Bed was nice and firm, plenty space to hang and store clothing. Bathroom shower strong and hot. Place was very clean. Easy peasy parking! Kitchen well stocked - we didn’t need to get anything except food. Staff were very receptive and happy to help with check-in amendment.

Flat is a bit dark but it’s in the roof of the building so they have tried to lighten it with Velux windows and a dormer window. It is at the top of some slightly steep stairs so not suitable for anyone with mobility issues.

Handy to have washing machine and dryer. Easy 10minute walk to town. Staff were amazing with helping when I left a bag behind.

L'appartement était tres bien meublé avec tout ce dont nous avions besoin, avec notamment la climatisation dans la chambre et la pièce principale. Place de parking très bien et emplacement pratique pour explorer les environs

Very large and comfortable flat. Very well equipped and great location.

Would have scored this place a 10 but the guests upstairs ruined our stay and kept us awake until 5am. Messaged the host the next morning (twice) but she did not respond. Next night was slightly better (only noisy til 2.30 am). I would suggest it’s better to reserve the upstairs flat as the downstairs is noisy. I understand the host can’t be blamed for the guests but a reply would have been good.

Perfect location, easy access, lovely and comfy and perfect for what we wanted

The apartment was so we'll laid out and so clean. Everything you could think was of provided. Detail was amazing. Pul out couch bed was the best I ever slept in!

ie zentrale und trotzdem ruhige Lage, die gesamte Inneneinrichtung mit mehr als ausreichendem Platz. Die Badezimmer mit Spiegelschränken und Regenwaldduschen waren top. Die Ausstattung der Küche, der separate Raum für Waschmaschine und Trockner top. Im Wohnbereich mit grossem Fernseher auch viel Platz.

In der Parterrewohnung ließ sich das jeweilige Fenster in den Schlafzimmern nur einen Spalt breit öffnen, im Essbereich gar nicht. Die Pichnickbereiche auf der Parkplatzseite waren ramponiert und unappetitlich. Für die einzelne Bank fehlten Sitzauflagen. Der in der Beschreibung genannte Garten war ein innenliegender Wintergarten. Bei normalem irischen Wetter wäre das sicher kein Problem gewesen, aber bei der aktuellen Hitzewelle schon.

Once we got to our correct suite, the property was nice although very basic in offering. Location was quite good.

The host team wasn’t particularly communicative and even when we arrived we didn’t have the information for the unit we needed. They did send a screenshot but then I received an email from Booking.com two days after our check out sharing the missing details. When we arrived, we met other guests, a large friendly group, who said they arrived and found out their reservation had been canceled two months ago… They were looking for accommodations… We heard basically nothing else from the team.

Есть посудомойка, стиральная машина и сушка, что очень удобно для семей. Доступ к жилью был удобен. Нам пришло подтверждение с кодом и мы забрали ключи в ящике. В пешей доступности центральная часть города с ресторанами и барами. На территории парковка, что очень удобно.

Перед заездом неплохо было проветрить апартаменты, был несколько затхлый запах, но мы открыли окна и через пару часов было все в порядке.

Well located, well equipped kitchen and laundry facilities.

Somewhat difficult in getting luggage up 3 floors gets of stairs.

The flat was air conditioned, which was very welcome. Kitchen was well equipped and bed very comfortable.

Outside space was poor. Tubs with dead flowers. Outdoor table surfaces were peeling and unattractive. Rubbish on front tarmac after bins emptied. Car and tarmac covered in unpleasant stickiness from overhanging tree.

We had a great stay at the Robeen house.  Plenty of room for my family of 5.  Super clean and comfortable.  Awesome location close to town.

Beautiful property, large, bright, beautifully decorated, great shower in main bedroom.

There is a bad sewage smell coming from the bathroom in the second bedroom. This made that bathroom unusable. Such a pity in an almost perfect apartment.

The duplex apartment was beautiful, very clean and a very nice location, loved the little private patio. Was well worth the stay and definitely would definitely recommend it,

Location and modern

It was very spacious for 2 of us. Easy self check in, great location, bathroom with a nice and big sink and hand shower. We did not cook but it seems they had everything you need in the kitchen. Very modern apartment! One of the best I have stayed.

