Longhorn Boulder Highway

Obwohl kein Frühstück inbegriffen war, gab es morgens einen Kaffee in der Lobby. Wir waren im 3. Stock und da war kein Lärm aus dem Casino zu hören. Das Zimmer war sauber. Wer Las Vegas erkunden will, sollte besser ein Hotel nähe des Strips buchen, bzw. in Kauf nehmen, dass man mit dem Auto bis ins Zentrum je nach Verkehr zirka 20 min benötigt

Wer ein wenig Lärmempfindlich ist, sollte versuchen ein Zimmer nicht zur Straße hin zu bekommen.

Super emplacement, personnel très sympa. Bon petit déjeuner offert par l'hôtel ainsi que plusieurs petits cadeaux, merci beaucoup. Même si on n'est pas dans le strip, c'est vraiment trop top. On y retournera prochainement.

No coffee maker and no microwave

My stay was fine for a cheap place.

Beware property did not refund my deposit. Checkout on July 2 called about my deposit refund on July 12 and was told it must have slipped by them somehow and she said she was refund ding it while we were speaking. It is now July 17 and still not refund to my card. Vegas is loosing money so they are now blatantly stealing from customers.

Clean rooms, tried the restaurant and was pleased. They even accommodated my special requests. Dogs are welcome and the fees were low.

They didnt really have an area for pets to relieve themselves and due to the extreme heat the parking lot was very hot for my dogs feet. They could have a lil area around the back with sum fake grass so ur pet could do its thing.. but then that area would need to be cleaned everyday or it would get really stinky..they could also put an iron in the room..

Great customer service from all staff members. From the reception desk to the waitstaff to the bartenders. Everyone was friendly. Its got that Old Vegas charm that has disappeared from the strip.

The restaurant was and is always good with friendly staff.

Made to feel welcome from the second we walked through the door. Handed vouchers worth $30 to spend in the hotel/casino. Ended up they paid us to stay there.

There was nothing to not like.

Breakfast and all the food at the chuck wagon Cafe was excellent. Friendly, helpful staff except for one person. Loved the oldies music played in the casino. Liked the discounts/freebies offered at the check in. I'm a senior and liked that longhorn seems to cater to seniors. Liked everything and have returned several times. Great pricing.

One staff member was unhelpful when l needed to add an extra night to my stay. Fortunately two days later, another staff member was very helpful.

The location was good, price was excellent, staff were kind.

It wasn’t the cleanest, but not dirty either.

Best pool and hot tub of the entire trip. Room was nothing fancy but I didn't expect it. Restaurant had exceptional prices and great food No tables in the casino was a disappointment but it's small so that was understandable. Washer and dryer clean worked well.

Smell of smoke!

How's the room was nice and clean and it did not have a cigarette smoke smell. I appreciate it that because even though it was a non-smoking room sometimes smokers will smoke and I didn't have that problem. Also with it having non-central air conditioning and the Heat or hot of Las Vegas the air conditioner system worked very well.

I would say the only thing that it didn't like is the lobby has a very strong smoking smell but I suppose that's because it's connected right to their small little Casino other than that I'm no complaints.

Excellent service. And delighted attention would return.

Et middelmodigt hotel

Det ligger i et mindre godt kvarter for mange fulde og påvirkede og hjemløse personer og så det alt for meget støj både fra vejen med trafik og alt for lyt på værelserne. Samt der var mange der parkeret og opholdte sig i deres biler ved hotellet for at ryge hash og lignende.

The facilities were generally clean and maintained, beware hot days the pipes heat up and stay hot for a while. It took a long time to cool down. Otherwise basics were met and everything was nice.

Felt very limited but nice. I thought the staff was okay but also felt low on the totem pole when it came to service because it was complimentary we didn’t feel as priority as the other guests there. And when we did buy off the menu, we felt forgotten about a couple times. The service was good overall.

The food was exceptional and the hotel gives you free coupon for the restraunt so you can order free food but they only have limited options.

I didn't really like how you can only use your free food coupon on breakfast, they should also have a lunch menu so you have other options.

I like that it was kind of small it wasn’t so big and fancy.

Set the TVs were outdated. It needs a little upgrade.

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Frühstück als Coupon dazu bekommen. Man kann zwischen mehreren Gerichten wählen. Sehr lecker.

Das Hotel ist abgewohnt aber sauber. Für eine Nacht o.k. Wir waren zufrieden überhaupt noch etwas bezahlbares bekommen zu haben . Wegen Wrestling Wochenende in LV waren alle Hotels überteuert.

Der frei zur Verfügung stehende Kaffee in der Lobby. Der mit der Buchung einhergehende Gutschein für das Casino. Viele Schrankfächer zum verstauen von Gepäck.

Complimentary breakfast was nice. The diner always has great food. Always a nice stay. Great staff. Very helpful. The jacuzzi and pool are always a nice way to relax. Never too crowded.

Unfortunately, after several visits to the Longhorn, this time our experience with the water pressure and hot water wasn't so good. Had to cut showers fast and short. Shower got cold after 3 minutes and water pressure was very low. Never had this issues before.

Extremely disappointing experience. I booked and fully paid for a room at this hotel after calling in advance to confirm their pet policy. I was clearly told that dogs are allowed with a $100 refundable deposit. I was traveling with a small child, and this trip was very important for us. However, upon arrival, we were denied check-in because the hotel suddenly required a specific “pet-friendly” room — something that was never mentioned before booking. As a result, after a long trip with a young child, we were left without accommodation late in the day, which completely ruined our plans and caused significant stress. The hotel canceled the reservation stating “NO PET ROOMS,” which clearly shows the issue was on their side. Despite the fact that I fully paid for the room, the service was never provided. Even more disappointing, after multiple messages requesting a resolution and a refund, the hotel has not responded at all. This is highly unprofessional and misleading. I would strongly advise others to avoid this property, especially if you are traveling with children or pets.

The beds were comfy.

The ground floor area stinks of cigarette smoke and is very seedy. If you can pay more to stay elsewhere I'd recommend it.
