The 3 staff were unprofessional and unnecessarily aggressive, the check in was protracted and over several hours. They tried to overcharge me and did want want me to pay the rate stated on. Booking.com., they kept demanding more money and I had to make the manager put it in writing that I would be charged the amount on bookings.com, they refused card payment and would only accept usd cash, they refused to give me my change and said they were keeping it for a deposit. My passport nor identification was checked. I was allocated a room and a few hours later I was escorted out of that room to another room and treated like a petty criminal, and they tried to blame me for it.... WTF... The room stunk of mould and cigarette smoke. I would not recommend this hotel or location to anyone
