A beautiful clean house located a little outside of town in a modern ‘village’ type development. The house was equipped with everything we needed from laundry facilities to a bottle opener. There was a pub/ restaurant and a shop within 50 m.

The location was a couple of km from the town.

The house was clean offering mountain views fr the living room and a location that is just a short, convenient drive to Lake Wanaka and town and with a four square supermarket nearby.

Its location, the services, the linen, very well presented. The only thing that let you down was the state of the toilet brush. We all make the effort to clean for the next person. The brush It’s a visual you don’t want to experience. I would still highly recommend you. Please take this feedback as a chance to make an impression that makes a difference. Warm regards, Sharon

A modern, comfortable apartment with good facilities. Lovely location near river with mountain views.

Beautiful apartment outside of Wānaka in Albert town. Small 4 square in the complex and an amazing bakery. Along with a pub with great meals Bonus washing machine so we were able to wash and dry everything on the clothes rack

Air con don’t work properly so we cooked day and night over 28degrees. Even with the floor fans provided. Couldn’t open the doors or windows because of the sand flies. There were thousands. Would be great when it’s cold.

Clean, Modern, convenient to visit Hawea next day, relatively quiet, nice walk down river nearby. Great facilities.

Mooi comfortabel eerder compact appartement gelegen op wandelafstand van bakkerij, winkel, bar, restaurant. Alles was in het appartement aanwezig. Goed voorzien voor vier personen. Goede bedden en 's nachts was het stil. Heel geschikt voor mensen die niet afgezonderd in de natuur van NZ willen zitten maar eerder bij een kleine stadje waar het een en ander te doen valt.

De airco beneden en boven werkt niet op koelstand.

Le check in bien trop compliqué. On nous demande de re remplir des infos que booking a deja + de faire un selfie de notre visage. Je ne vois pas pourquoi je dois donner une photo de mon visage + je ne vois pas l’interêt de redonner des infos alors que j’ai deja tout sur booking. En plus de ça, ça ne marchait pas. Faut faciliter les choses. En revanche merci à la personne par message qui a été réactive.

The apartment was modern, in a quiet and private place and very comfortable for the four of us. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the living area and kitchen and the private outdoor seating area was lovely. Everything was clean and well presented. This apartment was very flexible for bedding, providing a queen bed and two singles which suited our group well.

We had trouble finding the apartment by ourselves without help as the addressing instructions (numbers) stated on the booking.com site were difficult to interpret. I was unaware an email had been sent as usually all instructions for check in are messaged through the app. Finally we went to an office on the premises where we were able to get help On leaving there were no check out instructions on the app or on the email regarding where to leave the key so we had to leave the apartment unlocked and send a message to the host as the office was unattended and locked. There was a load of wet washing (belonging to the apartment) that had been left in the washing machine which we found on the second day.

Excellent Accommodation, a home away from home. Everything was absolutely perfect.

I arrived late at night. It was raining, but the key lock box didn't work, so I tried several times to put the code given in the email. It's such a bad memory; I don't want to have these experiences next time. Anyway, I could get into the room by using the master key after talking with the quick emergency service call. They made an effort to solve the problem they could. The Wanaka Riverside Townhouse is in excellent condition.

Arriving from Australia we initially couldn't access our emails. They couldn't tell us the key code to get in over the phone for some reason. It took us a while until we could finally get the code to get in.

Great communication with the hosts. Clean, tidy and comfortable facilities. Good location and so close to an excellent patisserie.

The insulation, double glazing etc was so good that it made the place quite hot.

Feel like home I can lay on bed to see the stars at night Kitchen stuffs are well and very well considering Love the sunshine full of the rooms feeling Supermarket are very close , so convenient Parking is easy Behind the living zone is a lovely way to river , nice to have a walk with my family in the afternoon !

The location was excellent with a 4 Square, Patisserie and pub/takeaways literally right there ar the front of the property. After a long drive it was great to not have to get back in the car to find something for tea. The unit clean, modern and very warm when we arrived with the heatpumps all ready on. The unit stayed nice and warm during the cold, wet and snowy long weekend. The fenced backyard while small (being a unit) was perfect for the two small dogs we had to go out and have a quick sniff by themsleves without having to be supervised. And there were plenty of walking tracks along the Clutha River immediately out the back of the property. We have added this venue to our list for next time we are in Central Otago.

It is quite conveniently located near a four square near Wanaka (just a 10.min drive). We traveled with family and needed somewhere we could cook and rest comfortably and this place was perfect for both. They have all kinds of utensils and machines, you just have to bring your own ingredients if you want to cook and pack your food.

Beautiful, clean, and warm property. Spacious with a great location; next to a four square, and restaurant. After hours staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. I had a lovely stay and will certainly be back.

Good location, nice apartment, pet friendly, Pembroke Patisserie within walking distance.

The apartment we had didn't have any outdoor furniture, so keep in mind that the photos used to advertise the property may not be an accurate reflection of what you'll get.

Modern well equipped property. Easy to heat and keep warm. Great location a few minutes drive from Wanaka with a bakery, supermarket and takeaway onsite. Excellent value.

Paid extra for a child’s cot which didn’t come with a suitable mattress and couldn’t be used. Suggest checking with management when booking a cot regarding what will be provided.
