаботным. Отдельное удовольствие — возможность готовить свежую рыбу, которую мы покупали прямо на пляже. Готовить её в такой атмосфере было настоящим удовольствием! И, конечно, погода в июле просто шикарная — солнечно, тепло, но при этом без изнуряющей жары.

Надо привыкнуть ходить на пляж. Это занимает минут 15-20.

We really enjoyed our stay at this rental house. The apartment was clean, well-kept, and looked just like the photos. The rooms were neat and comfortable. The owner was very polite and friendly, which made us feel welcome and at ease. It’s an ideal place for families, especially those traveling with babies. The kitchen was fully functional and had everything we needed. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and definitely worth the price. Highly recommended.

I had a great stay at Edwin Villa! The property is very clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The service was friendly and helpful throughout my visit. They provided drinking water and also offered washing facilities, which was really convenient. The rooftop is very nice — perfect for relaxing and also great for drying clothes easily. It's conveniently located right in Trincomalee town, making it easy to access all major attractions in the area. The overall experience felt more like staying in a hotel than a guesthouse. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Trinco!

We loved that it was very clean upon arrival and that the host greeted us and let us in.

WiFi did not work at all - the host had told us that the modem would work without an ethernet input, which couldn't work. Though we were able to connect, there was no data connection. A larger issue is that while this is advertised as a 3 bed/3 bathroom, two of the bathrooms are not full bathrooms. They are so small that the shower is right next to the toilet (without a curtain or barrier) and thus ineligible to use. So our group of 9 had to share a single bathroom, which made getting ready hard. Moreover one of the bathrooms has no sink (only a floor tap) which made washing hands after use difficult.

Out of the 3 rooms only two were air conditioned, Although an alternate arrangements was made a couple of floors up while there was no charge for the extra room.

The 3BHK apartment was quite spacious. It has a functional kitchen and TV. We were a group of friends and we really enjoyed our time there. We were very happy with this property.

One of the bedrooms didn't have AC and we had to pay extra for using the AC (according to a meter).

The friendly couple,the big space of the rooms ,kitchen and hall are will equipped,comfortable bed,powerfull AC's and very clen bathrooms.

Spacious apartment offered us the option of cooking our own meals and having a lot of space. Two of the three bedrooms have airco, and two bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom. The owner's father was our local point of contact. He is very friendly and arranged things for us, like a nearby place to safely store our two rented tuktuks. We had planned for a 5 day stay, and the owner accepted our request to shorten the stay to 4 days (we also paid for 4 days).

The location. The 'villa' is the ground floor of a house in the middle of a not-very-nice part of a not-so-beautiful Trincomalee. There is no garden or outside space. Windows are small, so the apartment is dark. We had poor 4g reception (Dialog) and there is no wifi. This definitely made our stay less comfortable. The two ACs (in two of the bedrooms) were metered, and we had to pay for our AC electricity use on top of the rent. The nearby beach (600m) was littered with trash. We went to Nilaveli for beautiful, clean beaches (half an hour drive with our own rented tuktuks).

Vinoth was fantastic as a host! The house was spectacular and looked exactly what the Images showed.The villa is super clean with the spacious rooms and had everything we needed. Location was perfect and close to beach, restaurants & supermarkets. All good, and 100% would recommend staying here.

Parking bit narrow

The villa is very nice. All photos are true. The accommodation contains 3 bedrooms and 3 water closets, a kitchen and a living room. The owners are very nice people, speak good english and helped us with a taxi for example and other questions. If you want to visit Trincomalee, it's the best varient. Forest deers live and walk in Trinkomali. We fed them a little.

One of ths best place i stayed durring the tour. Staffs are very helpfull and pleasing smiles. Definitely i can recommend to anyone. Close to town and supermarkets. Seld cooking is excellent. Parking is not there but manageable in by roads. Nice rooftop for BBQ or casual chat.

Only 2 of 3 rooms are Air condition. You will be charged for electricity seperatly if you use A/C. However it was not informed in advanced or no any terms like that in booking page.

The description of the property stated that its airconditioned with 2 bedrooms. However, there were three rooms downstairs. Two rooms had two double beds and one room had one double bed. So in total it could taccommodate 10 people. However, only one room had the AC. This should have been clearly indicated in the description of the propertt so we would have set the expectations of the guests right. The two non AC rooms ( one with two double beds and the one with one double bed ) were stuffy becuase the windows and doors had to be kept closed due to mosquitos outside. I'd recommend the hosts to air condition the other two bedrooms becuase Trincomalee is a hot city..if not, at least update the description of the property correctly so guests looking at the property will know exactly what they are getting.

We had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay at Edwin Villa. Vinoth, Shiranee and her husband were so helpful with everything, from booking the villa to checking in/ out. The villa was very clean, spacious and fully self-contained with big bedrooms, good quality linen and towels, washing machine and fully equipped and kitchen. Shiranee and her husband had thought of every little detail to make our stay comforable at the villa.There was also secure parking for our vehicle. The location was central with easy access to Trinco main beach and a short drive to other beaches like Nilaveli and Marble Beach. We highly recommend Edwin Villa for a comfortable self-contained stay in Trinco. Many thanks for your hospitality Vinoth, Shiranee and family :-)

Vinoth was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The villa was comfortable and had everything we needed. Will definitely stay there again. The beaches were relatively close by and town is easily accessible. Highly recommended. Parking was not an issue although we had to park outside the property.
