Dirty Balcony: The private balcony was completely uncleaned, dusty, and unusable during my stay. Neglected Entrance Lobby: First impressions matter, but the main entrance lobby was noticeably dirty and poorly maintained, which immediately set a bad tone. [1, 2, 3] Stuffy, Musty Villa Room: . It had a heavy, damp moisture problem and a strong stuffy smell that made staying in the room highly uncomfortable on day one..

Packed breakfast as we went out early. Fine it was. Sandwich was very good. Good location

Overall the experience was very good , ambience perfect . Break fast menu could be improved , but still the spread had Indian and English options . Being a semi open Restaurant there were occasional flies . The Resort could put Air curtains to stop these

Even booking in booking.com for two nights they have not provided complimentary breakfast second day ,its bad since it is out of city where must customer go for breakfast

Nice room with good view from balcony - however had to keep balcony doors closed to reduce noise of loud music from pool area.

We stayed at a weekend - not knowing that they have live music in the restaurant during dinner and even during breakfast. The volume is so loud that we could hear the noise in our room on the second floor. When we left their credit card machines would not accept our cards, which had worked without problem elsewhere in India and since. Had to pay cash … Wouldn’t recommend staying here at a weekend, unless you like loud music.

Facilities, light was cutting off every 15 20 mins. Bathtub drain knob was not working No napkins Every time we had to call reception at least for two times for every service. Food was not ok at all everywhere we had to adjust even after paying the amount they asked for . Very disappointing.

Nice place to relax, gud staff and food was also tasty.

Amazing stay. The staff were very courteous and went to great lengths to ensure that my stay was good. Great food, great service and most of all great rooms.

This is not a negative but just a suggestion. An in-house cab service would be much appreciated (on a chargeable basis of course). Hilton, Radisson, Westin all have this and it is very convenient particularly when you are new in the area.

Breakfast was very tasty, overall the stay for 1 night at Regenta Resort - Belgaum was very comfortable. Its a beautiful property, lots of greenery. The in house dining is very good. Also great service by the staff, good maintenance at the property.

The recreation room has only a Table tennis table, it needs more maintenance and more activities

Location, cafe, room quality

Nothing about property - one feedback: The cafe staff were playing pool (in uniforms) while guests were waiting for their turn. Is this fair?

The only really good resort in Belgaum. Been going here for years. Parents loved it! Looks like it's just been renovated as well.

Parents got lost navigating to it. I had to guide them on the phone. It's in a remote area, which enhances its charm but makes it hard to locate.

Peaceful Calm Mountain overlooking Room , needs improvement on food quality and things should be fixed before assigning the rooms .Our room tv and intercom wasn't working , food quality is not worth for the price charged .Renovation work going inside the property was exposed . Apart from Rooms rest other factors need attention for improvement.

The food at the restaurant was decent and some of the staff were helpful.

Unfortunately, the positives were overshadowed by several letdowns. The overall maintenance of the resort felt neglected—my room had a musty smell, and there were visible stains on the carpet that made it feel unclean. I expected better from a place marketed as a 5-star resort. Service was inconsistent; while some of the staff were friendly, they were slow to respond to requests, and I had to follow up multiple times for basic things like extra towels.

I have stayed at this property for the past few years and this place used to be good. It's now horrible. The worst experience a property can give. The staff is incredibly bad to deal with, especially vinayak in sales. The property has no ability to maintain itself. The gym, pool and other facilities are deteriorating. You will be far better off avoiding this place.
