Aufgrund des sehr guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnisses kann ich die Unterkunft und die gebotenen Voraussetzungen nur als sehr gut bewerten. Auch die Räumlichkeiten kann ich daher gerne weiterempfehlen.

La posizione è ottima per raggiungere in pochi minuti il centro di Como. La zona è ben servita dai servizi pubblici e ci sono bar, ristoranti e supermercati.

Très bon rapport qualité-prix. La chambre était très propre. Une fois l'obtention des codes d'accès, il est très simple d'accéder à la chambre. Le logement est facilement accessible en bus depuis Côme avec la ligne 7.

Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de bouilloire (même si elle n'était pas annoncée)

Le logement était vraiment très bien dans ce ensemble je le recommande sans problème.

Für die Durchreise vollkommene ausreichend. Matratze und Kissen waren sehr bequem nicht zu weich und nicht zu hart. Kostenlos Parken direkt vor der Haustür. Lebensmittel geschäfte direkt umgehend in der nähe.

Leider sehr hellhörig. Nachbarn waren zu laut. Weit aus nach 22 Uhr. Aber für die Durchreise vollkommen ok und für das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Spacious, clean room with everything we needed for the night. It was calm- even with the big street on the other side of the building. Plus free parking in front of the house:)

Chambre grande, il n’y a pas de serrure (donc pas de clé) c est un code sur la poignée, il faut comprendre mais une fois que c’est fait c’est assez simple d’utilisation, le monsieur est joignable très facilement via WhatsApp

Leider war diese Unterkunft für mich eine große Enttäuschung. Obwohl sich in demselben Gebäude zwei verschiedene Pensionen befinden, hat mich der Betreiber darüber im Vorfeld nicht informiert. Als ich dort ankam, konnte ich ihn zunächst nicht erreichen. An der Tür war lediglich eine Telefonnummer angegeben. Als ich dort anrief, teilte mir die Person mit, dass keine Buchung auf ihren Namen vorliege. Obwohl ich erklärte, dass die Adresse mit meiner Buchung übereinstimmte, sagte man mir nur, ich solle mich an Booking.com wenden und meine Reservierung überprüfen. Dadurch verlor ich etwa eineinhalb Stunden. Erst nachdem ich schließlich den zuständigen Betreiber erreicht hatte, konnte ich das von mir gebuchte Zimmer beziehen. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt hatte ich bereits sehr viel Stress erlebt. Außerdem konnte ich die ganze Nacht nicht schlafen. Das Zimmer befand sich im Erdgeschoss, wirkte sehr beengt, und die Klimaanlage war extrem laut. Da es sich um eine Pension handelt, gab es weder eine Küche noch andere Möglichkeiten, sich selbst zu versorgen. In der näheren Umgebung gab es zu dieser Uhrzeit auch keine Geschäfte oder Einrichtungen, um etwas Notwendiges zu besorgen. Ich werde diese Unterkunft definitiv nicht noch einmal buchen.

Sisäänkirjautumis vahvistus saatiin vasta 03:40 yöllä!? Majoituspaikan tavoittaminen kesti hyvin kauan. Itse ei heitä tavoitettu. Meille soitettiin takasin vasta tunnin kuluttua. Pysäköinti oli surkea ja paikkoja vähän. Muutama auto oli pysäköinyt auton parkkipaikalle ottaen kahden auton paikan!? Metelöivät paikka, äänet kuuluu hyvin häiritsevästi. Sänky oli kova ja epämukava joustinpatja. Wc-paperia saatiin vain alle puolet kokonaisesta rullasta.

Η τοποθεσια ηταν σχετικα μακρυα απο το Como, και χρειαζοταν να παρουμε ενα σχετικα ακριβο λεωφορειο, (που μπορει να μη με δεχοταν καν αμα δεν ειχε χωρο) για να φτασουμε στο κεντρο της πολης και στην λιμνη.

Schade, dass kein kleiner Kühlschrank vorhanden war. Wäre sehr praktisch in dieser Hitze gewesen.

Il soggiorno dal 5/07 al 6/07 in coppia nella struttura e' stato comodo. La stanza era pulita e abbiamo dormito bene. Abbiamo riscontrato qualche piccolo problema per accedere nella stanxa. Ma Luca, una volta contattato, e' stato molto premuroso e disponibile per risolvere il problema. Grazie!

