Kech Montana is wonderful. The peaceful setting and warm atmosphere made it feel special. Dinner was the best ever — a perfect three-course meal with a delicious Moroccan salad, tender beef, and the absolute best crème brûlée I’ve had in Morocco. Tout était parfait !

Very comfortable rooms and facilities, the staff was helpful and hospitable. We had dinner and breakfast, both very good, flavorful and with home made products. Great place to stay on your way from Marrakesh to the coast.

Unfortunately the wifi was not working due to an electrical issue. This is something very temporary for sure.

C'est vraiment un hôtel idéal pour ceux qui voyagent en voiture de Casablanca à la côte près d'Essaouira. À vrai dire, ce lieu paradisiaque mérite une visite à part entière. C'est un endroit chaleureux et accueillant. Joël et sa femme charmante, les propriétaires, ont aménagé ce lieu avec beaucoup de goût. Les chambres, le jardin, les allées, la piscine, l'espace détente : tout respire le confort et le bien-être des hôtes. Mais ce qui a dépassé toutes nos attentes, c'est le dîner. Franchement, il valait chaque euro dépensé. Raffiné et délicieux mais sans aucune sophistication superflue, vous ne trouverez pas mieux ailleurs dans la région, ni même peut-être à Marrakech. Alors n'hésitez pas, prenez ce repas !

El sitio está a mitad de camino de Essaouira pero bien indicado y muy bien situado para parar a mitad de camino . Es precioso y muy cómodo. Los dueños son maravillosos y la comida de muy muy alta calidad.

L'accueil et la gentillesse de Joël, de son épouse et de ses collaborateurs et collaboratrices. La qualité des repas : le tajine de kefta et la salade, le petit déjeuner royal.

J'aurai aimé rester un peu plus longtemps.

Un lieu hors du temps entre Marrakech et Essaouira qui nous a permis de nous ressourcer le temps d’une escale. Nos hôtes étaient très accueillants et le logement était magnifique entre la verdure, les points d’eau, les oiseaux qui chantent et la décoration de très bon goût. Personnel formidable, nous vous conseillons de prendre la formule repas du soir, nous nous sommes régalés grâce a l’expérience du cuisinier local. Les tarifs sont abordables et en valent le coup. La chambre était très grande, il est agréable d’y vivre et d’y dormir avec une belle literie . Le petit déjeuner était très varié avec des choses que nous n’avons pas l’habitude de manger, mais toutefois, excellentes. Les photos sont belles, la réalité l’est encore plus. Si nous retournons au Maroc nous nous arrêterons de nouveau à KECH MONTANA.

Exceptionnel !! Un oasis au milieu du désert. Un cadre paradisiaque. Nous nous sommes régalés avec le dîner servi sur place et le petit déjeuner à la hauteur de l’établissement. Le personnel serviable et discret. Le patron sympathique et jovial ! Je recommande vivement !!!!

Sehr schöne Anlage, schöner Pool, hübsches Zimmer mit AC. Sehr nette Angestellte und leckeres Frühstück.

Alles in allem haben wir uns leider nicht so wohl gefühlt, da der Besitzer uns nicht gerade das Gefühl gegeben hat willkommen zu sein. Vielleicht weil wir nicht seinem Standart Klientel entsprechen oder einfach weil wir sein überteuertes Abendessen nicht wollten. Er hat sich außerdem darüber beschwert dass wir Wäsche auf unsere Terrasse gehängt haben. Ganz sicher bin ich mir da allerdings nicht, da er nur Französisch gesprochen hat. Zudem war unser Zimmer schon bei Ankunft voller Fliegen und Spinnen. Zudem war die Klospühlung nach einem normalen Spühlvorgang zwei Stunden am Laufen, bis man den Spühlkasten aufgemacht hat um ein verklemmt es Teil zu richten.

Accueil chaleureux et convivial, superbe propriété avec un jardin exceptionnel. Piscine au top. Joël est un hôte passionné et passionnant qui a lui-même géré le projet architectural, bâtiments et jardins. Les repas furent délicieux.

Ein super schöner Garten „mitten im Nichts“ Herrlich dort zu entspannen

Замечательный, уютный отельчик со своей охраняемой территорией, усыпанной розовыми кустами и оливковыми деревьями, номера - это отдельные домики. В номере есть всё, что заявлено на сайте. Фото тоже соответствуют описанию на сайте. Дополнительно брали ужин по 300 MAD с человека. Ужин - выше всяких похвал: и подача, и вкус блюд. Очень рекомендую. Хозяева - очень душевные и заботливые люди, как-будто в гости к старым друзьям приехал))

Завтрак немного слабоват, но это кому как. Можно добавить в номер чайник. Может быть можно было попросить, и его бы принесли, не знаю, т.к. мы не просили.

Het lekkere eten. Ook de gastheer en de crew om hem heen is zeer vriendelijk.

