Beliggenheten var bra. Vertene var rask å svare.

Vi ble dessverre ganske skuffet over leiligheten. Hadde vi visst på forhånd hvordan standarden og renholdet var, hadde vi heller valgt hotell. Det mest alvorlige var at det ikke var noen røykvarsler i leiligheten ved ankomst. Først etter at vi selv tok kontakt på dag 2, fikk vi en røykvarsler. Leiligheten var heller ikke godt nok rengjort. Det var blant annet dyrehår i sofaen, og vi fant mye støv og smuss. Vi endte med å måtte vaske og støvsuge hele leiligheten selv for å føle at vi kunne bo der. Det var riktignok vaskeprodukter tilgjengelig, men ingen mopp eller klut. Det var også flere andre mangler: - TV-en er så gammel og treg at flere av appene ikke fungerer, blant annet NRK og Viaplay. Vi fikk bare til å bruke Youtube. - Det er ingen ordentlig ventilasjon over komfyren. - Flere deler av serviset har sprekker, eller er urent. - Håndklærne er svært gamle og slitte. - Vi var registrert som tre personer (hvorav et barn på 7 år), men fikk bare to puter og to dyner. - Det var svært mange edderkopper i den smale gangen/trappen ned til leiligheten, både mange små i gelenderet og noen større edderkopper under garasjetaket. - Det var ikke bilder av gangen, trappen eller toalettet i annonsen, selv om dette var blant de minst innbydende delene av stedet. Det er synd, for leiligheten kunne absolutt hatt potensial, men samlet sett opplevde vi at renhold, vedlikehold, utstyr og sikkerhet ikke var på et nivå vi forventet ut fra annonsen. Vi håper eier tar tilbakemeldingene på alvor og gjør nødvendige forbedringer.

The apartment is spacious and well-positioned. The living room has very good finishings and appliances. You also have large windows and an exterior place to enjoy. Communication with the owners was great

The bathroom of this apartment is generally not too good. Towels were small and not clean. You can find hair around on some of the pillows.

Able to stay with 3 persons, with it own kitchen house/apartment had everything needed, close to supermarket, Google maps show the distance wrong(indicates 15 minutes as it was only 5 minute), Close(less than 10 min walk) to bus stops toward the city and airport.

We are not high demanding, so nothing really to dislike.

The facilities are great. Everything feels new and in good condition. I had cozy nights in the Norwegian winter

careful that it needs to use stairs to get in, which is pretty narrow and not easy to get through, especially on snowy days.

Житло здають господарі, які , вочевидь, живуть над ним. Коли вони вдома, знаходитися в орендованому житлі під ними неможливо, тому що звукоізоляція відсутня. В наш приїзд це було постійне явище. Якщо таке житло здається по 200 євро, то на рахунок шуму повинне буте завчасне попередження. Ми обрали б інше рівноцінне житло, яких було багато на вибір. Чистота була відносно нормальною, але мікрохвильова піч була брудною. А духова шафа взагалі в жахливому стані від бруду. Багато інвентаря і меблі досить старі, хоча відвертих несправностей не було.

Clean, comfy and quiet with good amenities, for a decent price considering the location. There are bus stops nearby, so it's a quick 15 min to the city center: perfect spot! Great communication, which made the check-in and check out simple and easy.

I stayed in Tromsø with three friends, and we absolutely loved our stay! The apartment is super cozy, comfortable, and had everything we need. The location was also great — it’s about a 30-minute walk to the city center, but with bus stops and supermarkets just 5 minutes away, getting around was super easy. On top of that, the hosts were great! They were always quick to respond and super helpful with all our questions. We had such a great experience and would recommend this place to anyone visiting Tromsø!

We spent one week in this apartment with our 6 year old child. We enjoyed our stay. The apartment is close to the city center, the bus station is very close and a big Eurospar is also in the vicinity. The apartment is big enough to have a comfortable stay. One of us was sleeping on the couch; we knew that the bed wasn’t big enough and it was just fine. Kitchen and bathroom were both well equipped. I will recommend this apartment. I recommend to bring spikes with you, the walk from the bus station and the path to reach the entrance of the apartment could be very slippery.

Some suggestions: a small furniture for stowing the microwawe and some food, I missed some possibility to hang our clothes in the sleeping room and we really would have enjoyed meeting you!

The property’s name is somewhat misleading. The advertised pictures are not entirely accurate, as there is no terrace garden available for guests. The apartment is situated in the basement of the main house and lacks aurora views, being surrounded by other houses. The space felt unsafe due to the lack of a dedicated door separating the apartment from the common areas, leaving it exposed to a locked side door leading to the main house ( see pictures). This design made it feel as though anyone from the main house could access the apartment at any time, especially unsettling at night or when we were away, leaving our belongings behind. Additionally, there were no locks on the bedroom or bathroom doors, further diminishing the sense of security. The apartment is not recommended, particularly for families traveling with young children. The kitchen was poorly equipped, with no microwave, only two pots, and no basic seasonings like salt and pepper as a courtesy. During our stay in December, the air conditioning settings were not functional, leaving the apartment freezing in the winter cold. The host, who was on holiday during our arrival, had not ensured that the heating was properly adjusted. Although I reached out to address the issue, they asked me to send a picture of the thermostat, which I was unable to do. The noise from the main house was another issue, as footsteps and loud movements from upstairs disrupted our sleep, especially at night. Overall, our stay was uncomfortable for our family of three, and we would not recommend this property.
