It was stunning and felt like a real oasis from the bustling streets of the Medina. It was spotless and comfortable. The staff were incredibly kind, approachable, and friendly throughout our stay.

What I liked most about the riad was definitely the staff. Everyone was extremely kind, welcoming and helpful, and they were always happy to assist us whenever we needed anything. The riad was also very clean, with the room being tidied and the bed made every day. I loved the beautiful Moroccan decor and the pool, which was perfect for cooling down in the Marrakech heat, even though it was a little cold.

The only issue I had was some misunderstanding regarding the payment and the number of nights we were supposed to pay for and stay. I understand this was a particular situation and not necessarily something that happens to everyone. Other than that, I have no complaints.

Tudo incrível!! O staff foi super atencioso, dedicaram-se sempre a ajudar-nos. Ainda tivemos uma surpresa por ser o meu aniversário :) Super central, íamos a pé para todo o lado! Design incrível, super bem pensado e exatamente como nas fotografias. O nosso quarto era mesmo em frente à piscina e foi incrível acordar com aquela vista! Obrigada

Tout a été fantastique à Maison Nalos, du petit-déjeuner riche au confort des chambres en passant par la beauté de l'établissement. Le calme dans l'enceinte de l'hôtel est un vrai plus. L'emplacement est idéal pour explorer le souk et la ville de manière générale. Il était facile de communiquer avec le personnel qui a été super accueillant et de très bon conseil pour passer un agréable séjour à Marrakech !

Seul le dysfonctionnement de la télévision était à regretter, mais le personnel a été réactif et finalement cela n'a aucunement entaché la qualité de notre séjour.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. C’est un riad très propre et cosy. L’accueil chaleureux du personnel et de la gérante chaque matin a rendu notre séjour d’autant plus agréable.

The location was a bit less convenient than expected, and I felt the overall price was slightly high for the value offered. Other than that, my stay was enjoyable.

Het personeel was heel erg vriendelijk en ik voelde me echt welkom. Super behulpzaam en stonden altijd klaar voor all vragen of hulp met reserveringen. Special thanks to Eva and the amazing Rayan. De kamer was erg schoon en de douche producten die ze aanbieden ruiken zo zo zo lekker!

Als ik een advies mag geven dan is het slippertjes op de kamer. De vloer was super mooi betegeld maar in combinatie met the airconditioning kan het best koud worden dus slippertjes zou erg fijn zijn.

Het is een prachtige riad, Stijlvol ingericht. Ruime en propere kamer. De locatie is ideaal, echt vlakbij de souks, restaurants en bezienswaardigheden. Maar ook voldoende rust in de riad zelf! Zwembad goed voor afkoeling, het water is erg fris. Hygiene was goed en de riad rook aangenaam. Personeel is vriendelijk, vooral een lieve poetsdame en de jongeman van de avonddienst.

Ontbijt was de 2e dag minder fijn. De koffie (proefde naar water) en thee(te straf -donker-bitter) waren een minpunt. Misschien ook wat olijfjes, gevuld bladerdeegje met kip, kaas van Marokko aanbieden?? Afhankelijk van wie je hielp merkte je een verschil in kwaliteit en vriendelijkheid. Wij hebben niet kunnen eten in de riad. Er was vaak geen chef of ingrediënten (door een feestdag) dit is jammer. Iets kleins zou moeten kunnen vinden wij. Ook in late namiddag was het moeilijk of niet mogelijk om de specialere drankjes/sapjes te bestellen. Heel erg jammer.

Un véritable coup de cœur à Marrakech. Dès mon arrivée, j’ai été accueilli avec une gentillesse et un professionnalisme remarquables. Le riad est magnifique, décoré avec beaucoup de goût, extrêmement propre et très calme malgré sa situation idéale pour découvrir la médina. La chambre était confortable, parfaitement entretenue et l’ambiance générale du lieu est tout simplement apaisante. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent et l’ensemble du personnel est aux petits soins. Une mention toute particulière à Eva, la manager, qui a été exceptionnelle avant même mon arrivée. Toujours disponible, réactive, attentionnée et pleine de bons conseils pour profiter au mieux de Marrakech. Son sens de l’accueil fait vraiment la différence. J’ai beaucoup voyagé et ce riad fait partie des adresses qui laissent un souvenir durable. Je recommande les yeux fermés et j’y reviendrai avec grand plaisir lors de mon prochain séjour à Marrakech. Points forts : accueil, propreté, décoration, calme, emplacement et qualité du service. Aucun point négatif à signaler!

