Reviewed Jul 17, 2026Rooms are simple but well-maintained, and breakfast hit the mark. WiFi works, hot water is reliable, and Subrahmanya (the owner) is helpful without hovering. If you're on a temple visit to the coast, this beats the generic hotels by miles. The property has that homestay feel—homely, not sterile. Quiet neighborhood, easy parking. Good value for what you get. Would return and recommend to others planning Dharmasthala.

Reviewed May 16, 2026The property is nice and clean, but the rooms are too small and can suffocate due to size of rooms. The Host is nice and Courteous. It is more of a place to just go for sleeping. You cannot even move around in the room. The parking is tough and the road access can sometimes be a challenge, as only 1 vehicle can move on the road. Very close to temple tough.
