Probably the best accomodation we have stayed in across the Dolomites, Austria and Switzerland!

A fantastic hotel with fantastic service, and the views are breathtaking. If you need advice, ask Magda—she knows everything.

The staff were all so friendly and helpful. The room was amazing, it had a good amount of space and was incredibly clean. The view from the balcony was more than we could've hoped for and there is a bus stop right outside the hotel that goes right to town which made moving around easy! The breakfast had good options and the laundry was helpful for washing and drying our clothes too! The bathroom was spacious, the shower pressure was perfect and overall it was a great stay. Would definitely stay again in the future for longer!!

location was a little far from town

There are not enough words to describe how much we loved staying in this hotel! The hotel is situated away from the centre of Grindelwald which we personally loved, as it felt like we were right in the middle of the mountains, and meant that the vibes were really calm and relaxed. It is a steep walk up to the hotel but we definitely got used to it by the end of the week! There is a free bus pass provided by the hotel though, and the bus stops right outside so if you have mobility issues or just don’t fancy walking up the hill, the hotel is super easily accessible. The hotel is modern and characterful which we loved, and has everything you need for a cosy stay. The views from the room and for breakfast are out of this world. We were luckily enough to experience glorious sun as well as cloudy/rainy weather, and the views were amazing either way. The breakfast is SO good, and there is free coffee and tea all day, plus an honesty bar downstairs for snacks, beers, and soft drinks, which we made use of! There is also a laundry which is very helpful if you’re on an active holiday in the summer. The staff were incredibly friendly and couldn’t do enough to help. This is honestly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at, and I really hope to revisit in the future. Thank you so much for making our trip so special!

Modern rooms and facilities, however the views of the mountains were absolutely stunning! Breakfast was good too.

Wasn't much to fault, but as a suggestion, it would be good if the rooms had a little bar fridge to keep things cold.

The view was spectacular! The staff was so friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious.

We were there in August during an unusually hot summer, and it was a little warm in the room, but they provided a vertical fan, and we were able to crack the windows open to let some air in.

Breakfast was generous with many choices. The view from the breakfast area was amazing. We had a very nice balcony with a terrific view and the mountain air was so fresh.

Great location. Just outside of the busy and tourist crowed city center of Grindelwad. Easy, free and good bus connections. Magnificent view from the hotel. Great and helpful staff

מקום מושלם, נקי, מעוצב בטעם. מלון קטן ושקט עם נוף להרים. המלון נמצא כ-20 דקות הליכה מאיזור המרכז המתויר. יש גם תחנת אוטובוס צמודה למלון ישנה מכונת קפה בחדרים , יש גם מכונה להכנת משקאות חמים בלובי, בחינם ללא הגבלה . יש גם משחקים כמו שחמט , דמקה ועוד , מצויין לימים גשומים שלא מתחשק לצאת. ארוחת בוקר כלולה, טעים ומגוון שירות נהדר

This hotel was fantastic - breakfast was included within the price, and was excellent, with lots of choice. We had a great room, with a balcony overlooking the most amazing views I think I've ever had in a hotel. The bathroom was also amazing, with luxury toiletries included, and all the little details thought of. The staff were also brilliant. It was a good 15-minute walk from the town centre, which is fine going down - but coming back might be a bit too steep for some people - expect a good work out!!

While the location is a little out of town, its views and tranquility are unmatched. Kind staff, amazing views, comfortable bed and wonderful shower. Couldn’t ask for more!

Bus schedule was a little confusing. Sometimes bus 122 stopped right in front, but not always. I never figured out why.

Boutique hotel high up from Grindewald. Amazing views. Staff was superb. Very friendly and helpful. Free coffee/tea bar all day long was such a nice bonus and the honesty bar was very handy in the evening. Breakfast is beyond your expectations - its fab! If you don't have a car than the bus stop is right in front that takes you to the village. Although no lunch or evening restaurant there are a few with in walking distance or you can walk down through the hills to the village and take the bus back up. Just don't rely on ChatGPT's bus schedule.. rather ask the reception

Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück, sehr freundliches Personal, ungewöhnliches , schönes Ambiente, ca. 20 Geh - Minuten vom Centrum und 6 Minuten vom Bus, der Kostenfrei ist, entfernt. Ist zu empfehlen.