Toen wij er waren zaten er veel vliegen.

Le repas du soir et le petit déjeuner étaient parfaits. Joël et son personnel sont adorables. Le jardin, équipements extérieurs, confort global au top. Peignoirs et linges pour la toilette et la piscine appréciables.

L'isolation phonique, on entendait les chiens aboyer quand on s'est couchés. Manque un rideau à la porte d'entrée pour ne plus voir la lumière du jardin mais qui s'éteint dans la nuit et aussi pour la lumière du jour.

L’Emplacement, accueil avec personnel très sympathique,calme ,très bonne restauration , je le conseille

Wir hatten keine Sitzgelegenheiten im Zimmer, die Stühle auf der Terrasse waren defekt, zum Nachbarzimmer war nur eine gewöhnliche Zimmertür man konnte alles durchhöhren, in allen anderen Unterkünften hatten wir kostenlos als Willkommensgruß ein Tee angeboten bekommen hier wurden uns am Ende 30 Dirham pro Person verrechnet.

We enjoyed every moment of our stay at Kech-Montana. It’s an absolutely beautiful little oasis just outside of Marrakech. We stopped here on our way to Essaouira and literally didn’t want to leave. The house is decorated with great attention to detail, very clean, and well-equipped. The owners and staff are extremely friendly and accommodating, and communication was no problem even though we don’t speak French. We enjoyed the best three-course meal of our entire Morocco trip. I highly recommend staying here for a „short“ getaway.

Abbiamo avuto difficoltà a trovare la strada (ci sono lavori sulla strada principale che ne hanno chiuso lo sbocco) ma la ricerca ne è valsa la pena. La struttura è immersa in un giardino curatissimo, pieno di piante e fiori. I proprietari sono molto gentili, le camere sono ben arredate, i letti molto comodi, la colazione ottima, preparata al momento ed abbondante.

Alles war perfekt. Der Wein sollte etwas günstiger angeboten werden.

Un grand merci pour votre accueil, malgré notre arrivée tardive. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié le dîner c’était un vrai régal ! Nous avons fait une étape sur la route en direction d’Essaouira, et garderons un excellent souvenir de Kech-Montana, que nous recommandons.

Nous étions déjà venu à cash Montana et nous avons voulu réitérer. L’accueil est toujours aussi chaleureux le repas du soir. Toujours aussi bon avec entrée plat de résistance et dessert la chambre est très confortable très vaste et très propre et le petit déjeuner est complet.

Tranquil environment with a beautiful garden and pool. Stylish, high-ceilinged and spacious room with glass front giving a view of its own terrace, garden and evening sun. Exceptional bed. Piping hot, high-pressure shower. Architectural design and features, and a space that is maintained with great attention to detail. The owners greeted us on arrival and made us feel welcome and special throughout our stay. To top it off the food was all homemade, carefully thought through and delicious. Unbelievable value for money. Real luxury at an affordable price on the journey from Essaouria to Marrakech.

Der wunderschöne Garten und die konfortablen Bungalows

It is ideally located between Essaouira and Marrakesh and it was very cold and rainy in Morrocco when we were there. The rooms are nice, very good bed and we were given an extra heater on top of the AC heating which was very good. The owners are very nice and the food was delicious all home made. The property looked lovely and can imagine in nice weather how relaxing it can be. Great discovery off the road.

The weather was terrible even for all the locals, mother nature!

Die Besitzer waren super zuvorkommend. Die Anlage ist eine Augenweide. Vor Marrakech die beste Übernachtung Möglichkeit. Das Frühstück und das Abendessen waren außergewöhnlich gut.

Le lieu : un havre de paix perdu entre Marrakech et Essaouira, dans un parc parfaitement entretenu, piscine et transat pour s’y reposer La chambre: très grande, parfaitement équipée, décorée avec goût et quelle bonne odeur La cuisine : au top, bravo au cuisinier et aux serveuses, tjs le sourire (on a bien et bcp mangé)

Lovely walled property with beautiful garden and swimming pool. Excellent and plentiful breakfast and delicious evening meal. Very attentive hosts. It’s only an hour from Marrakech airport on the Agadir/Essaouira road so it’s a perfect and luxurious stopover prior to flying home. Highly recommend!

The food was phenomenal

While the garden is lovely, we found this hotel poor value for money. Although our room was comfortable, it was cold and tired. The dinner was nice, but it was very expensive. To top it off, we were charged $10 for 2 cups of tea (which we had assumed would be included due to the cost of the dinner). The staff were friendly but they were all wearing sweat pants. For a hotel pitching itself at this price point, we found the attire unacceptable.

Sarah and the chef were very attentive and caring towards their guests. It was a large facility away from any hustle and bustle. Breakfast was excellent. Dinner was very tasty and satisfying but well overpriced for what you can get elsewhere.

