房間有的小門直通放冷氣室外機的地方，小門接著床，很吵。 浴室很小，床偏硬，電梯很難等

部屋がきれいな点。部屋に一日中、滞在できた点。ランドリーセットや冷蔵庫、電子レンジが完備していて部屋の中で過ごしやすかった点。

デスクワークする机がなく、部屋の中で仕事がするのが難しかった。電子レンジやランドリーセットのパネルの文字がハングルだったので、使い方が良くわからなかった。使い方を説明するシートには、スイッチの入れ方しか書いていなかった。

Clean and spacious.. We enjoyed our stay at busan. Walking distance from the beach, subway and restaurants. Very convenient!

Całkiem spory pokój w dobrej lokalizacji.

Niestety dałem się nabrać na aneks kuchenny ze zdjęć, ponieważ nie działa (w przeszłości klienci powodowali pożary i wyłączyli), brak jakichkolwiek przyborów kuchennych. Można też by trochę dokładniej sprzątać, np. na balkonie walało się pełno niedopałków papierosów, które wyglądały, że leżą tam od miesięcy.

Good wifi. Near to main shopping street.

No complimentary coffee or tea. Room has kitchenette but no utensils like bowl, plate, fork or spoon. Hotel expects us to bring our own utensils from Singapore I think.

That they dont have an iron in the rooms. My clothes were wrinkly.

They never provide towel, just provide face towel.

The swiping pool was not available for us to use during the stay which was a shame.

Being able to do laundry right in the room was great. We also liked the walkable location. Overall it was a good value.

WiFi did not work well. We had to log into the next apartment WiFi but that shut off whenever the neighbors left the room and took their key out of the power slot. Also you can hear a lot of noise from the hallway so earplugs and white noise app is helpful. The room initially did not have full size towels, just hand towels. I had to make a second trip down to reception to ask for them.

It's a very nice place to stay at. Great location. Close to the beach. The staff were friendly. Good for its money if you're traveling on a budget.

The only issue was the mattress. It was quite old. It felt like I was sleeping on iron bars. Other than that, everything was great.

Las cabeceras y que no tenía cubiertos ni platos para cocinar.

Las instalaciones son modernas, tienen una buena ducha moderna. Las camas son cómodas. Está bien ubicado cerca de la playa, por lo que puedes hacer circuitos cercanos. El metro está a unos 350 metros

El personal no habla inglés. No teníamos toallas, tuvimos que reclamarlas. El concepto es un departamento familiar con cocina pero no hay ningún implemento para cocinar o calentar, ni cubiertos ni siquiera un vaso. Por lo que es casi absurdo que tengan un anafe, que turista va a llevar los implementos de cocina 😱

位置很棒，離地鐵很近，也在海雲台大道旁，價位也很漂亮。

地點離海雲台逛街的地方非常近，房內還有洗衣機、微波爐、IH爐，櫃檯服務也不錯～很推薦來入住

也不到不滿意，只是住超過一晚的垃圾、回收垃圾、毛巾要自己放到門外，水、毛巾也要自己跟櫃檯拿，稍稍不便，但我們住了四晚，習慣了就還好

The bathroom had a bad sewage smell.

침구가 깨끗해서 좋았고 침대 옆 창으로 바다가 보여서 좋았습니다

침대 옆에 문이 있었는데 외부로 통하는 문인지 저녁에 시끄러운 소리가 계속 들어와서 조금 거슬렸지만 전반적으로 깨끗하고 편했어요

В течение трех дней нашего пребывания уборки не было, даже мусор не выносили

- near to bus-stop and Haeundae station - walking distance to Traditional Night markets, to the lively streets, Haeundae beach, Busan Aquarium - microwave is clean - provided round travel adapters - provide bottles of water only if you requested at the receptionist - allow us to deposit our luggage after check-out, before we went out for breakfast

- no cutlery was provided, kettle is not so clean - washing machine does not came with dryer (2-in-1), We will be impressed if it is. - housekeeping is bad (no trash clearance and change of towels daily). Given the environment friendly notice, housekeeping only happens on 4 nights. We discovered there were four small hand towels (not bath towels) in the room and there was no mentioned we can go to the receptionist to change towels. in the end, we tried our luck on the 3rd night and we surprised we can get bath towers

房間很新很棒但枕頭實在太高, 睡完脖子很不舒服.

Standardowy hotel, w dobrej lokalizacji. W pobliżu sklepy, restauracje,metro. Możliwość przechowania bagażu przed i po wymeldowaniu.

Brak dużych ręczników. Trochę mało miejsca na rozłożenie rzeczy, ubrań dla 3-4 osób. Bo dla tylu osób przeznaczony jest pokoj. Ulica przy samym hotelu jest brzydka oraz obok trwa budowa kolejnego hotelu. Ale nie jest głośno.