Es gibt keinen Aufzug, es wird jedoch angeboten das schweres Gepäck vom Personal getragen wird. Kleine Zimmer ohne Schrank - ist nicht für jeden was. Aber all das soll nur als Hinweis verstanden werden, nicht als Kritik.

Very small things stop me giving 10/10 - we were staying in a heat wave and the room had one very small fan which made it difficult to sleep - location is fantastic but means you need bus/taxis to get to evening meals. A shuttle would make it 10/10 for me

格林德瓦适合自驾，酒店位置在半山腰，来之前最好安排好时间或预订出租车，格林德瓦小镇公交车基本晚7点后就无法到达酒店。我和老婆午夜12点到达格林德瓦车站，店主主动提出可以开车来接。我们为了不麻烦店主决定步行前往，虽然距离不长，路上也很安全，但需爬升100多米，确实很有挑战性。期间有一天饭后老婆身体不适，又打不到车，不得已麻烦店主开车来接，非常热情并且没有额外收费。

Sehr schönes Zimmer, insbesondere das Badezimmer mit der Regendusche. Allgemein war das Interieur ansprechend. Die Lobby lud mit den Brettspielen und dem entspannten Ambiente zum Verweilen ein. Die Lage ist ruhig und trotzdem erreicht man das Zentrum in wenigen Minuten. Top Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war zwar ausreichend, teilweise handelte es sich jedoch um gekaufte Produkte.

Die Lage des Hotels war sehr gut und sehr praktisch. Das Zimmer war sauber und gepflegt. Auch das Frühstück hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Bett ist auch sehr komfortabel.

Bei meinem Check-in wurde an der Rezeption nur Englisch gesprochen. Für mich war das kein grosses Problem, aber für Gäste mit geringen Englischkenntnissen könnte dies zu Verständigungsschwierigkeiten führen. Deutschsprachige Unterstützung an der Rezeption wäre daher wünschenswert.

Amazing really enjoyed our stay, the views are staggering, hotel staff very friendly, and knowledgeable regarding places to visit. Car parking available, bus stop right outside hotel if you don't want to drive during your stay. Lovely breakfast. Only downside is no evening meals available, only snacks, but as much free coffee you can drink. lovely restaurants quite close.

Booked the Grand Suite and had a great stay. The room was very comfortable and well presented. The staff were exceptionally friendly — probably the friendliest people I came across during my trip. Thank you all for your hospitality, and keep up the great work!

Although the location is lovely, getting there can be a little challenging if you’re relying on public transport, as bus services are limited. Having a car would definitely make travelling to and from the property much easier.

Amazing views from our balcony and the terrace where you have breakfast. Very modern rooms, staff were super friendly and helpful, the hotel has a very homely feel. Ample parking including a covered area which was great as we travelled on a motorbike. There was a bus stop right outside the hotel which takes you down into Grindelwald town. The location is away from the busy town so is completely quiet and peaceful, but literally 10mins on a bus and you are in the heart of the action in Grindelwald. You could walk to town if you wanted to, but it's a fairly steep walk. We found using the free bus was excellent and worth it to be in such a quiet location.

I don’t think 5 stars is generous enough to describe the experience this hotel provides. My partner and i had a 3 night stay and i honestly don’t think it could have been any better. Upon arrival a lovely lady on reception gave us in depth information about the village, helping us plan activities, recommendations on restaurants and even to go as far as helping with public transport routes. The honesty bar is lovely, you can basically help yourself when you want without having to ask anyone, it’s like enjoying some at home comforts. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff here and they really do make this place amazing! In saying that the facilities are just as beautiful, not a fault in our room or anywhere to be honest. A massive thank you for the incredible stay, it truly was so special. - Molly and Tom :)
