Het is een mooi en stijlvol appartement. De gastvrouw was zeer hartelijk en stond voor alles klaar.

Posizione ottima e tranquilla , vicino sia al centro che a bellissime passeggiate nel bosco! Casa super curata, provvista di tutto il necessario, mi sono sentita a casa!! Aneta è stata molto disponibile e gentile, ci ha consigliato diverse attività e si è sempre accertata che il nostro soggiorno fosse confortevole!! Ci tornerò sicuramente 😊

Appartamento fantastico! Tantissimo spazio e molto ben arredato. Era presente tutto il necessario per una vacanza e anche di più. La proprietaria è stata veramente molto disponibile e ci ha fornito diversi consigli utili al nostro soggiorno a Seefeld. Molto consigliato

Ruhige Lage, sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, es war alles vorhanden, sehr sauber, modern und hochwertig eingerichtet und praktisch.

Eigentlich nichts; nur beim Fernseher mussten wir etwas herumprobieren und suchen, bis wir herausfanden, wie er mit den Kanälen funktionierte (es gab keine Anleitung).

كانت إقامتنا في الشقة رائعة. أقمنا في الشقة رقم 3، وهي مكونة من طابقين بتصميم عملي ومريح. في الطابق العلوي توجد غرفتا النوم مع حمام مشترك، والغرفة الرئيسية تتميز بشرفة جميلة ذات إطلالة رائعة، بينما تطل الغرفة الأخرى من نوافذها على مناظر جميلة. أما الطابق السفلي فيضم مطبخًا متكاملًا مجهزًا بجميع الاحتياجات، مع طاولة طعام وصالة تحتوي على كنبه ممكن استخدمها كسرير، بالإضافة إلى شرفة كبيرة بإطلالة جميلة تجعل الجلوس فيها ممتعًا. ما أعجبنا أكثر هو أن الشقة مجهزة بشكل متكامل جدًا، فلم ينقصها أي شيء. المطبخ يحتوي على جميع الأدوات والأجهزة اللازمة، بما في ذلك غسالة الصحون، وغسالة الملابس، وجميع أدوات الطبخ والتقديم، مما جعل الإقامة مريحة وكأننا في منزلنا. كما أود أن أشيد بصاحبة الشقة السيدة Aneta على حسن تعاملها واهتمامها الكبير بالضيوف، فقد كانت على تواصل يومي معنا للاطمئنان على راحتنا والتأكد من أن كل شيء يسير على ما يرام، وهو أمر نادر ويستحق كل التقدير. ومن المميزات الإضافية أيضًا توفير بطاقة تخفيض للاستفادة منها في بعض الأنشطة والخدمات في المنطقة، وكانت إضافة جميلة للإقامة. أوصي بهذه الشقة بكل ثقة، وسأختارها مرة أخرى دون تردد عند زيارة سيفيلد.

الملاحظة الوحيدة هي أن الشقة قريبة نسبيًا من الطريق، لذلك قد يُسمع صوت السيارات عند فتح النوافذ أو الجلوس في الشرفة. لكن عند إغلاق النوافذ يكون العزل ممتازًا، ولا يسبب الضجيج أي إزعاج داخل الشقة. وبشكل عام، هذه ملاحظة بسيطة لم تؤثر إطلاقًا على جودة إقامتنا أو استمتاعنا بها

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. It had everything we needed for a relaxing two-week stay with our baby and our dog. The location was excellent, it was easy to explore Seefeld by foot and the surrounding area by car. The host was exceptionally friendly and helpful! She assisted us with setting up Netflix on the TV and recommended fantastic hikes and restaurants that made our time there just perfect.

The place was really lovely, very well equipped and decorated. Bed was incredibly comfortable and large. Communication with the host was perfect and very easy access the apartment. Great to have a parking spot on site and easy access to the city center (walking distance). We were travelling with a baby and baby cot and highchair were already installed when we arrived. We would like to come back to this place!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön, geräumig und modern. Wir waren dort eine Woche und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. In 10 Minuten ist man fußläufig in der Stadt. Es hat uns an Nichts gefehlt und würden die Wohnung immer wieder buchen. 🙂

Das Raumkonzept hat sich sehr stimmig angefühlt und lud zum verweilen ein. Alles passte zusammen, war hochwertig und geschmackvoll.