Het ontbijt was heerlijk, de dames die het bereiden waren ontzettend lief. Het Riad zelf was mooi. Kamer iets aan de kleinere kant maar prima. Al met al een mooie locatie!

De handdoeken van het zwembad lagen op de bedjes de dag erna nog steeds. Ze boden aan een taxi te boeken vanuit het Riad, enkele reis 300 mad. Dit is veel te duur. Andere Taxi’s, Riads bieden dit aan voor 60 mad enkele reis. De manager verdient hier een percentage op. Ook hebben we ervaren dat de trips (ballon vaart) boeken vanuit het Riad veel duurder is. Wij betaalden 140 euro per persoon (na onderhandeling) en dezelfde mensen in de ballonvlucht betaalden 90 euro…

The property was beautiful. The staff could not have been more helpful, from pre-bookings to arranging taxis at last the minute. A big thanks to Eva & Ryan for making sure everything went smoothly.

L’accueil était vraiment au top ! Nous avons été reçus avec un délicieux thé marocain bien chaud et des biscuits. Le petit-déjeuner était super délicieux et l’emplacement est parfait : littéralement à 20 mètres, on peut déjà prendre des taxis. Pas de petites ruelles où il faut marcher.😆❤️ Le personnel était tellement gentil, vraiment des personnes formidables ! Leur façon de nous aider, leur service, toujours avec le sourire, sociables et adorables, en partageant des informations intéressantes. Les femmes de ménage étaient aussi super gentilles. En général, tout était vraiment parfait!! 😆❤️Merci pour Rayan, Yasin and Eva!!

C’est aussi beau qu’en photo. Lieu exceptionnel à Marrakech qui ne déçoit pas. Super accueil, staff gentil et serviable et les chambres sont belles et confortable.

Riad muito bonito, corresponde em tudo às fotos. Novo. Decoração maravilhosa. Mistura de um estilo moderno e ao mesmo tempo marroquino. Entram em contacto previamente por whatsapp para retirar dúvidas e ajudar em tudo o que viermos a precisar em marraquexe. Todos os empregados super simpáticos e disponíveis para ajudar. Em relação à localização andei sempre a pé, sem necessidade de táxis. Wi-Fi no hotel funciona super bem.

Séjour exceptionnel à la Maison Nalos à Marrakech. Emplacement idéal avec un accès taxi à proximité, très pratique. Le riad est magnifique, avec une décoration sublime et un cadre enchanteur. Propreté irréprochable et excellent petit déjeuner. Un grand merci à Yassine et à Rayanne pour leur accompagnement tout au long du séjour. Rayanne a été très présent et attentif : il organisait nos taxis, nous attendait le soir et nous accompagnait à chaque sortie pour que nous ne soyons jamais seuls dans la rue, ce qui était très rassurant. Merci également à Eva pour ses précieux conseils. Une expérience inoubliable !

alles was fantastisch. Het personeel was vriendelijk. De kamer was erg schoon en netjes en de riad zelf was super schoon, er liepen de hele dag schoonmaaksters rond. Ook wouden ze je graag helpen met het boeken van excursies of taxi's. Ook voelden wij ons erg veilig door de nachtbewaking, er was de hele nacht iemand aanwezig.

alles was eigenlijk super, alleen het ontbijt is denk ik wel beperkt als je er langer dan een paar dagen zit. Het is wel elke ochtend hetzelfde en je hebt geen keuze, het is wat het is. ik denk dat je daar na een paar dagen wel op uit gegeten bent, maar dat is eigenlijk ook het enige puntje.

The location of the riad is good and relatively convenient for exploring the city.

