Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The room was extremely small and cramped, and it was very inconvenient for two people to stay in. There was also a strong musty, moldy smell in the room, which made the environment quite uncomfortable. we could even hear intimate/sexual activity from the room next door. The soundproofing was also extremely poor. We could clearly hear people talking and closing doors in neighboring rooms, I was bitten by insects during the night. I woke up with many itchy red bumps all over my body. （the owner-a pregnant Thai lady is very rood to us , we made mistakes book this twin room , we wanna pay the gap to update to a two beds room, she asked us to pay a changing fee plus room fee , even the room fee is more than the the prices they show in the app, when we don’t agree with each other, she just left with a mean face refuse to talk to us , said she can’t do anything for us , refused to solve the problem. And walked to another side of the living room talked loudly with her Italy husband “only 16 dollars in China town, what do you want ? ……” they are laughing and judging loudly I can hear every single word clearly, this is not respectful, I saw she is pregnant, didn’t continue to have any conversation with her . I checked most of the reviews on the app and google map, I wished I have checked earlier, apparently she never think is her problem she doesn’t need to make a little bit different of the hotel , she is mean and rude !!!

My family stayed here for a few nights and we couldn't complain at all. It has all the basics you need, comfortable beds, and the hot showers were a great bonus. The location is perfect if you’re into nightlife and snorkeling. Best of all was the staff—they were so warm, friendly, and helpful. Highly recommend!

Nous avions la chambre familiale avec trois lits doubles. La chambre est grande lumineuse et propre. Un très bon rapport qualité / prix.

La clim est un peu bruyante mais bon on est quand bien content de l'avoir!

Staff are very accommodating. The shower was perfect, with constant hot water and great water pressure.

Great location, close to the main area of the town with many restaurants, cafés, and convenience stores nearby. Panagsama Beach is only around a 5-minute walk away. The room was spacious, airy, and very comfortable for a family stay.

However, the restaurant area connected to the building (which also belongs to the property) was under construction during our stay, so it could be a bit dusty and noisy at times.

Amazing location, on a side road right in the center of town making it close but also quiet and peaceful. Clean, staff friendly and helpful, BEST shower!!

מיקום מעולה! מרכזי אבל בסמטה כך ששקט ולא רועש. צוות מאוד נחמד, חדר קטן אבל לגמרי מספיק לשהייה של כמה ימים. מקלחת נקייה, מים חמים. תמורה טובה מאוד למחיר.

לא מנקים את החדר בכלל במהלך השהייה (לא החלפת מגבות, מצעים, החלפת שקית בפח) דבר שהיה נחמד אם היו עושים. עניין הנמלים שחוזר על עצמו בתגובות אכן קיים אך לא נורא מידי.

Location was perfect, so close to the beach and restaurants but on a quiet side road. Breakfast was tasty, room was very spacious and loved the little outside space, staff were very friendly

No turndown service so we used the same towels the whole time, also the floor gets very dusty and sandy due to it being tiled and the roads are gravel.

Huuge room with two double bed even though we were only 2 people. Fan and aircon worked well, room was clean, even had a fridge and a little kettle, loads of shelves for storage. Super cute balcony with little tables and chairs in front of every room. Free drinking water. Good WiFi. Location is prime, very close to the beach and of course to all the eateries.

It was quite loud most of the time because it’s close to bars etc so there was music and voices and some motorcycle noice til late and from early on but as to be expected in this location and personally I’m not bothered by that, just used ear plugs.

Shower over toilet was cramped

Right at the sardine beach, you can just go right off shore (no guide required). Breakfast was great, location was close to restaurants. Room was large and comfortable.

Wifi was bad.and tiny ants (more annoying than bothersome)

Our room smelt very bad. I think this might be from the person who stayed before us as it smelt like someone did a big poo… to the point I nearly got sick with the smell but went away after a day ( or we just got used to it)

okay there, not much to see or do unless you enjoy getting drunk, very noisy, poor windows jalosie, allows any noise and bugs into your room

okay, went to that sandy beach called pagasama something, other one, close to that seaside resort very rocky hard to walk there, nothing to see or do

Nice hotel amenities such as soap, shampoo, free hot and cold water and plenty of towels. Shower was powerful and large. Staff were lovely and very helpful, the free breakfast choices were good, location excellent, really large room and clean, we loved it here

There were many many ants but easily sorted with bug spray, the beds were a little hard and our middle window had an opening at the top which couldn’t be closed and let rain but it wasn’t anything that spilled our stay.

Great location. Very helpful staff who helped us book tours and transport. Comfortable room and shower with decent pressure. Good working air-conditioning.

Limited breakfast options and breakfast is only until 9am. Looked like lots of renovations going on in the building. There was some sort of alarm/speaker that made noises outside our room at night time. The plug to the fridge was broken.

Best shower so far on the trip. Spacious room. Had everything we needed. Close by to swim with the sardines.

The hall to the upper rooms was a bit like a building site. The room made up for this though. The staff sleeping on the floor behind the reception desk was unprofessional.

Price was reasonable. Breakfast was very good. Room is wide. The place was near bars, restaurants, the beach, etc. It was very accessible.

i think the place has a lot of scattered things like chairs, tables, washing machines, etc. that are not in use anymore. but its okay, it did not affect our stay there.

Badkamer: deur ging niet goed dicht. En de douchekop zit recht boven de wc, niet heel handig Mieren in de kamer. Misschien niet veel aan te doen, maar is het proberen waard

Moalboal Seaside Resort is fine if you're on a budget. The rooms are spacious and the small AC worked well, which was a plus. It’s very accessible to everything in town. That being said, it’s not exactly a 'luxury' resort, the facilities feel a bit dated and it can get a little noisy at night given how close it is to the main action. Also they a renewing the 1st and 2nd level, so it can be pretty noisy (December 2025). Good for travelers who care more about location than high-end amenities.

La limpieza era regular , el baño no tenía cortina , ni mampara se mojaba todo y no había nada para poder secar , las camas eran muy incómodas y una tenía olor feo

Decent sized room and hot water shower. Close to beachfront which was great for early morning tours.

Bathroom had a strong sewer smell

La electricidad era muy muy mala. La tensión era muy baja. La mitad de los enchufes no andaban. Solo nos dieron una toalla grande, no había toalla de mano y tuvimos que reclamar shampoo y jabón varias veces.

On our last morning there was a tricycle parked right outside hotel windows from 6am with a loud speaker No kettle or hot water which would be nice, but these are just little things. Our stay was great