Once inside the property it was amazing, everything you could need, immaculately clean, check in very easy

The outside let it down, quite unkempt

Huge apartment, very clean. Great location close to the town center and the national park. Felt very private and luxurious. Great for a family of 5 with kids.

We didn't know we were getting the ground floor unit, which we don't typically prefer. However, this was not a huge problem since the building felt quite safe and private.

Very clean and spacious had a lovely stay there all appliances there for cooking so we didn’t leave the apartment just what we wanted will be returning again.

Facilities were excellent

Robeen House was a wonderful property with plenty of room for 2 adults (possibly more). We stayed in “The View” apartment on the top floor (3 flights of stairs, no elevator). The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed for 3 nights. The bathrooms were clean and well stocked, and when we needed replacement tissues they brought them out quickly. We were able to walk easily to the “downtown” area within 10-12 minutes where all the action is (bars, music, restaurants, shopping). The decor is simple and modern and we had terrific views from our 2nd floor property that showcased the sunset as we were facing west. I don’t know if the bed is a true “King” bed. It seemed a narrow for a king, but the mattress was comfortable as was the bedding. There is a hanging rack to serve as bedroom closet, but there is also a very large closet in the living room. I assume one of the sofas was also a sleeper sofa, but we didn’t need it. There are electric shades that cover all the windows well for good black-out darkness for sleep. The kitchen had a coffee maker and a tea kettle, a toaster, a microwave/oven combo, a small fridge and a small dishwasher. The bathroom is compact but a true en-suite for convenience. We had an easy, automated check in process. The unit includes one parking space right on the property so you don’t have to walk far to a car park and lug around your suitcases.

Wouldn’t mind an actual dining table and chairs vs. just bar stools, but since we didn’t cook much more than breakfast, it was not a big deal.

Wonderful location with large, clean, functional spaces. We definitely plan to return in the future.

The WiFi went out a lot, which was tough for communication. Otherwise, no issues!

The apartment was very clean on arrival and very easy to access. Facilities were modern and the heating system kept the place at a nice temperature. Washing machine and dryer were a great use for the few days we were there.

One night the fire alarm did set off which we think may have been due to the rooms being warm as there was no indication of fire or smoke otherwise so just be conscious of that. We could only locate a small waste bin in the kitchen so any larger items would have to be directly out to the bins provide outside. But neither were a major issue and were able to be sorted.

The accomodation was more perfect for us than we could have possibly imagined. We stayed as a group of 6 and were worried that we would be stepping on eachothers toes however we could of fit double in our two bed room apartment. The apartment was in perfect condition, designed beautifully, with enough clean towels left out for all of us and very easy to access. Only a ten minute walk from the centre of killarney saved us spending on taxis also.

The most stunning apartment. Short walk into Killarney town. The apartment itself was very warm, homely with ever we needed. The bedrooms both with ensuit, amazing comfortable beds. Kitchen, with living room simply stunning. A rare find, we hope will will be back again soon.

Easy access to the town centre, only 10 mins walk, many nice restaurants, pubs and cafes to eat and drink. Lovely places to visit nearby and nature in Killarney is absolutely beautiful.

Our hosts upgraded us to a 2 bedroom apartment. A Beautiful, spacious, quiet and comfortable apartment. Lovely and warm and fully equipped with a full kitchen and all you need to cook for yourself. It was so quiet at night, wonderful. It certainly made our anniversary special.

The accommodation is absolutely beautiful. So spacious, elegant and spotlessly clean. Sheer luxury for sure. We stayed in the Duplex. We loved the private outdoor area to have fun together as a group. Our host Catriona was very kind and helpful.

My family had a very wonderful stay here and we were very happy with being so close to Killarney National Park and the town centre. The property was self catered and instructions for check in and check out were thorough. The nearby Centra was perfect to get quick bites while we were in the apartment. We will love to be back again soon.

There was a cleaning opportunity for one of the ensuite bathrooms, which we had let the property managers know directly at the check out. There's nothing specific to add here.