Our stay at this riad was unfortunately very disappointing and stressful. From the beginning, several aspects did not match what was advertised. The room and especially the bathroom had a persistent unpleasant smell, and during the first night the heating did not work, which made the stay uncomfortable. As I am pregnant, staying in a cold room was particularly concerning. The rooftop, which looks very appealing in the photos, was closed and not maintained, making it unusable. The breakfast was also misleading compared to what is shown online. In reality, the same limited items were served every day, with no resemblance to the photos, and even basic items like water were charged extra. We also experienced multiple issues with additional services arranged by the property. A desert dinner and transfer were offered at certain prices, but we ended up paying significantly more, and later realized the transfer cost was much higher than standard rates. Before arrival, we specifically requested a certain room (which was confirmed), as I needed a more comfortable space, but upon arrival we were told they had simply forgotten to reserve it. The most stressful part was at checkout. Despite paying with a company card, the property refused to issue an invoice on the spot and kept delaying the process, which put us at risk of missing our flight. Communication became very difficult, and instead of resolving the situation professionally, we received inappropriate and unhelpful responses when raising concerns. Even after more than two weeks, we have still not received the invoice. Overall, the experience did not match the expectations set by the listing, and the lack of professionalism made the stay unnecessarily stressful.

La literie est extrêmement confortable, la décoration est sublime et pleine de charme, et le petit déjeuner… tout simplement le meilleur que j’ai jamais dégusté. Un immense merci à Eva, Karima et à toute l’équipe, d’une gentillesse rare, toujours à l’écoute et aux petits soins, qui ont rendu ce séjour inoubliable. Je recommande les yeux fermés et nous avons déjà hâte d’y retourner !

We had the most incredible stay at Maison Nalos. We were in Marrakech for three days and specifically wanted to stay in the Medina to fully immerse ourselves and explore it for the first time — and Maison Nalos delivered beyond our expectations. From the moment we arrived, Youssef made us feel completely at home. He welcomed us with traditional Moroccan tea and took the time to share wonderful insights about Marrakech before we even checked in. His hospitality truly set the tone for our entire stay. Since we arrived late on our first evening, we enjoyed dinner at the riad, and the kitchen team prepared a delicious tagine that was the perfect introduction to Moroccan cuisine. It was flavorful, comforting, and beautifully prepared. Throughout our stay, Youssef went above and beyond — helping us organize our days, offering thoughtful recommendations, and ensuring everything ran smoothly. His warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care made such a difference. Thank you to Youssef and the entire team at Maison Nalos for making our first visit to Marrakech so special and unforgettable. We can’t wait to return!

Alles! Het is er echt prachtig, je zit midden in de medina en toch is het alleen maar rust en zen als je binnen bent. De kamers zijn ook heerlijk en heel mooi ingericht. Het dakterras is ook genieten

Du Unterkunft war super schön, sehr gepflegt und sauber. Besonders nett und hilfsbereit war Youssouf der uns immer mit unseren Anliegen geholfen hat.

Curatenia a lasat mult de dorit din pacate la pretul cerut. Prosoapele erau gri , in niciun caz albe, nu le am putut folosi , covorul murdar . Am ales o camera mai scumpa si degeaba, de la toaleta venea un miros ingrozitor .

J’ai adoré la décoration, très belle et pensée dans les moindres détails. Tout est harmonieux et agréable. L’accueil est adorable avec un thé à la menthe et de petits gâteaux à l’arrivée. Le petit déjeuner était parfait : fruits frais, crêpes, omelette, jus d’orange pressé, café et gâteau. Un vrai moment de plaisir dans un cadre superbe.

La chambre était humide et nous avons rencontré un souci : pas d’eau chaude ! Nous l’avons signalé durant le séjour à plusieurs personnes mais non résolu. C’est dommage, d’autant plus que ce point revient dans plusieurs avis depuis un moment… Le riad est très beau et soigné, mais il manque légèrement de chaleur et d’ambiance pour offrir une immersion marocaine complète. Un lieu magnifique visuellement, qui gagnerait à être plus vivant.

Beautiful Riad! Room was clean and smelled nice! Staff was super friendly. Breakfast was tasty. There are many restaurants in walking distance. Our favorites were Wauw Restaurant and Restaurant Le Jardin Ben Youssef.

Wifi does not work properly, had to mostly use my data. They should add more wifi access points. It would also be nice to have a full length mirror and a hairdryer in the room.

Cosy riad in western part of medina. Riad was renovated and more modern than traditional ones. Rooms was nice, good bed. Staff was nice and helpful.

Wifi not working great on upper floor, but it was OK and on the breakfast was missing bread or pita.

Location was great. Rooms were fairly cheap. Hotel was modern. Shower was very spacious.

It was very humid on the room, very little (sun)light and there was a constant unpleasant odour that we couldn’t get out. Also beds were fairly hard.
