I had a wonderful stay at this home stay ! The staff were extremely polite, helpful, and professional. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable.

Room was too much spacious . Big lat bath with gizer. Fully Airconditioner rooms . Dressing room available with big mirror. Neat and clean Accommodation. Pure drinking RO water available . Staff is very cooperative and they guide me about darshan at Mahakaleshwar. Fully satisfied 😃😃😃😃

We stayed for 2 days on home stay, all facilities were good specially Vishal bhaiya who was the host here. Ghar jesa khana home stay par mil gya Humne aaram se apani trip complete kari.

Location is good, approx 1 km walking from Mahakal Mandir and the market is also nearby. Mishra ji was a good host, and helpful in every aspect. Stay is value for money.

Very good hospitality was provided by Vishal brother almost felt like staying at my own house, all the amenities were working and well maintained ,stay was neat and clean, the food was good and affordable, he gave some good suggestions about traveling which was very helpful, overall a value for money and a nice stay,I will recommend you guys to try this stay

The host Mr vishal Mishra ji was very cooperative and helpful. The room was very specious and clean. Location is also near to mahakaal temple. I left my earphones in the hotel and checked out and realized the same later but the host cooperated and gave the earphones back to me. Overall its a value for money deal and I will stay here again if I come to ujjain. Highly recommended.

I visited this home stay with my friends and enjoy the whole stay. Behavior and Nature of mr Vishal Mishra ji was so respectfull and he is so helpfull. Room is clean and comfortable.

It was a very nice stay at Perfect Homestay.. Vishal Mishra who is managing the homestay is very cordial and helpful in nature. Food cooked by bhabhiji gave us homely feeling.

Rooms was big n clean. It could accommodate 5-6 people easily. Washroom was neat. And had attached dressing area. It was a comfortable stay. Host was friendly and helpful.

The property was really good the staff was really good rooms were clean and hygiene. Staff was really friendly. Next time when I was coming back to Ujjain definitely staying in the property and the property is really family thing. Don’t get manipulative with the auto rickshaw drivers

PERFECT HOMESTAY is good place to stay. Very comfortable and location is also is in city center. Amir is respectful and helpful is literally like a local guide for us. Mishraji cooks goods and tasty meals for the guests . Also there is a good open area (terrace) where we took sun bath. Overall i would recommend this stay at this price point.

Our 2 days stay at Perfect Homestay was very pleasant. It's 1.2 km from Railway station which takes 10 minutes. Rooms are well maintained and very clean. Bathrooms are really big and super clean and well vantilated. Vishal who looks after the Property is such a nice person. He is a good cook and has served variety of dishes in Lunch and dinner. Dal fry and Gobi curry need special mention from his kitchen including soft Tawa rotis. Also there is a balcony where one can sit, relax and enjoy sun bath for hours. Would visit next time for sure and recommend for a good location for relaxing and to have homely food.

Approach road to the property is not that great. It's bit inside from main road, however the road where the property is located is wide enough where Car parking is available.

Great Stay , Highly recommend.. We had a very pleasant stay and it was purely a home-like feeling. Management is very good and they have taken care of everything very nicely. Special thanks to Aamir Bhai and Mishra ji for their help and support.
