Location is in between walking horse in Shelbyville and Jack Daniels in Lynchburg with lots of choices to eat at and do some shopping

No pool and people came to do room service at 830 am

Für ne Übernachtung absolut in Ordnung. Es war sauber und die Betten einigermaßen bequem. Eins hat allerdings Geräusche gemacht beim Umdrehen. Frühstück war okay.

The room was clean but had a smell at first. The air conditioner worked great as I have to have it really cold to sleep. Bed was ok but squeaky.

Pillows were flat. The bathtub had a Crack in the corner on the bottom I was worried to take a shower since it was on the upper level. Breakfast didn't look appetizing when I checked out.

The pool was a cesspool. Not open. The breakfast was not good. No muffins or Danish. Just plain bread for toast. Juice machine out of order. Waffle batter 🤮. The consistency of water. Very disappointed.

Everything was good with the facility but they need to have pest control come and spray for bugs. I seen a baby roach in the bathroom

What i didn't like was that payment was made the day I checked in the hotel $187.00 was pending in my account but on that Saturday morning they went in my account and took another $93.00 out my account. The manger try to said it was because they broke the two night up but why did u take more money from my account. Then the Manger said it would go back to my card. I've never had a hotel do this and that's something that needs to be looked at because you messing up people's accounts. I booked threw booking. Com. That's who the payment goes threw but the hotel itself took the extra money itself. Not good business

Quiet Safe place to stay

Nice updated room. Loved the wood ceiling. Room was spotless

The chair had a gross looking stain. Better to just get rid of that and not have a chair in the room because everything else was so clean.

For the last 6 years my husband and I have chosen the Quality Inn to stay at while visiting family in Tullahoma. It was affordable and convenient. We’ve noticed the last couple of stays it has declined. The most recent stay when arriving to the room we found old food was left on the tv cabinet. The sheets on one of the beds you could tell were never changed finding stains, black pilling and black hairs throughout which really turned my stomach. The chair next to the bed was so disgustingly stained you would never think of using it. Towels had black grease marks on them probably from the laundry facility but, then you don’t put them out for guests. The metal bed frames are very noisy with every move. When the friendly cleaning staff came around we asked to have the sheets changed and they did accommodate.

The TV didn't work, the bed needs replacing because of loud squeaking every time we sat down. The drawers in the furniture had what looked like crumbs in them. The place needs updating and remodeling.

The check in lady was super nice and helpful. Clean room. Bed comfy.

The pillows were so small. Literally like squares. Our metal lock that goes on the door was broke

I really apriciated the breakfast they had in the morning.

Being honest the bed we slept on was made of a hollow metal and moving on and off would cause the bed to make a somewhat loud noise. Could very well have been only our bed though.

The staff was wondering! The room was comfortable and had plenty of space, so it didn't feel cramped. I loved the coffee. Most places, it's too strong and bitter for me. I appreciate that y'all didn't have carpeting in the rooms. Wood or tile feels more sanitary than carpet.

The breakfast was okay, sausage and eggs, but would have liked more choices. Like bagels, biscuits and gravy, muffins, fruit, etc.

The room was clean, bed comfortable, shower was good.

The toilet was broken at the base (still worked but wobbly). I've stayed at this location many times, and never had an issue, but this time the people under us were smoking and it smelled in our room.

The staff was extremely helpful and kind! Best quality I’ve seen.

The particular bed we had ended up hurting my back, however it could have been a number of reasons for that to occur.

Very nice staff very nice accommodations. Some things were not working properly. I left a very memorable object on the coffee machine and I pray every day that the honest person will please step forward and leave it at the desk so they can call me to retrieve it it’s very important to me July 4, 2025 to July 7, 1925 room 124 if I can retrieve that object I will give you all the good report that I have in mind.

Easy location.

Staff was difficult to address issues with and the drain/sewage in the bathroom was backing up and smelled horrible.

We stayed here for one night while passing through after visiting the Jack Daniel’s distillery. Overall, it was an okay stopover, but not one of our favorite stays from our road trip Pros: The location is quiet, which made for a peaceful setting. There’s a Mexican restaurant right next door that offers a discount for hotel guests ,the food and service there were excellent! The ladies working reception during both check-in and check-out were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. A real credit to the hotel. Cons: The breakfast area was very small with limited seating, and the selection was quite poor not much to choose from. The air conditioning unit in our room was extremely loud, to the point where it sounded like a plane taking off. We had to turn it off, which made sleeping uncomfortable due to the heat. The bed was okay, but the sheets were low quality and didn’t help with getting a good night’s rest. The bathroom was very small, dated, and didn’t feel particularly clean. While we didn’t have any direct issues, this was the only hotel on our 10-day road trip where we didn’t feel entirely safe. Hard to pinpoint why just an overall feeling. This place served its purpose for a quick overnight stay.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast bar was convenient.

Mattresses were mediocre. Wifi was sketchy. Not a fan of the $100 security deposit taken out of my bank account. They did return it as soon as I checked out, but this was an unexpected and unannounced charge.

Rooms and staff were great. Bathroom needs to have a hole patched in the wall. ! Overall I had a great stay!

Good place to stay. Staff are friendly and nice. The place is also clean with all the amenities. It’s brightly lit and parking is available close to your room. Theirs breakfast option is all inclusive. This is a good place to stay for that budget.

For my needs, it was a good choice. Near the hospital and a few restaurants, it was quiet and clean. It was nothing special, but I didn't expect it to be. Growing up in Tullahoma, I believe it is the oldest lodging in the city, and while it has certainly changed over the decades, it's been kept up pretty well.

Breakfast was basic, and meager. Scrambled "eggs", sausage, waffles, and yogurt. I think there was white bread for toast, but no jams or jellies, so I passed. When a guest came in, it seemed they only made enough eggs/sausage for that person at a time. It didn't matter to me, but it seems the pool had been out of service since last winter. The curtain in the ground floor room wasn't quite long enough, so every car driving through the parking lot shone light into the room. Oh yeah, it's a motel, not a hotel, so exterior doors.
