Фото квартиры были сделаны давно и не соответствуют сегодняшнего состояния. Квартира требует более тщательной уборки ,много невымытых углов ,пыли и волос в местах где надо наклонится или подняться,уборка сделано поверхностно, без усилий. Квартира требует косметики и основательной уборки с химикатами ,покраски стен и кухни ,фильтры кондиционера забитые и поэтому есть запах пыли, в душевой ржавая полка для шампуня,нет крепления для шланга от душа (валяется на полу) ,вода в кулере с привкусом фильтр не менялся давно.

Reviewed Apr 20, 2026ביקרנו פעמיים בדירה, ופעמיים הכל היה מאולה. דירה מסודרת ונקייה, הכוללת את כל הציוד הנדרש. מתחם גדול עם חניה בשפע. בעלי הדירה זמינים ונחמדים. ממש מומלץ!

Reviewed Oct 27, 2025Идеальное сочетание цены и качества. Мы не первый раз снимаем это жилье. Очень гостеприимный Адар, всегда на связи. Отличное место расположение, в квартире есть всё самое необходимое, удобный матрас, чисто, приятный вид с балкона. Мы остались очень довольны в очередной раз. Обязательно приедем ещё раз.
Чуть чуть можно добавить кухонной утвари, но это не принципиально.

Reviewed Mar 8, 2023The apartment is located in nice and quiet complex, what we have enjoyed a lot. Supermarket is 2 min. walk. Centre for more shops, beaches and restaurants about 20 min on foot (5-10 min comfortably by taxi for 25-30 NIS). Beddings and towels were clean and of good quality. Wifi worked very well.
The kitchen equipment was very basic. Overall, the apartment did not seem clean and orderly. But it was OK for sleeping and as a base for enjoying the beautiful places of Eilat.