房間有附廚房但完全沒有 餐具跟洗碗精 要去樓下的櫃台借用 蠻不方便的 洗衣機要去樓下買清潔劑就可以使用 床偏硬 睡醒會覺得有點累 需要把垃圾分類後 收拾到門口

便宜、舒適、離地鐵站和海灘都很近。 缺點，室內拖鞋不是拋棄式的，很髒。

お洒落なマンションに住んでいるかのように過ごせます。16階で全面ガラス張りで眺望良し。ただし洗濯機に乾燥機能が無いのが惜しい。清掃は4日以上宿泊で一回してもらえます。清掃が無いときはタオルと水はフロントで貰えますよ。次回も泊まる候補です。

I have food allergies and chose this hotel specifically because it listed a kitchen. When I asked, I was told guests are not allowed to cook. This is not mentioned anywhere. I felt cheated and requested a refund so I could stay at another hotel, but my request was ignored. Cleanliness was another major issue. Dirty floors, stains on glass doors and the bathroom, and unwashed slippers. Housekeeping is only every three days and very limited—bath towels and soap were not replaced, and we were told to leave trash in the hallway. Staff were consistently rude and needs serious training. Every interaction we had with reception was unpleasant. One evening, when the automated parking system stopped working, I asked for help. The receptionist, who was watching something on his phone, showed clear annoyance at being interrupted. After attempting to operate the system himself without success, he told us to park in the EV charging spot, which likely created problems for another guest. Our stay was also affected by other issues: unreliable internet in the room, lack of bath towels, and waiting 20 minutes for a bill at checkout. The location is the only positive, but not worth the price or frustration. They offer free parking in exchange for good reviews, which may explain the high ratings.

El hotel estaba sucio, bellos corporales y cabellos por todas partes de la habitacion. Llegamos al chek in a las 4 de la tarde y al reportar lo sucio nos dijeron que ya no tenian personal para hacerlo.

7말 8초 급하게 예약하고 떠난 호텔이라 큰 기대없이 갔는데 진짜 위치며 숙소 컨디션이며 너무 만족했습니다. 해운대 바다도 수영복 차림으로 놀러 가기 좋고 주변에 맛집 최대 번화가라 여러모로 아이들과 가기 참 좋은 숙소에요. 다음에도 해운대 가면 들르려고요. 넘 만족합니다.

Great location, it's within 5-10 mins walk from Haeundae subway station exit 7. The room is well-equipped, spacious and well designed. There are also plenty of restaurants and eateries around the hotel, as well as a CU minimart next door.

해운대 가족 여행 패밀리 더블로 1박 다녀왔습니다. 해변에서 가깝고 신축 건물이라 시설 깨끗해서 만족합니다. 아이들도 좋아해서 즐거운 나들이 였습니다.

It’s near the beach and the subway train

They’re a bit late in terms of check-in. I was About to check in at 4 PM, but they haven’t cleaned the room yet so I waited again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was clean, and the staff at the reception were very helpful and welcoming. The location is perfect – the market, the beach, and lots of restaurants are just nearby. The bed was also very comfortable, and the internet worked perfectly. We would definitely book this hotel again.

There is a construction site in front of the hotel, but it didn’t bother us at all.

Das Hotel ist neu und modern. Wir hatten eine Küche mit Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Elektrokochfeld, Spüle und einer Waschmaschine, aber leider war sie außer zwei Tassen mit nichts weiter ausgestattet. Die Waschmaschine hatte kein Trockenprogramm, einen Wäscheständer gab es im Zimmer nicht, und selbst wenn es einen gegeben hätte, wäre kein Platz gewesen, ihn aufzustellen. Das Badezimmer war schön, aber es gab nur kleine Handtücher. Große Badetücher musste man an der Rezeption extra anfordern (vermutlich wie alles andere auch, was wir jedoch nicht ausprobiert haben). Es gibt keine tägliche Zimmerreinigung – was uns aber nicht gestört hat, da wir nur ein paar Tage im Hotel waren. Unser Zimmer war schön und neu, die Bettwäsche war sauber. Leider war der Boden nicht sauber – er war voller Sand und Haare. Insgesamt war das Zimmer schön und neu, aber ich hatte eher das Gefühl, in einem Ausstellungsraum zu sein, denn aus wohnlicher Sicht war die Ausstattung nur scheinbar vorhanden.

Very good location in Busan, around a lot of restaurants, GS25. Near to public transport. The beach was in 7 min distance. And beautiful view from Windows. Room was nice and comfortable. The reception staff were realy nice and helpful. It was amazing time in Busan

Excellent séjour dans cet établissement situé à seulement 5 minutes à pied de la plage de Haeundae. Les studios sont bien pensés, avec un espace chambre/salon confortable, un coin cuisine équipé (réfrigérateur/congélateur, micro-ondes, vaisselle à demander à l’accueil) et même un lave-linge, très pratique pour les séjours prolongés. Les nombreux rangements permettent de s’installer facilement, que l’on voyage seul ou à plusieurs. J’ai particulièrement apprécié l’absence de moquette au sol – un vrai plus selon moi – ainsi que le balcon et la grande fenêtre avec vue sur l’océan. Tout était très propre et bien entretenu. Mention spéciale à Park In-oh, dont l’aide précieuse a grandement facilité mon séjour. Un grand merci ! Je recommande vivement cette adresse et n’hésiterai pas à y revenir lors d’un prochain séjour à Busan.

Central location - very close to beach, metro and lots of restaurants! We had an ocean view, that was nice to wake up too! The night staff were very nice and helped us when we had queries and organised a taxi for us to get to the KTX! Room was as per pictures, a little snug but we managed to unpack and put our luggage away and then it felt fine! Room has lovely underfloor heating, so it was nice to come home to a cosy room especially when it was cold and windy by the beach!

Check in is at 4pm, but they stored our bags for us while we waited to check in!