Be aware there are no restaurants close by and the evening meal is expensive compared to general Moroccan prices. The chef is very good at his job and the food full of flavour and fresh.

La chambre était intime, magnifique et la nourriture était délicieuse. Nous avons adoré l'espace piscine et le service était excellent.

We love this place! I can't speak French but they are so welcoming, nice people that we feel home every time we stay at Kech Montana. That place has a soul. If You need a rest of busy tourist places in Morocco, you cannot find a better place, still filled with local vibe.

Le cadre paisible, le pavillon luxueux et propre avec une attention portée à chaque petit détail. Les hôtes sont très accueillants. Les repas sont excellents. En résumé : on s'y sent bien et on n'a qu'une envie : rester davantage !

Très pratique et bien situé pour faire une escale en allant à Agadir. On a bien dormi et le petit déjeuner est très bon. Les propriétaires sont super.

This place is calm, the garden is so relaxing, the chef is amazing, the staff are genuinely kind. I was very pleased by the cleanliness of the room and the bed was so comfortable that I overslept. Joel is like a kind uncle. I will surely visit again alone or with some friends / colleagues. It was the fresh air I needed.

Der Besitzer und das Personal waren super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Und das Abendessen war perfekt sowie das Frühstück. Beides mit eigenen Produkten zubereitet. Auch das Anwesen war sehr schön, tolle kleine (separate) „Pavillons“ mit eigenem Bad und Kühlschrank/Kaffeemaschine sowie Aussensitzplatz. Der „Garten“ ist wunderschön mit Olivenbäumen und kleinen Springbrunnen und einem Pool. Auch haben sie einige Tiere - unteranderem Pferde und Hühner.

Reizende Gastgeber, schöne Oase inmitten von Nirgendwo, schöner Pool mit bequemen Liegen. Vorzügliche Küche mit französisch-marrokanischer Fusion, dazu guter Wein. Wunderbar erholsamer Abschluss einer erlebnisreichen Reise durch das Land.

Ziemlich harte Betten und ein verrückter Hahn, der gerne nachts kräht. Aber das sind alles unbedeutende Kleinigkeiten!

Notre deuxième visite dans cette magnifique auberge a été tout aussi incroyable que la première ! Badia et Joel sont des hôtes exceptionnels, chaleureux et toujours attentionnés. Grâce à Badia, chaque repas se transforme en une véritable expérience Fine Dining, sublimée par le talent du chef Wadii et ses plats savoureux. Un endroit unique où l’on se sent à la fois choyé et émerveillé – nous recommandons vivement !

There was nothing not to like about this property, it was absolutely beautiful. It was spotless, the staff were so friendly and accommodating even know when couldn’t talk French. Our room was cleaned and restocked every day, the grounds were so beautiful and well kept. The animals were a lovely touch, felt calming going to say hello every morning. The food was amazing, be prepared to gain weight as breakfast is huge and dinner is a 3 course meal 😁 You are not in a tourist area, you need a car to get about but that is why we loved it there. It was so peaceful and a perfect get away. You must go you will not regret it.

The only drawback was you had to have a car as it’s about an hour to any main place.

A lovely spot in the middle of the journey between Essaouira and Marrakech. It's very unexpected and has a very lovely energy. The food is really great and there is a guest house vibe, that everything feels cared for.

Rally friendly staff, helpful and supportive. The hotel is really nice and breakfast was super!

Really lovely and friendly people. Feels like a bit of an oasis. Spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet rooms. Nice breakfast. Great place to stay if you want to cut up your driving between marrakech and essaouira as we did. Not super easy to find if you’re relying on google as the map says it’s in the town, which it is not. Instead, go through the town and turn left at the Kech Montana sign shortly after the red and white petrol station. Thank you!

It was the most beautiful place my sister and I literally cried because we were so happy to be there.

Great stay and caring hosts !

We were travelling from Marrakech to Essaouira and wanted somewhere on the way to break up the journey. We booked one night here and couldn't believe how amazing it was when we got there! It exceeded all expectations and was such an oasis of peace and luxury in what felt like the middle of nowhere. We arrived late and were greeted so kindly. We had our first meal of the 2-week holiday, and we both agreed at the end it was the best one we had the whole time. We ended up changing our plans to stay another night so we could really enjoy the place. Wouldn't hesitate to go back again.

Bed was a bit on the firm side for me, but that's a personal preference. Otherwise, nothing at all – it was such a wonderful stay. Thank you, all!

What a lovely place with lovely folks. My family of four (two kids - ages 6 and 4) stayed for a night, along with my parents in law and teenaged nephew. The dinner and breakfast were both delicious, and the hosts made a special meal for the kids. Everyone said it was their favorite stop on the trip! Truly an unexpected paradise!

A very quiet and peaceful spot, with very friendly hosts. They had meals that were delicious, a beautifully and very big garden (the pictures dont do it enough justice). If you want to escape the busy city and just need time to relax, this is the place to go!
