Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Die Lage des Apartments ist super, nahe beim Boulevard und Stadtzentrum, gleichzeitig nahe beim kleinen Stadtstrand und in der Nähe von Einkaufsläden und Restaurants. Die Wohnung ist super eingerichtet und hat alles, was man braucht. Zwei Schlafzimmer, ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer und ein Badezimmer, genügend Platz für uns drei. In der Nacht ist es ruhig und die jungen Kätzchen im Innenhof waren ein zusätzliches Highlight. Die Kommunikation hat super geklappt, wir haben alle Informationen zum Check-In rechtzeitig erhalten und auch auf unsere Fragen wurde sehr schnell geantwortet. Wir haben die Tage in Alexandropouli sehr geniessen können, herzlichen Dank dafür. Wir mieten dieses Apartment auch beim nächsten Mal gerne wieder.
Es wäre schön, in der Wohnung einige Ausflugsideen, Restaurant-Tipps etc. zu finden.

The only positive thing about the property was its location. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was not satisfactory. The floors were not clean, and there were spiders in the house. The bathroom also flooded every time we took a shower, so we had to clean it after every use. We also had to contact the host ourselves. There was no welcome, no check-in information, and no access code provided in advance. The communication and check-in process could have been much better. Overall, although the location is very good, the cleanliness, bathroom drainage, and check-in process need significant improvement.

Банята има проблем с отичането на водата( душ кабината пропуска вода), седалката на тоалетната чиния трябва да е по- голям размер( тази не в подходяща за размера на чинията) + това че не е фиксирана добре. Не знам от къде, но в апартамента имаше много, много комари, постоянно трябваше да се "справяме " с присъствието им иначе, сутрин се събуждахме с доста нахапани. ( при все, че не сме спали на отворени прозорци) . Нямаше щипки и просторът беше доста амортизиран да не кажа счупен. + всичко това от апартаментът отгоре имаше теч , капещ на терасата и на парапета с "приятен шум" щом хората явно използват баня си може би.

Reviewed Feb 23, 2026Tesis, Dedeağaç‘ın en işlek Caddesi’nde her yere çok yakın ve yürüme mesafesindeydi. Eğer kiraladığınız mekan içinde vakit geçirmek istiyorsanız pek tavsiye etmem çünkü hiç manzarası yok ve biraz karanlık. Ama olanakları temizliği gayet iyiydi
Balkona oturayım da şöyle biraz vakit geçireyim derseniz manzaranız pek yok hatta bir duvara bakıyorsunuz bunun dışında iyiydi

The bathroom should be renovated.The air conditioners should also be changed. And the amount of drinkware should be increased like more cups and glasses. They are not enough for 4 people.

Aralık ayında kaldık. Daire çok soğuktu. Isıtma için klimaları denedik ama ısıtmadılar. Daire giriş kat ve olan pencereler duvara bakıyordu. İçerisi son derece karanlıktı. Bina çok eski bir bina. Ayrıca park alanı olmaması da dezavantajdı.

Apartmana girer girmez ağır bir koku çok rahatsız etti ve bu koku hiç gitmedi. Tüm pencere ve balkon kapılarında sineklik olmasına rağmen evin içi sivrisinekten geçilmiyordu. Gece hiç uyuyamadik. Evde keşke sinek ilacı olsaymış. Ayrıca duş alirken küçük banyonun her yeri kacinilmaz bir şekilde ıslanıyor.

Reviewed Nov 12, 2023The location of the place was perfect, just one street parallel to the most famous boulevard of Alexandroupoli (Demokratis Avenue). The beds are very comfy and the design of the place is almost perfect. Self check-in & check-out was very easy and we'd like to thank the host for leaving a bottle of water and delicious white wine for us!
The door to the balcony in one of the rooms were a little bit small and the curtains were a little bit big, this led to a little bit darker room. But the space and beds were great!

It was very quiet and the beds were super comfy.. and usually I have issues with the beds, but these were perfect.
