Bliskość plaży: Świetna lokalizacja w dzielnicy Haeundae – idealna baza wypadowa na spacery nad morze. Duże okna: Piękne, naturalne światło w pokoju, które od samego rana dodawało energii. Czystość: Wnętrze było bardzo czyste, zadbane i nowocześnie urządzone.
Czas uciekał za szybko: Jedyny minus to taki, że 3 noce minęły w mgnieniu oka i żal było stamtąd wyjeżdżać! Słabo działająca klimatyzacja a poza tym wszystko było w jak najlepszym porządku.

Reviewed Sep 13, 2026Habitación amplia, cómoda y muy limpia, disponía de cocina, nevera grande y un moderno lavabo muy completo. Lo mejor sin duda es la ubicación, a 3 minutos caminando de la principal playa de Busan que veíamos desde la ventana. Insuperable por calidad-precio, fue una lástima no podernos quedar más días.
Recomendaría mejorar las indicaciones para localizar el edificio y la planta donde se ubica la habitación, porque nos costó un poco encontrarla. A tener en cuenta que al tratarse de un rascacielos de 22 pisos, los ascensores a ciertas horas van un poco colapsados y se puede perder mucho tiempo en subir y bajar.

Arriving at the property is a little bit confusing, as the instructions show a different entrance from the address. The building can be accessed from different points. It was very helpful to have images to help us.

キッチンがあるから予約したのですが、キッチンのすぐ近くに火災報知器とベッドがあるため、結局料理はしませんでした。チェックアウトの際にゴミを地下に捨てるよう指示があったのですが、地下に行ってみると細かい分別が必要で、間違えたらそうじの方に怒鳴られました（ビルの掃除の方で、ホストではありません）。

Reviewed Aug 27, 2026Super emplacement à deux pas de la plage et de la station Mipo pour la blue line sky. Chambre très confortable et bien équipée. Nous nous sommes exclusivement déplacés en taxi pour visiter le reste de Busan. Mais pour le quartier de Haeundae, l'hôtel est parfaitement situé.

Les informations fournies par l'hôte sont très claires et ses réponses rapides. L'emplacement est très bien. Proche des transports. Une cité balnéaire à l'ambiance décontractée et familiale. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir. Un très bon rapport qualité prix.

В ванной вода стекает из душа сильно на пол, полотенце всегда мокрое. Лифты очень загружены , мы были в пик сезона .

En frente justo de la playa para ir a darse un baño y volver al apartamento. Tienen lavadero de pies a la entrada. El gimnasio está súper bien. En resumen, una estancia estupenda por un precio inmejorable. Como siempre, tienes que ser respetuoso con los ruidos y el reciclaje.
No tenemos ningún comentario negativo!! Quizás las fotos no le hacen justicia a lo bien que está la habitación

Gym available, washing machine, good size comfy beds, plenty of space inside. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in this area. Great job guys.

We had initially booked a 2 double bed room and we arrived at the hotel and a single and a double bed was initially provided. I had to call bookings.com to have the rooms sorted. There were 4 occupants in the room so, a single and double was simply not acceptable. Additionally, I tried to resolve the issue myself but it was difficult because of a language barrier.

Reviewed Apr 13, 2026房東親切一百分，隨時有問題都能透過系統或者通訊軟體找到人，也都很熱心協助！ 房間乾淨整潔一百分，空間大又舒適，床軟硬適中非常好睡！ 生活備品一百分，想得到的東西通通都有，有鍋具、碗盤、杯子、剪刀、微波爐、洗衣機、瓦斯爐台、冰箱、吹風機、充電線等貼心的生活用具一應俱全！ 我們在這裡度過了非常舒適的假期！ 雖然離海雲台捷運站或者中洞捷運站有一小點距離，但附近公車站牌很多，也非常方便，離海雲台海灘和Club D 和尾浦非常近，大樓下方很多便利商店和附近也有很多好吃的餐廳，綜合起來一切都很棒！ 下次來海雲台一定還要來住這裡：）

Bina çok gürültülüydü bunun ev sahipleriyle ilgisi yok tabii ki. En kötüsü de odanın her tarafında kıllar ve saçlar vardı bunun dışında çarşaflar ve genel temizlik iyi görünse de odaya girer girmez karşılaştığım bu görüntü çok rahatsız ediciydi. 2 sabah kapım çalındı bu da beni rahatsız etti. kapının ilk çalındığı sabah uyku sersemi olduğum için sorunun ne olduğunu bile anlayamadım. Son sabah da çıkış saati belliyken bunu kapıyı çalarak hatırlatmaya bence gerek yoktu. Ayrıca yalnız kalan biri olarak da kapının çalınması beni huzursuz etti.

only 2 elevators for a 22-story building. there would be times we’d have to wait 10+ minutes for the elevator. luckily we were on the 4th floor, but we had to take the strollers down the stairs when we didn’t want to wait long for the elevator.

Reviewed Dec 28, 2025我是114年12月13-17日的住客，我們這次旅行總共5大3小，飯店提供2張雙人床、1張單人床及1張沙發椅，以及日式地舖1人床，完全符合我們的需求，而且房間乾淨舒適，有過敏的我都一覺天亮。 其次，飯店提供洗烘衣機，讓我們衣服少帶好幾件，而且清洗的也算乾淨，再來廚房、衛浴樣樣具備，住宿品質真的一級棒。 再來1樓就有便利商店，還有一家不起眼卻很好吃的披薩店，周遭離海雲台海水浴場（5分鐘）、海雲台地鐵站（15分鐘）都很近，生活機能算很方便。 最後就是老闆的服務非常好，從我們抵達（返回）機場那天都幫我們聯繫機場接駁，回去那天還免費提供行李寄放服務，真的幫我們解決了很大的困擾，最重要的是，回到機場我們將紀念品放在車上，司機還在機場花了1小時尋找我們的蹤跡，順利將東西交給我們，真的萬分感謝。 所有有機會我一定會再來，也推薦給各位考慮來釜山玩的朋友，可以來這邊住。
1.飯店應該是住商混合吧，有時候電梯要等很久。 2.衛浴只有一間，所以洗澡要輪流。
