Reviewed Oct 27, 2025Nulla. Ci siamo trovati un appartamento che non era quello prenotato. Non è stato il migliore benevenuto dopo un viaggio cosi lungo. Abbiamo usato la stanza solo per riposarci e recuperare forze. Il mattino seguente ce ne siamo andati via anche se rimanevano ancora 4 notti.
Ci è stato consegnato un appartamento completamente diverso da quello prenotato. NORMALMENTE, la camera/appartamento selezionato durante il processo di acquisto su Booking corrisponde sempre alle fotografie in descrizione (altrimenti....a cosa servirebbe mettere le foto del dettaglio della camera/appartamento? ); stavolta invece ci è stato dato un appartamento completamente diverso. La struttura ha diversi appartamenti; avevo prenotato l'appartamento con 1 stanza con la cucina bianca perché era l'UNICO che era ristrutturato e ammobiliato decentemente. Tuttavia ci è stato consegnato un appartamento ben diverso, veramente squallido, buio, scarafaggi nel cassetto delle posate, mobili vecchi e bagno vecchio. L'host della struttura si è giustificato dicendo che Lui prenota solo il TIPO di appartamento e NON l'appartamento nello specifico. Non ha voluto saperne di venirci incontro con nessun tipo di rimborso nemmeno parziale. Siccome non volevamo rovinarci la vacanza, abbiamo lasciato la struttura il giorno seguente, usufruendo solo di 1 notte. Non avendo ricevuto supporto da Booking abbiamo prenotato una seconda soluzione a nostre spese per le altre 4 notti. Sconsiglio di prenotare in questa struttura, perchè per lo stesso prezzo ce ne sono tante altre nei dintorni molto piu nuove e ben tenute.

There's a green area right next to the house, so we had some 'visitors' from there in the room (stink bug, cockroach).

Reviewed Aug 14, 2024good facilities and the luggage pick up to the second floor with the lift. I think my luggage how took second floor that is very easy to lift to the second floor. I like it.
3 couple of family can stay there but only one toilet and bath room. One of the room can be bath attached its more convenient to finish the bath and toilet facilities.
