Appartement Moderne avec Piscine & Check-in Autonome

IL EST bien comme indiqué, bien agencé et agréable la personne au téléphone le personnel

le placard de la chambre remplie de bricole et pot de peinture emplacement un peu isolé mais du coup tranquille la piscine petite et trop de monde et les cafards ;;;

Locatie wat minder, waren geen restaurants in de buurt. Het appartement heel mooi, mooie banken, ruim en schoon. Tafel bestek lag al netjes op tafel alsof we in een restaurant zaten. We mochten eerder de appartement in gaan. Het zwembad was lekker om te zwemmen.

De zwembad moet wat onderhoud aan gedaan worden, een paar ligstoelen misschien zou handig zijn. Er was niet genoeg warm water helaas om te douchen, daar kwamen we helaas achter toen de laatste van ons douchte en de water wat kouder werd. Oh ja. We moesten 3 uur snacht's wakker worden om de vlucht van 6 uur s'ochtends te halen . Om 1 uur snacht's hoorde we de buren kletsen of in ieder geval hard praten. Dat was minder , omdat die buren geen respect hadden om zo luid te praten en lachen.

La casa es bonita y está bien ubicada si sabes moverte en taxi o en coche. Si no fuese por algunas cosas negativas la estancia habría sido buena.

Lo que no nos ha gustado es que nadie nos ha avisado de lo siguiente: 1-La piscina cierra los lunes porque la limpian (esto estaría bien avisar para que se pueda hacer otros planes con tiempo o buscar otras alternativas) 2-Hay obras en todo el barrio, ruido y polvo Luego respecto al tema de la limpieza: -Sabanas y almohadas sucias y huelen mal -Piscina sucia con grasa y no hay duchas para bañarse antes de usar la piscina -Utensilios de la cocina también sucios

Das Appartement war sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Lieben Dank an Herrn Rachid, dem Eigentümer, er war immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Gern wieder!

NICHTS

Spacious, everything is available to make the stay as comfortable as possible. I am rating it 9 only for the location as so much construction around it. We had a car so that was not a big deal. Even without a car you can get a taxi to get everywhere you want. The concierge was very helpful and helped in parking and answering questions. Hamid the owner is very responsive and gave me very helpful tips for whatever I asked him.

Everything was good to be honest

The apartment is well maintained,comfortable, and provided with basic like toiletries and detergent.Kitchen has plates, utensils, and most basic stuff.There is enough bedding and towels. The owner of the property is very supportive , helpful, and down to earth. It is about 20 to 30 mins walk from train station and in middle of airport and old medina.You need taxi or car and it will take 10 to 15 mins to reach old medina and airport respectively. If you love walk then it will take 1 hrs walk to old medina/koutibia mosque etc.

The only downside is the pool as it is outdoors and not heated. It would be fine in summer but can't be used in winter,even outside the temperature was around 20 C. It would be good in summer as we have previously experienced outdoor pool in summer. The pool is cleaned and well maintained.

Everything was perfectly organized, sheets and towels were clean, apartment was smelling good, the apartment was also close to the city center almost 3 min, and that made it easy for us to get to restaurants, malls, attractions etc, plus a very welcoming and friendly owner ( Rashid ), big thanks to him 👐🏻 and definitely i’ll try to contact mr Rashid next time i’ll be in Marrakech.