Maga a szállás jó elhelyezkedésű, a szoba nagy. Aki csak aludni megy, annak tökéletes, kényelmes az ágy. A parkoló a szállás előtt van.

Az első szállásba bejutás nehézkesen ment nekem. A parkoló szerintem nem privát, jöttek mentek ott kocsival az emberek, féltem hogy valaki véletlenül nekimegy. Szerencsére ilyen nem történt. A szálláson nincs még egy közös hűtő sem, én legalábbis nem találtam. A falak papír vékonyak, és van ahol kicsit már kezdett omlani. Szerintem ideje lenne kicsit ráfordítani.

La notte non si può dormire tavoli e sedie avanti e indietro fino alle 2 e mezza poi riprendeva alle 6, quando c'è lo detto al proprietario mi ha risposto che c'è un bar sopra la stanza e che luì non può farci niente 😭mi sono incazzata gli ho risposto male 🤷stare tutta notte a guardare il soffitto con la paura che ti cade addosso 🤷 penso che chiunque mattina avrebbe le b.... gírate 🤷

Si tratta di un motel su una strada statale piuttosto trafficata. L'esperienza entrando è pessima, perche sembra di scencìdere in un interrato: in realtà le camere danno su un cortile condominiale più basso; la vista è comunque sul parcheggio e sui condomini stessi. Pessima insonorizzazione: si partecipa alle docce mattutine dei vicini e alle eventuali attività notturne

Bad location, the buses to como were scheduled once every half an hour. Taxi drivers refused to come pick us up. The room had zero noise cancellation. We could hear all the other tenants like we were all in the same room. We woke up around 6 am because the cafe upstairs was moving chairs and opening up, creating unbearable noise. The bathroom was really small, the wooden doors had water damage, the soap dispensers were weird. We couldn’t get more toilet paper as it was locked in a case inside our bathroom. We had really bad communication with stuff. They never send me the code for the room and I had to contact them and after all that they send the wrong code. A lady that probably manages, works or owns the property saw us struggling and started yelling at us in Italian. She didn’t speak at all English which is honestly unacceptable if you work at a hotel. She gave us the code but she was acting like it was our mistake that we didn’t have it. I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone. Probably the worst booking experience.

Comfy room, clean, bed ok, cleaning service good, only thing is missing is a fridge and a kettle.

The noise starting 6-7am, not ideal if want to sleep in. Also, walls very thin, we had host messaging us to reduce to volume of the television as someone complained, tv is small in the end edge of the room, we couldn't hear while watching the movie and the next door guest was banging into the walls for us. Everytbing else was ok, easy check in, clean, spacious room.

Everything was perfect! The woman who works there was very nice. She doesn’t know in English, but still very helpful and we were contacting with the help of ChatGPT, so it was not problem. Location is good enough. It is about 15-20 minutes from city center by bus. But never try going by foot. It is not so far away by foot, but there is no way for walking on the roads. Roads are very narrow, only cars can go through, we tried to walk but it was the worst desicion, so dangerous. Buses are okay and station is 4 minutes away from property. Easy to buy tickets - just ask to driver, they sell on the bus. No need validation then.

Only the bad thing there is no slippers in the rooms. It is not that much big deal, but u always have to wear your shoes inside room, because you’ll use bathroom. Anything else provided by property. Even we needed iron, just asked and they gave us

Large room, friendly host, clean, bus stop nearby, nice restaurant right next to the hotel, parking lot.

The beds are a bit hard and check in was not very intuitive. We didnt have the passwords to enter the apartment in advance nor the wifi password but to obtain those we needed to contact the host but we didnt have the wifi yet so by luck we went at the restaurant next to the hotel to ask for wifi and the host was there but otherwise it could have been problematic.

La stanza si trova a pochi km dal centro ma non è facile che arrivino i taxi. Per fortuna abbiamo trovato l’ autobus. Stanza con il minimo indispensabile, non certamente accogliente ne curata. Bagno molto piccolo senza bidet. Scelta per il prezzo abbastanza conveniente ma qualcosa in più me la sarei aspettata
