Very spacious and luxurious apartment in the heart of Austria. Good proximity to a grocery store and the city center of Bad Aussee. Basic kitchen amenities also available (including some coffee pods)

The location by the road may not be ideal for light-sleepers. We got used to the occasional noise, but had to sleep with a closed window in the bedroom.

liegt direkt neben der Bundesstraße man braucht Ohropax und sitzt nicht wirklich gern auf der Terrasse, wenn man immer die Auto so dicht daneben hört

המיקום של הדירה נוח מאוד לטיולים באזור והנוף מהדירה היה מדהים. הדירה הייתה מרווחת ונקיה מאוד, המטבח מאובזר והמיטות היו נוחות.

מאחר והדירה לא ממוזגת וצריך לפתוח את החלונות כדי לקרר אותה, רצוי היה שיהיה יותר מחלון אחד עם רשת נגד יתושים וכו'

Clean, spacious and modern. Fantastic views and a great location to explore the surrounding lakes.

Bit of a sharp turn off the main road into the property and difficult to find in the dark. House keeping arrived on the dot of the departure time so do not dawdle.

Das Appartment ist modern, geradlinig und technisch gut ausgestattet. Es ist sehr sauber, so das man sich sofort wohlfühlen kann wenn man reinkommt.

Das Apartment hat keine Klimaanlage, d.h. es war sehr warm in den Räumen weshalb wir die Fenster auch zur Straße öffnen mussten. Das bringt den Nachteil, das diese sehr laut ist. Außerdem gibt es keine Fliegengitter. Wir hatte eine Fledermaus zu Besuch (was mit Fliegengitter nicht passiert wäre) die ca. 5 Stunden nicht wieder gehen wollte. Das hat dazu geführt, das mein Sohn mit im Doppelbett geschlafen hat weil er nicht im Wohnzimmer mit Fledermaus schlafen konnte.

the owners/ hosts were very helpful - from check in to settling us in, they also procured an iron last minute for us as we were attending a wedding that weekend and really needed it! thank you for making our stay so good!

Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment sehr wohl gefühlt, es war sehr komfortabel und sehr gute Lage zum Grundlsee und Ausserersee. Wir kommen gerne wieder😁

Die Ferienwohnung war wunderschön, sehr geräumig und komfortabel ausgestattet.

Lediglich die Lage an der sehr befahrenen Straße gibt einen Punktabzug für die nächtliche Lautstärke.

sehr schönes, großes und neu eingerichtetes Appartment. Gastgeber sehr nett. gute Lage, schnell im Ort allerdings recht steile Straße.

Klimaanlage und Rollos wären gut, da es sehr warm im Appartment war.

We liked everything about this apartment, especially the view from the bedroom and bathroom! Will recommend it to others for sure.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und top ausgestattet! Alles ist sehr neu und schick. Die Fenster sind komplett dicht und man hört nichts von draußen. Es gibt sogar eine Waschmaschine und das Waschmittel war auch gleich da. Wirklich ein super Service!

Das einzig negative ist, dass es an einer Hauptstraße liegt. Das könnte im Sommer etwas unangenehm sein, wenn man lüftet. Es ist sehr viel Verkehr. Das hat uns jetzt nicht gestört, weil wir die Fenster geschlossen hatten und diese wirklich dicht sind und man von der Straße überhaupt nichts hört.

Zentral, ruhig, sehr sauber

Supergemakkelijk, de host was er om te laten zien hoe de codes werkten. Er stonden zelfs presentjes klaar om de avonden gezellig en leuk te beginnen. De host is echt supervriendelijk en dat is echt een superkracht. Zo zie je het nog maar weinig.

De accomodaties ligt naast een autodealer, dus we dachten heel even kort dat het er niet zo romantisch uitzag, maar dat was helemaal niet het geval eigenlijk. Want direct zie je het fantastische uitzicht op de Loser en dat was echt waanzinnig. Het ligt aan de weg, maar ook daar hoor je helemaal niets van binnen en de deur is heel slim aan de achterzijde gemaakt met een patio. Dus eigenlijk veel helemaal niets tegen

Rendezett, tiszta, könnyen megközelíthető szállás.

A konyhai felszereltség kissé hiányos volt, nem volt vágó deszka, mikró, illetve a kések minősége rossz volt, nem vágtak rendesen.

Die Appartements waren sehr schön eingerichtet. Das eine Waschmaschine vorhanden war mit Waschmittel fand ich toll. Schlafsofa mit einem Topper hat uns für die Kinder gefreut.

Sauber und modern

Everything looked great, view from the windows was breathtaking and sitting outside in the evening was amazing!

The directions on how to get inside weren’t as precise as i would have liked.

Beautifully designed, comfortable, modern apartment, easy self check-in, great communication, ... everything was perfect. There is noise from the street, as others have already written, but the windows seal perfectly. We would definitely come back!

Perfect. The owner of the appartement are really kind and have good taste of the interior decoration, the bedclothes are comfortable. Supermarket is not far away.

Only because I personally don’t like driving, little bit difficulty for me to drive in the mountains,it takes 20 mins to some lakes or city, other things are perfect.