Das die Glastür zweifachen Flur und Wohnzimmer selbstständig schließt, wenn sie nicht bis ganz eingerastet wird.

Viel Platz. Moderne Ausstattung. Große Terrasse plus Balkon. Optimale Heizung. Halbe Stunde bis Zentrum von Innsbruck.

Am späten Abend dauert es einige Zeit bis warmes Wasser unter Dusche kommt. Mikrowelle fehlt.

Wir waren in der Ferienwohnung in der Leutascher Str. Die Lage des Apartments ist super, für uns war alles fußläufig erreichbar. Die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung hat keine Wünsche übrig gelassen. Die Gastgeberin war sehr zuvorkommend, die Kommunikation immer einfach und super freundlich. Wir würden die Wohnung immer wieder buchen!

Die Wohnung ist super gelegen, fußläufig ist man schnell im Zentrum und hat ansonsten eine ruhige Umgebung. Vorbeifahrende Züge haben wir nicht gehört, da alles sehr gut schallisoliert ist. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend und es war alles sehr, sehr sauber. Wir haben uns super wohlgefühlt und kommen gern wieder.

De accomodaties was uitstekend. Heel erg modern en prima uitgerust en van alle gemakken voorzien. De eigenaar was zeer klantgericht en het contact met haar was fantastisch. Een aanwinst voor Seefeld in Tirol.

Апартаменты очень тёплые и комфортные. Отличное оснащение: новая и качественная бытовая техника, есть даже пылесос. Удобные подушки и одеяла, тёплая ванная комната, достаточно мест для хранения. Отличная кухонная утварь. Приятным дополнением стал симпатичный электрокамин и уютный балкон.

Wunderschöne Wohnung, super Ausstattung, alles neu und gepflegt!

Modern, hell und doch gemütlich, zwei Toiletten, sehr bequeme Betten, 2-stöckig, Parkmöglichkeiten direkt bei der FeWo

Wir persönlich hätten eine Mikrowelle begrüsst.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, da nichts gefehlt hat und die Atmosphäre in der Ferienwohung entspanned ist. Der Gartenzugang war eine postitive Überraschung.

Die Nachbar haben an einem Tag alle ihre Fenster renoviert und es war entsprechend laut und schmutzig. So was kann vorkommen und die Gastgeber können ja auch nichts dafür.

Alles sehr neu und ordentlich. Stilvoll eingerichtet und sauber. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist sehr gut, schnell in der Natur und schnell im Dorf.

Wir waren in der Ferienwohnung in der Leutascher Straße am Ortsausgang von Seefeld. Das Zentrum ist fußläufig nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Die tolle Ferienwohnung ist sehr modern eingerichtet und hochwertig ausgestattet. Es war alles von A-Z vorhanden, deutlich über das normale Maß hinaus. Alles ist neuwertig und sauber. Christian, unser lieber Vermieter, war jederzeit zu erreichen und hatte tolle Tipps für uns. Bei Anreise wurden wir persönlich begrüßt. Wir hatten sofort ein Wohlfühlgefühl und haben in den bequemen Betten der Wohnung wunderbar geschlafen. Von beiden geräumigen Balkons aus sieht man das wunderschöne das Bergpanorama. Dank der modernen Verglasung haben wir die Ortsausgangsstraße nicht als störend empfunden. Bei einem weiteren Besuch in Seefeld kommen wir gern wieder.

Die Unterkunft ist unglaublich schön und gehoben eingerichtet. Die Betten waren auch extrem bequem. Und die Vermieter sind ebenfalls sehr nett und waren zu jeder Zeit hilfsbereit egal was war :)

The apartment requires 15 minutes walking from the bus/train station. We happily reached 20,000 steps per day. The surroundings are quiet and suburban. The apartment is cosy and the host offers some cookies, white wine and chocolate, and is very hospitable. The oven, stove , and furniture are of high quality. We had enjoyed our stay there for five nights.

