Seclude Ramgarh Willows

The food was good and the staff was cooperative esp Sachin. He took good care of us. The property has beautiful gardens and very pretty landscaping and is well located.

The washrooms and utensils could have been cleaner. The staff can work on the overall hygiene of the property.

View from the room

Everything overcharged

Location and food was great

Exceptional staff and great service. Very good facilities. Location could be better. But, unfortunately whole of lower Uttarakhand is getting crowded.

Food was mediocre

Nicely built property, close to nature. Different types of cottages are there as per your requirement and best thing is cleanliness. They have maintained is pretty well

Only drawback i noticed is the location, its quite in the interior of main road but they should put signages on the main road for the cut. Due to hilly area signals get lost sometimes and in absence of these signages one can easily miss out the turn, which happened with me as well

Beautiful decoration, furniture, electric blankets, cleanliness, good staff.

Food choices are limited and expensive.

My stay at Seclude Ramgarh Willows was truly exceptional and far exceeded my expectations. The property is nestled in a serene, pristine environment surrounded by nature, offering a perfect escape from city life. The calm, views, and overall energy of the place made the experience deeply rejuvenating. What truly stood out was the hospitality, especially by Mr. Shiv Pratap, which was nothing short of superb. We arrived at an odd hour, yet he went out of his way to ensure we were warmly welcomed and even arranged dinner on arrival, which was incredibly thoughtful and comforting after a long journey. Mr. Shiv Pratap also took personal care in organising our itinerary, patiently guiding us on the best places to visit nearby and helping us make the most of our time in Ramgarh. His attentiveness, warmth, and genuine care made us feel less like guests and more like family. Overall, Seclude Ramgarh Willows offers a rare combination of natural beauty, peace, and heartfelt hospitality. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a soulful, memorable stay in the hills—and I would happily return again.

The accommodations were luxurious and well-appointed, offering a perfect blend of comfort and style. My room featured a private balcony where I could enjoy morning coffee while soaking in the stunning sunrise.

There is nothing i could suggest that there is need for some update or scope of improvement

Very comfortable stay with a beautiful surrounding and great staff. Everything about the property was exceptional. The rooms were clean, stylish, spacious with excellent view. The food was good too.
