Appartement in Oostende

De ligging is uitstekend en parking nabij. Ook fijn dat er een lift was .Ook fijn dat er een ruime living/keuken aanwezig was en zeker met een rolstoel . Deze appartement zou ik zeker aanbevelen aan anderen en zelf zie ik mij nog graag terug komen.

Er zijn enkele klusjes nodig zoals wc bril los, lavabo kraan los,stopcontacten los in de slaapkamer. Jammer ook voor het algemene onderhoud zoals stof onder de bedden..keuken mag grondiger gekuist worden..We hebben de filters van de dampkap gereinigd. Ook zou het handig zijn als er zout en glansreiniger aanwezig is voor de vaatwasser. Tips...Voor de badkamer kort bij de keuken zou het handig zijn om deze te voorzien van beugels en stoeltje voor mensen met een beperking om te kunnen douchen. Ook voor het toilet zouden steunbeugels handig zijn..

Ein Spiegel fehlt

We huurden voor de 2de keer,het is een heel comfortabel appartement met alles op en aan en zeer proper. De airco was met deze dagen zeker een groot pluspunt. Heel centraal gelegen,alles op loopafstand, winkels,het strand,de tram.

Geen minpunten

mooi appartement, goede ligging, airco was zeer nuttig bij het (gelukkig) héél mooie weer omdat het appartement grote raampartijen had en kon het dus snel opwarmen. Héél tevreden over alles. Eén kleine tip, een stofzuiger of poetsgerief was misschien handig geweest om het wat proper te houden. Verder top !

Accomodatie op zich was ok. Maar de centrale inkomhal lag er echt vuil bij en het appartement zelf was ook niet proper. Jammer.

The property was close to the sea and trainstation.

Prix très correct établissement à 150 mètres de la mer sur une place très sympa j’ai vraiment rien à dire et si je doit revenir je reprendrais cette appartement sans hésiter.

Lage ist super , schnell am Strand , direkt in der Stadt, Restaurants alle Fußläufig Kostenloser Parkplatz etwas entfernt, aber gut machbar ;-)

Het is een mooi ingericht, ruim en licht appartement. Een erg complete keuken om zelf eventueel te koken. Veel ruimte en rustig, toch dicht bij de winkels, restaurants, haven en strand. Een grote ( betalende) parking voor de deur.

De trap naar het appartement is krap en steil, er is wel ook een lift.

L’appartement était très propre, bien équipé, et moderne! Chambres et salle de bain spacieuses!

Seul petit hic nous avions la douche qui s’écoulait difficilement!

De locatie was zeer goed en het was zoals op de foto’s. Parkeren kan voor de deur en in het huis is alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt.

De badkamers en het toilet kunnen niet op slot.

L'appartement est très bien équipé, spacieux et lumineux. Notre hôte a été particulièrement attentionné, nous avons pu quitter à 14.00 hrs au lieu de 12.00 hrs, sur demande.

l'appartamento e' molto confortevole, ben arredato e con tutti i confort necessari, offre 3 camere da letto, per i bagni bisogna distinguere la concezione italiana, c'e' ne sono 3 di cui 1 e' con il solo WC, 1 con doccia e lavandino ed un altro piccolino con solamente la doccia. La zona e' molto tranquilla l'appartemento e' situato in una piazza, dove all'interno si puo' parcheggiare ma e' a pagamento (abbastanza caro 25 euro al giorno) ma fuori dalla piazza ci sono parcheggi gratuiti con disco (max 30 minuti) ma dopo le 8 di sera e fino alle 09 della mattina e' gratuito. La comunicazione con l'host e' stata ottima e' stato sempre disponibile ogni volta che e' stato contattato. per concludere consiglio vivamente questo appartamento anche come base per visitare le varie citta' del posto (noi abbiamo visitato Bruges, Gand ed infine Bruxelles).

Bel appartement mais il manque quelques petits détails : pas de rideaux/stores dans le séjour. Pas de miroir dans les chambres et dans la salle de douche. On ne pouvait pas utiliser l'ascenseur.

Appartement assez grand pour 6 personnes et joliment décoré.

L appartement se trouve juste au dessus d un café, nous avons été dérangé par l odeur de cigarette et le bruit. L absence de tenture dans la pièce principale était aussi assez inconfortable.

Das Appartement war schön eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation war sehr freundlich.

Es war sehr dreckig. Kühlschrank war abgetaut und ich habe erst 2 Std putzen müssen. Durch die Kirmes, direkt vor der Tür, sind wir nach 2 Nächten abgereist. Der Geräuschepegel und das Licht der Scheinwerfer war nicht zu ertragen. Leider hat man uns nichts von der Kirmes gesagt. Dusche lief nicht ab. Hausflur stank. Briefkästen klapperten, die ganze Nacht. Haustür stand ständig auf, weil die Angestellten des Restaurants immer davor standen und rauchten. Wir würden das Appartement nicht empfehlen.

Het was een heel ruim appartement! Het was heel proper en net. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Het appartement heeft een goede ligging. Vlak bij het station, het strand en het centrum van Oostende.

Er waren geen gordijnen in de living. Hierdoor konden mensen in de avond gewoon binnen kijken vanaf het plein.

A great stay in a lovely and clean apartment. All very new, just like the pictures. Location is a big plus.

Spacious apartment in a central location. Good price. The host accommodated our earlier check in request and was available to assist over whatsapp which was great. The apartment is very close to the beach and the train station which is great for exploring. We visited Brugge and Gent.

We had stains on our sheets and there was hair in one of the bathrooms. It states two bathrooms, but there's only one toilet. Non of the toilet/bathroom doors lock which is inconvenient when traveling with more people. Curtains would be appreciated in the living room.

Super locatie met betalend parking voor de deur. De ruimte en hygiene waren zeer goed. De bedden waren zeer goed en hadden bedden linnen en wat ook zeer positief is de aanwezigheid van handdoeken.

Graag een kapstok bij de ingang, wc bril zat los stuk ,en gordijnen in de zitkamer waren niet aanwezig. Bij de kleinere douche loop de water eruit als je even niet oplet!

Het is een mooi appartement met alles wat je nodig hebt,heel centraal gelegen,alles op wandelafstand. De eigenaar is heel behulpzaam en antwoord onmiddellijk op je vragen en lost het probleem onmiddellijk op.

Een klein minpuntje is met het warme weer geen gordijn ofzo aan de grote vensters in de living,dan is het warm om in de zon te eten aan de eettafel,maar echt een klein minpuntje 😉

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und befindet sich in einer sehr guten Lage, nicht weit vom Strand und vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Ich kann sie nur empfehlen. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Vielen Dank!

Location looked over a car park

The apartment was very spacious and in a great location in terms of walkability around the city. Located near shops, bars, restaurants and the beach. Comfortable good sized beds. Seating in the living room was plenty and a large dining table.

There is a fayre right outside the apartment in the square and it's SO loud. It finished just after 10pm each night which did not make it very relaxing. The fayre is there for 2 months, so check before you book. The second shower room leaks all over the hallway because there's no lip on the shower tray, the shower curtain does not prevent it happening. We only used that shower once and had to use our towels to mop the floor as there is no mop. There is a nespresso machine but no pods to use, just a few would have been a nice touch.

Fresh, clean, lots of light, amazing location. Lovely kitchen. Nice showers. Nearby the beach and shops.

Some lights were not adjusted yet, maybe some curtains in the living room, bedside lamp.. to make it even better.