Everything was good. And the host tried his best to cater to our needs.

La casa è nuova e pulitissima, arredata con gusto e dotata di tutti i comfort. È silenziosa, con un piccolo balconcino in cui leggere o sorseggiare in compagnia un buon caffè. Il proprietario sempre disponibile ci ha fatto trovare come omaggio cioccolatini, birra, vino e capsule Nespresso per la macchinetta. Nostro figlio di 6 anni ha detto che adorava la casa e non voleva più andar via.

Sono state 2 settimane bellissime a casa di Aneta e Christian. Al nostro arrivo ci ha accolto Christian, pronto a mostrarci ogni angolo della casa. Bellissima, pulitissima e arredata con molto gusto, dotata di qualsiasi comfort (lavatrice, lavastoviglie, aspirapolvere, 3 televisori al plasma con Netflix incluso, perfino una lampada da terra con cassa wifi). La cucina è fornita ed i due letti matrimoniali sono molto comodi. Ottima anche la posizione (dista 10 minuti a piedi dal centro città e dal supermercato) e la vista dallo splendido terrazzo. Christian è stato impeccabile con noi e ci ha dato un sacco di suggerimenti su alcuni posti da scoprire. Noi e le nostre bambine non volevamo più andar via dalla nostra casa del cuore. Grazie Aneta e Christian! Spero che il nostro sia solo un arrivederci!

Abbiamo soggiornato a Casa Cebrano dall’11 al 15 agosto, in tre (io, il mio compagno e il nostro bimbo di 3 anni). La posizione è perfetta: a soli 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di Seefeld, con parcheggio riservato proprio accanto all’alloggio. L’appartamento è al piano terra, con accesso diretto al giardino comune e un terrazzino molto carino, che abbiamo usato ogni giorno. Grazie alle tapparelle abbiamo potuto chiuderlo e renderlo sicuro, così nostro figlio ha potuto giocarci in tranquillità. Inoltre, possibilità di fare bucato e stendere all’aperto. La casa è stata ristrutturata in modo eccellente, arredata con gusto e dotata di ogni comfort. Pulizia impeccabile, letto matrimoniale spazioso e comodissimo, ampio soggiorno con un grande divano letto dove ha dormito nostro figlio, cucina piccola ma completa di tutto: forno, piastra a induzione, lavastoviglie (molto utile!) e tutti gli accessori per cucinare. Il proprietario è stato molto cordiale, ci ha accolto di persona e ci ha supportato durante il soggiorno. Tutto davvero perfetto: un alloggio che consigliamo senza esitazione e in cui torneremo volentieri!

Uns hat es supergut gefallen.Die Einrichtung ist mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail und sehr geschmackvoll. Einfach wunderbar! Die wenigen Gehminuten bis zum Stadtzentrum war für uns optimal.Die Vermieter sind super nett ! Diese FeWo ist sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Mi familia y yo hemos disfrutado de unos días fabulosos y de ensueño en Seefeld. El apartamento donde nos hemos alojado ha sido simplemente perfecto: Excelentemente ubicado, muy espacioso, extremadamente cómodo y decorado con encanto y mucho amor en cada uno de los detalles. Estancia fantástica en una casa con unos anfitriones (Christian & Aneta) muy acogedores y atentos. Nos hemos sentido como en nuestra propia casa. La mejor eleccción que podriamos haber hecho y que sin ninguna duda, volveriamos a repetir.

I really liked the warm welcome from the host. They were very polite, cooperative, and prompt in their support. They arranged everything I needed and even suggested some great places to visit. Overall, a very pleasant and thoughtful experience.

Clean and very well equipped comfortable flat. One the best I've ever been so far. It looks better than on the pictures. Hosts are great. There is a parking place. It has wifi. City centre is 1km far.

It is really hard to find something but if I have to, thaj would be: Soft pillows. Missing big kitchen spoon for a soup. Some shelf in a shower to put gel instead od putting it on the floor.
