Reviewed Aug 25, 2026I like the convenience where the facility is located. They have laundry available and close to convenience stores, public market, grocery stores, and beach. If you need a ride, just go outside the gate to catch a tricycle. I travel to Bicol every year, and my first choice of hotels is Point Vista.
I stay in the family room whenever I come to Daet, but this year, there's mosquitoes in the room, so I moved into a smaller room. They might need to install some soundproofing in the walls because I can hear the next-door neighbors and the tv. I still like the place.

At short notice I took my 2 pets and my niece and for small charge they accommodated us! Even when they had a power out their large generator kept everything running! Very good staff and very helpful! Well done

Reviewed Mar 1, 2026We zijn hier 2 nachten geweest. Het was goed schoon, geen insecten, kan met water op de kamer en gratis refill. Verder is het vrij basic. Maar daar is de prijs ook naar: prijs-kwaliteitverhouding is prima. Ze vonden het geen probleem dat we de meubels gingen verschuiven om de klamboe te kunnen ophangen (dat doen we altijd graag).
Wij hadden geen behoefte aan buiten zitten (toch de hele dag op pad) maar als je dat wel zou willen, dan is het zitje niet zo leuk gelegen daarvoor.

Reviewed Feb 24, 2026Die Unterkunft war eine Katastrophe. Sir wollten, dass man um 22.00 Uhr im Zimmer war, weil sie das Tor zuschließen wollten. Das habe ich abgelehnt und trotzdem stand ich einmal vor verschlossenem Tor. Ein zufällig anderer Gast hat es gesehen und das Tor geöffnet. Zudem wurde in der 1. Nacht kurz nach Mitternacht der Strom abgestellt. Es war kein Stromausfall, sie wollten Geld sparen. Dann hatte ich keine Klimaanlage, kein Licht und das Handy konnte auch nicht geladen werden. Erst die Reklamtion über Booking hat geholfen. Schlechteste Unterkunft bisher auf meiner Reise.

Reviewed Feb 13, 2026Location was good and the rooms were a good size. Showers were cold water only except for one room which had a water heater installed. Beds were comfortable and the air conditioner was new and worked beautifully. Very good value.
We anticipated having a fridge in the rooms but none were provided. They were not listed on the inclusions so it was my fault for not checking better when booking.

Everything is good except for some minimal things, like the rugs for the bathroom. The check-out time, preferably at 12nn, but since the staff were kind, there was no problem at all. I would also like to suggest also if you change the frypan to a nonstick pan. But overall was great and will surely return to this place.

1. No bidet. 2. Slow water pressure in the morning. The tank got empty just when we were taking a bath 🙁 3. They only have 2 pillows for 3 guests. Maybe they could provide a comforter. 4. Gate was locked at 10pm. We were not able to buy food.
