Reviewed Oct 19, 2023The customer service and the reception was very friendly, I haven't met such a high Customer service level much in Cambodia at other places, they are very helpful. Hot water and water pressure was very good in the shower. The bed was comfortable, good mattress
It has a little smell of cigarettes, it's everywhere in the hotel.

Reviewed Aug 2, 2023Staff very friendly and spoke great English which was very helpful for us. We got upgraded to a bigger room free of charge which was lovely. We stayed here overnight before continuing our travels. Good location, easy to grab a tuktuk. Shops/restaurants within walking distance.
Quite costly for an overnight stay, no breakfast available but this was OK as there are places in walking distance.

There three main dishes to choose 3-The room is good, especially the bed really for me is so comfortable to sleep. What I like is the price is good and the view of the mountain and city from the room balcony.

We appreciate nice bag as the gift for the VIP client membership . Swimming pool at the hall, friendly english speaking personnel on the reception.

Reviewed Aug 9, 2022Needed to eat at 7.00 as we had a flight to catch, had told the hotel in advance. The food was prepared and left on the side whilst the juice, salad was being prepared. By the time the food arrived the fried eggs were stone cold.
Everything. They take a $10 deposit per room then try to return the deposit in local currency. Pool was in the foyer, shower did not work properly, but the water was hot. Too much road noise
