To reach the hotel, you can fly directly from Colombo to Gan International Airport. International flights are available on Tuesdays and Saturdays. If you choose this route, only the land transfer from the airport to the hotel will incur an additional charge of $10.
Alternatively, if you're traveling via Male' (Velana International Airport), you will need to take a domestic flight from MLE to GAN, which takes approximately 120 minutes. Please note that this domestic flight is not included in the room rate and comes with an additional cost. The domestic flight must be booked and paid directly to the hotel. Kindly contact the hotel to arrange the domestic flight transfers. Reviewed Jun 25, 2026The hotel and the Sea Breeze Cafe made it very easy for me. Good hot water showers. I enjoyed the swimming pool every day (I was here 6 nights.) Breakfast was served at the times I requested. Internet worked very well. Smart TV worked great - watched Netflix every night. Car for airport was on time. (10 USD - A little high) All in all, a great stay. I definitely recommend the Lodge.
The door lock on the room needs attention. A space barrier at bottom of door would keep nighttime bugs out. (I used a towel.) Little things.

The pool was unusable, as it was pretty much a pigeon watering hole.

Reviewed Feb 10, 2026We had a nice stay at the lodge, we were changed room because there was electricity issues in the first room we stayed in, for the better since the first room was really outdated. I would say most of the lodge and amenities are rather dated (particularly the pool which we did not even dare swimming in...) apart from a few rooms which are adequate/nice. Since there is not a lot of options on the island this is still a good one, but it could benefit from more upkeeping.

Reviewed Mar 29, 2025Nice place to hang out a couple of days before a liveaboard. Stayed three nights and used one of the days to do some diving. They take you to the dive center and pick you up (comes with a cost) after the dives. Nice staff! Area is nice, but like the whole area of Addu, very quiet. It’s a slow paced place. Not much going on tbh.

Reviewed Mar 6, 2025Staff were really friendly and helpful. Got a tour of the islands in the owner’s car and also got to discuss the history. Close to the airport. Had lunch and dinner at a cost and the food was very good. Free breakfast. Would recommend to friends.
