Graskop non è granché, ma buona posizione per vedere la panorama route.

Reviewed Jul 24, 2026Très bonn accueil de la part d Elsa. Nous étions attendus. Les lits sont très confortables, et la maison est au calme. Tout est très propre. Le mois de juillet étant frais et même froid la nuit, la maison dispose d un chauffage d appoint au gaz, très utile. Elsa peut vous préparer le petit déjeuner, ce qui est très pratique quand vous venez d arriver et qu il se fait tard pour quelques courses. Elle est de bons conseils pour beaucoup de choses. Je recommande cet hébergement à Graskop.

The guesthouse is very spacious for a family of 4, and is fully furnitured and has a complete kitchen. Elsa served a lovely breakfast! Absolutely recommend this guesthouse if you're looking for an excellent place to stay in Graskop!

Nothing not to like. We did need hard soap for bathing which was not available although liquid soap and lotion was available and of good quality

The house was a little cold but the beds were very warm so we slept well. We used the gas heater in the morning and it took the edge off.

From thick blankets for on the couch and in bed to provided blowdryers, vanity kits, a very personal touch to welcome guests, luxurious high thread sheets and much more. Friendly landlady who provides lots of info on everything.
Nothing, really. Heating in colder parts of south Africa is a thing, but our kind hostess even offered us an extra gas heater. If anything, the driveway is long, narrow and you have to drive back whence you came, which is a bit of a challenge, even for an experienced driver, though not important enough to skip this great guesthouse for.

Reviewed Apr 16, 2026It was a compact 3 bedroom home having all the required essentials. It was very clean and special shout out to Elsa the host who was very helpful and provided us with all information like dining options, fuel stations and other security related info.
The rooms didn't have fans or air cons. There was only one standing fan which we used in one of the bedroom. It became very hot in the night and we could not even open the windows as there were mosquitos and bugs outside so was very un pleasant as i had sleepless night. Also the rooms and bathrooms didn't have keys so we requested them from the host. We got one bathroom key. Please note that only one bedroom is ensuite and the other 2 bedrooms share a common bathroom.

She made sure we get there safely, before our arrival she would constantly check if we were still fine, made us aware of the weather even went as far as informing us of which street to take to avoid potholes. When we arrived, the place is even beautiful than in pictures, we even had a conplimentary snack. We really had a fantastic stay.

Reviewed Mar 7, 2026On this, our second, stay we did not take breakfast. On the strength of our last visit, two years ago, the breakfast was excellent and delivered to your apartment by Elsa, our excellent hostess.
The road is a bit rough, but Elsa supplies excellent alternative routes to avoid the worst potholes. I like everything about the place itself.

Le logement est bien situé pour visiter la route panoramique, Blyde canyon, pilgrim's Rest, Graskop gorge... Restaurants et supermarché au village. On a passé un bon moment

The house is clean and welcoming, with very comfortable beds. It has Netflix, an outdoor BBQ area, secure on-site parking, and everything a family could need.

L'appartamento è assolutamente migliore dal vivo rispetto alle foto, pulitissimo e curato in ogni dettaglio. Abbiamo dormito benissimo nei comodi letti. Comodo anche il parcheggio in veranda all'interno della proprietà. In una città come Graskop, che ci ha lasciati un pò perplessi, è una piccola oasi di pace in cui sentirsi sicuri e protetti.
Niente, era tutto al di sopra delle aspettative.

Reviewed Dec 9, 2025Le logement lui-même est vraiment bien surtout en n'étant que 2. Rien à redire sur l'accueil et les conseils pas plus que pour les équipements. Emplacement pratique pour faire la route panoramique jusqu'au Three Rondavels.
L'environnement est excessivement bruyant. Voisins qui parlent fort à n'importe quel heure, qui mettent la musique fort portes ouvertes, karaoké juste de l'autre côté de la route. Vraiment dommage.

Reviewed Nov 4, 2025Het verblijf is ideaal als uitvalsbasis van de panorama route. En in Graskop zijn er weinig die zo smaakvol zijn ingericht als deze. Drie slaapkamers en twee badkamers. Dus perfect voor een groot gezin of twee of drie koppels. Alles is schoon en goed onderhouden. Heb je een (huur)auto? Dan kun je deze gemakkelijk kwijt onder de overkapping naast de woning. De woning staat in een rustige straat iets buiten het centrum. En achter de woning van de eigenaresse. Die zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam is.

Reviewed Sep 29, 2025We hadden een uitstekend verblijf bij Elsa. Het huisje heeft alles wat je nodig hebt, de bedden sliepen heerlijk, de badkamer is goed uitgerust en het ontbijt was heerlijk. De bijhorende veilige parking is een extra bonus. Elsa gaf heel wat tips over de omgeving en restaurants in Graskop. Het huis is de ideale tussenstop langs de Panoramaroute.

Kitchen is basic in kitchen material and no extractor hood. Although garden around the house, a bit the feeling of boxed in. Tip - change the light bulbs to warmer light

Zeer behulpzame host (er waren problemen met onze huurauto en ze heeft een lokale garage gecontacteerd waar we de volgende ochtend naartoe konden), ook goeie tips om lekker te gaan eten gekregen in Graskop. Ook een mogelijkheid om een ontbijt bij te bestellen die ’s ochtends door haar gebracht wordt.
