Reviewed Aug 27, 2026Очень удачное расположение: рядом множество кафе, небольших магазинчиков, близко все основные достопримечательности Путраджайи. Квартира просторная, есть полноценная кухня, оборудованная пурифайером, что очень удобно – и холодная и горячая чистая вода. Есть стиральная машина – можно постирать вещи. В ванной есть гель для душа, шампунь мыло. В спальне очень удобная кровать. Кондиционеры работают хорошо. Инструкции по заселению понятные. За свои деньги вариант нормальный, если не придираться.
В квартире много мелких поломок, например, не работают дверцы одежного шкафа в главной спальне, поэтому мы выбрали другую, где шкаф был рабочий. Плитка на полу в кухне отходит, и она приклеена на клейкую ленту. Это небезопасно – можно поскользнуться и упасть.

Reviewed Jun 14, 2026Logement très bien situé a 30 minutes de l'aéroport et près du lac et de la mosquée rose. Idéal pour une nuit de transit a Kuala Lumpur sans vouloir rentrer dans le cœur de la ville. Le quartier est très calme, le logement était confortable et propre on s'y sent comme chez soi et l'hôte était réactif. Arrivée autonome très pratique pour les vols tardifs, je recommande sans hésiter
La résidence est très sécurisée donc il faut un badge pour rentrer mais aussi sortir difficile de se déplacer séparément pour les groupes. Pas très dérangeant c'est le prix a payer pour la sécurité

Reviewed Dec 17, 20251. Owner homestay sangat ramah dan membantu. 2. Homestay besar dan selesa. 3. Peralatan dlm homestay lengkap seperti dlm rumah sendiri. Ada juga carom & dumbell. 4. Parking kereta & motor ada disediakan serta selamat. 5. Ada swimming pool tapi x sempat nak pergi swimming kerana jadual padat😆. 6. Dekat dgn kedai makan, kedai runcit. Keluar aje dari guard house jalan kaki x sampai 5 minit. Stesen minyak pun dekat. 7. Nak masuk kawasan residen kena ada qr code bagi setiap kenderaan yg nak masuk. Owner akan uruskan semuanya sebelum penginap sampai. 8. Pasti akan menginap lagi.

雖然廚房有很多設備，但是有一半是無法使用的，而且櫥櫃裡都有一些看起來放了很久的雜物，多到很難理解為甚麼要放在那裏。有些地方也沒那麼乾淨，總體而言給人一種打掃得不夠徹底的感受。其中一個廁所的洗手盆下面會漏水，開水龍頭的水會直接灑到地上。然後外面的門鎖有點故障，從外面非常難鎖跟打開，我們跟門鎖斗爭了很久。

Reviewed Sep 8, 2025Puas hati. Homestay besar dan selesa. Saya dan kawan kawan ada yang tidur lambak kt ruang tamu. Sebab tidur kejap jeaa tgh pagi join event running dekat putrajaya. Owner pun tak berkiraa boleh late check out. Pasti akan repeat lagii. Boleh makan nasi kandar sebelah jeaa🤣

Reviewed Sep 1, 2025I had a wonderful stay at this homestay! The property is well-guarded, which made me feel very safe throughout my stay. It’s also in a strategic location with easy access to nearby food areas, so finding meals was never a problem. The house itself is extremely tidy and clean, making it very comfortable to relax in. One of the highlights was the Ogawa massage machine provided — perfect after a long day out! The homestay is located in a quiet and private area, so it’s ideal for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy some peace. A thoughtful touch from the owner was the free food provided, including instant noodles and other snacks. It really made the stay feel warm and welcoming. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable, peaceful, and well-equipped place to stay!

The parking lot was a hassle as it was at a different block. One of the lift was also not working. One of the bedroom door has no knob. The master bedroom toilet was also semiclogged.

1. Parking was horrific - entrance of each level very narrow 2. Bed in the second room not changed. when we were abt to check out we notice blood stains on the sheet like stains of period blood 3. air cond in the master bed room was not working properly.

Reviewed Jan 1, 2025The location in Ayer 8 area. Functioning water filter providing instant hot and cold drinking water. Relatively cheaper than other home stays in the same residential area.
Cleanliness could be improved - there were dirty cutleries in the drawer and partially consumed items in the fridge. Ceetain things in the house need to be fixed. Eg. Broken/ loose sink faucet which we had to fix, water damaged toilet door.
