Country Barn Guesthouse

Homely and comfortable.

Really loved the location, felt close to town while giving us a country vibe. Uber delivers. Was private. The Barn itself was really cool, it had everything we needed and had plenty of space! Heat pumps in every room. Complimentary milk, butter if we needed, and coffee etc. there were even laundry pods for a longer stay.

Getting the keys back into the lockbox was a bit tricky. Light sleepers did notice some road noise and a barking dog, but we enjoyed our stay and would happily stay again.

We would of liked the option to have a continental breakfast.

Staying at the Barn was refreshing and what we really needed after a loss in my family. We really enjoyed our stay. It's calm, breathtaking scenery, beautiful weather, and de-stressing after a hectic work life. I slept peacefully for the first time in weeks.. I appreciated the surroundings, the animals, and the all-day sunlight in the bedrooms. The family room had comfortable furniture. Jo was very kind.

We had dead bugs on our bed.

Loved the bedrooms, comfy and spacious! The outdoor area was also nice and the location was perfect. Felt like a farm stay and town was only down the road.

This is situated on a beautiful farm property which was easy to find and although located close to a busy road it was quiet and peaceful. The accomodation was exceptionaly clean and the beds were very comfortable. There was ample parking and the interior was delightfuly decorated and spacious. The hosts were friendly and helpful whenever I communicated with them. 10 out of 10 everywhere.

Loved this country venue. The photos did not do justice to the comfort and amenities . Was an added bonus to have sheep in the paddocks nearby the fenced outdoor patio.

Thank you your property was lovely and was everything we needed. We will book you again this time next year for the Tiny Home Expo at Mystery Creek. After a long day for 3 days it was so nice to be able to come back to your accomodation to relax and chill out. Thank you so much

Everything. Great Property to stay

Rural locality, peaceful and quiet, spacious living, very cosy and comfortable.

The floors were creaking and noisy, especially if someone is walking around upstairs. Cob webs were fine, defines country living! Only had 1 toilet.

The scenery, the spacious rooms and outdoor space. It was beautiful!

Handy location

Although instructions were provided we were unable to find the location of the button to close automatic gate once inside the property. However there was an automatic opener attached to key ring at the property.

The barn was very homely and clean, very close to all shops and facilities i needed. Host was very accomodating and answered our enquires very swiftly. Would gladly stay again when back in nz. Highly reccommend staying there.

Lovely big barn with all the amenities you need. Beautiful location with farm animals at your back door. Quiet and peaceful but very close to shopping centre and restaurants. Only 15 mins from centre of Hamilton.
