Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zudem liegt das Hotel in einer ruhigeren Seitenstraße, wodurch man den Trubel nicht mitbekommt. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei und ließ sich auch über Nacht leise schalten. Ansonsten war es sauber und das Hotel ist ein super Ausgangspunkt in die Berge, einfach über die Brücke und immer geradeaus.

This place was great. The staff are so helpful and nice, they helped with everything, from the motorbike rentals to the taxis to the amenities, they were great. When we arrived very early from the night bus, they let us check in early for no extra fee, and that was honestly great. The beds were comfy and clean, the area really nice and it was overall one of the best destinations/hotel from our trip.

The curfew at 23:30 sometimes was a bit restrictive, but the owner would open when called so it's okay.

Hotel is zeer centraal gelegen. De kamer was erg goed. De gastheer is erg vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam, hij spreekt goed Engels. Hij hielp ons met het regelen van de bus en taxi’s. Er is ook een goede was-service. We deden de Cao bang loop in drie dagen met een taxi en de lokale bus, maar dit had zeker ook te doen geweest met een brommer. De homestays in de oude dorpen worden soms overspoeld door groepen easy riders, wat spijtig is, en waardoor we ook het idee hebben dat de lokale bevolking de toeristen niet graag ziet komen. We zouden aanraden om individueel de loop te rijden met een gehuurde brommer. En dit hotel heeft prima brommers hiervoor!

Mình đi nhiều nơi nhưng ít có nơi nào có dịch vụ ok như ở Clover. Mọi thứ đều y như hình, nội thất sạch sẽ, hiện đại, chỉn chu. Anh chủ rất nhiệt tình hỗ trợ, cho mình những option tốt. Xe từ Hà Nội lên Cao Bằng toàn chuyến đáp sớm 4h 5h sáng, nhưng anh chủ cũng hỗ trợ mình ngủ tạm phòng nghỉ phụ của hotel. Phòng mình được sắp ở tầng trên cùng, view hướng ra ngoài sông đẹp chill lắm, hướng bắc hay đông bắc gì đó nên ko bị nắng gắt, đón được nhiều ánh sáng. Phòng rộng rãi thoáng, có ban công nhỏ phía ngoài. Có cả sofa ngồi coi TV nữa. Nệm êm gối êm nốt. Hotel cũng có sẵn xe máy cho thuê. Giá mình thấy cũng như mặt bằng chung. Nhưng thấy anh có vẻ chăm sóc bảo trì xe chu đáo. Ngoài ra còn có dịch vụ giặt đồ và dọn phòng theo yêu cầu.

Nhân viên nhiệt tình, phòng đẹp, sạch sẽ, chỗ ở ngay trung tâm, cho thuê xe máy nữa nên ăn đi ăn uống rất tiện. Giá rất hợp lý so với chất lượng.

I stayed in the 'Double Room with Balcony'. I originally only booked one night, but ended up staying for three nights in total. Room - Clean, well-decorated and with lots of natural light. The bed was very comfortable and I always slept very well. Location - What a view! It was great to stand on the balcony and admire river and the mountains in the distance. Staff - Polite, friendly and helpful. Area - Great! There are lots of restaurants, cafes and bars nearby, with weekends particularly lively due to the 'walking street' initiative. Services - I was able to rent a motorbike for 7 days for a reasonable price.

Personnel gentil et nous ont aidé pour réserver un bus de nuit, service lingerie disponible. Chambre propre et grande.

Wir haben 1 Nacht dort verbracht. Wir konnten direkt in der Unterkunft ein Motorrad für die Umgebung mieten für 6 Tage, haben unsere großen Rucksäcke dort gelassen und einen 6 Tägigen Roadtrip gemacht. Der Host ist sehr freundlich und das Motorrad war in einem hervorragenden Zustand.

J'avais une chambre très lumineuse avec une vue superbe sur la rivière et la montagne en face. La chambre était très grande et très bien équipée: bouilloire, réfrigérateur, tv grand écran. Une belle salle de bain également avec une paroi de douche pour ne pas mettre de l'eau partout. Tout était en très bon état et en parfait état de fond. L'emplacement est idéal pour Cao Bang. Également un très bon accueil du monsieur à la réception..

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. La chambre était propre et confortable, l’ambiance calme, et le personnel toujours disponible et souriant. Un merci tout particulier à Chung, qui a été d’une aide et d’une gentillesse inestimables lorsque nous avons eu besoin de lui. L’hôtel semble très récent, tout est bien équipé et très propre. Il est idéalement situé, au bord du cours d’eau qui traverse la ville et dans une rue secondaire peu passante, ce qui le rend très calme. À deux pas de l’avenue principale avec tous les commerces, c’est parfait : on peut tout faire à pied. Très bon rapport qualité-prix, nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Very good room. Booked the family room because of the view. It also has a little balcony. The room has a smart TV and 4 huge beds with curtains for privacy. There is a plug and light inside each cabin. The mattresses are really comfortable. It was the nicest bed I slept in during my one month travel in Vietnam. AC works perfectly. Everything was clean and smelled fresh. The hotel rents out motorbikes. I took a 125cc motorbike for my Cao Bang loop, and it did not disappoint! It managed easily to climb up steep hills and didn’t malfunction at all. They also give a rope to attach your luggage on the back of the motorbike, which worked perfectly too. I managed to take my small suitcase with me throughout the entire 3 day trip. The motorbikes also have phone holders, which is very convenient to navigate the route. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is excellent with a lot of restaurants and cafes in walking distance.

This was so far the best accommodation we stayed in Vietnam. This is a family run hotel and feels like home. The room was very comfortable, we had four double beds for four of us so each person got a huge very comfortable bed with curtains for added privacy. The room was clean, had lots of storage, all necessary amenities. The bathroom was very clean, good water pressure, soft towels. The hosts were very helpful, they made us feel very welcome and greatly supported us through our stay, solved all our problems and helped us organize the journey. Thanks a lot!

Hôtel bien situé avec de nombreux restaurants à proximité, pratique notamment pour le petit déjeuner. Les lits sont confortables, l’isolation phonique est correcte. Le personnel est sympathique et fait son possible pour nous renseigner.

Wonderful stay right on the riverfront of Cao bang with everything in close proximity! The room and facilities were perfect and great value. Staff accommodating and we rented a bike with them too which was reliable and fun. Overall I highly recommend and wish we could have stayed for longer.

Only thing to note they close after 11pm so if you need to check in after that organise this prior to arriving

Nous avons été accompagné par l’hôte dans nos différents transports, et activités. Ce qui nous a permis de profiter pleinement de Cao Bang, merci beaucoup. L’emplacement est top, le long du fleuve, proche des restaurants et du grand marché couvert.

Nice, clean and comfortable. Excellent helpful staff. My best hotel experience in Vietnam. They also do bike rentals. I rented one that only had 7,000km on the clock. Hotel in a nice area. Lots of good food places about. Just watch out for mosquitoes when outside - they're vicious.

Il manque un frigo dans la chambre. Mauvaise insonorisation mais c’est souvent le cas au Vietnam. Lors de notre dernière nuit, notre (nouveau) voisin du dessus s’est montré très bruyant. Nous avons loué un scooter ailleurs qu’à l’hôtel. Il était moins cher et l’hôte a refusé de négocier son prix, dommage !
